My wife Becky and I used this service for over 4 years. Mechanic repairmen are very friendly and honest with us. Pricing estimate is very reasonable. They will tell us how long it will take and they fix the car on time that we pick up car. Very reliable service. I would definitely recommend this place.

Best auto mechanics in the area! I've been using this repair station for quite a few years. They professionally serviced my last 3 cars. Very reliable and honest guys! Highly recommend.

If you have a newer car or electrical/sensor problem do not use them. I used them for brakes before and the the work was fine; however, I had a problem with a sensor and they could not find the problem. They suggested a variety of non-electrical reasons for the warning light. I had to research the problem on online forums and fix the problem myself. It was ironic that they only used their computer to quote me a repair price and not to try to resolve the issue. They were basically guessing about how to fix my car. I had to use two days leave. But at least the work was done right. It is best to avoid this service station unless you want to spend unnecessary money.

The staff is helpful and honest when it comes to your vehicle. The only people I would trust with my car. They have lots of filling stations such that you will never have to wait in line. I recommend you to give them a try. Definitely one of my favorite gas stations ever!!

Well after servicing my wife's Mazda5 at this station I would give more than 5 stars. First it came on Check Engine light, free diagnostics at Advanced Auto Parts shoes some MAF sensor at fault. Well Owner of a shop explain me very clear that he has to run some diagnostics to pin point the problem, after some time they discover broken wire, so it cost me almost nothing compare to dealership price.Thanks guys for honest and real repair instead of throwing parts into my car, I will indefinitely advise to do business with this Station.

Montgomery Village Shell - Automative Service is an excellent choice to repair your car. I have been coming here for years and I'm 100% please on their service. They are very professional and efficient. I would recommend them to my neighbors, co-workers, family and friends. Hovik and his staff are super knowledgeable

So I take my new used car in for an inspection and the gentleman tells me that it failed he tells me all the things that are wrong and quotes a price of $500+ dollars. I call my personal mechanic and get a quote of $200. So I take it in and he fixes the problem and also another issue that was "missed". So I had to go to work and the wife takes the car in and the guy finds that a light bulb hadn't been replaced and charged my wife $25 for a new light bulb even though he could have just let us replace it and solved the problem. If you are not aware of what cost are on repairs do not let these guys rob you.

Never been here before. I use to pass this all the time to visit my mom when she was in the nursing home at Montgomery Village Health Care Center. The first time she was in there they were great. However the 2nd time things became weird. They treated her horrible & her clothes were being stolen & etc. They treated Her horriable I was so glad to get her out there. Shell was nice & very quick with friendly service

My Lexus was in a minor accident but it turned out that it had a damaged strut in addition to the body damage. Shop handled everything in a professional manner with a price significantly below the other quotes i received - especially from the dealerships.

I will never come back...came in for a simple tire mount and balance..sign says 25, he charged me 35 he said cause its a benz...really is there some special way to mount a tire on a benz? Uh no and then he tells me my tpms sensor is froosze n i need to reolace will cost me 100 plus...just put a regular valve stem ill take the sensor to benz n have them check it...

Hovik is the man! He repaired a lighting and electrical issue I had for a few months. I've had inspections, minor repairs, and inspection tickets to clear here. Hovik is friendly, takes time to listen, charges fairly, estimates accurately.

NEVER NEVER took your car there for an State Inspection.Took mine knowing it won't pass it but i wanna know why!My surprise wasn't that big I just have to replace 5 parts according to the list1- Inner rod2- Rear Engine Mount3- Rear End Links (Sway Bar)4- A bolt missing of a Front sway barand5- Propeller Shaft Missing (I ask him what was that and he asked me if i had that, I said no. then he said to forget about it that i don't need it to pass the inspection)So to make my story shortI return for the reinspection after i replace the the bad parts for the good onesand then he start saying more parts were badthat he doesn't have the time to check them no more that if I want the list of bad things I have to pay reinspections WHY should i pay again if i still have a few days of the 30 days they give you for that!after arguing a few minutes with him he told me that the KING PINS of the ball joint were missingSo I ask him why he didn't include it on the 1st time list so he told me is not part of HIS job do that!I ask him to sell me ones and install them myself there he said that he won't that figure that out myself and he won't do the reinspection again!SO at the end I lose my money and he didn't gave me the opportunity to get the car fix and get it reinspected as the way IT should be!NEVER NEVER TAKE THE CAR THERE- Bad Inspector- Bad Service- High Prices on Inspection and Repair Labor- Not Qualify Tools to do the Labor!

Don't ask for change to use their air or vacuum, they won't give it and are rude about it. If they are that petty about such a little thing, I really don't want to do any major business with them.

It's a gas station. It's okay. It has a convenience store. Too many pan handlers hang out around hear.
