This owner doesn't care about customer service.There's never any printer paper to automatically print your receipt at the pumps.The window washing fluid/ service areas are always completely dry and useless. Several times when I went there, I had to go inside to pay by card.I will not go there anymore. Half star.

Gas pump took 20 cents in reward money than canceled the sale. Than when I tried again there was no reward money money left.The response from the owner is inadequate. There is no commitment to make anything better or to solve the issue.

Stay away from this place. Pumps often don t function correctly and for several months last year the car wash operated without dispensing soap. I ve been ripped off several times here, most recently today when the pump swallowed my 60 cent per gallon Giant Food gas discount and the clerk was no help whatsoever in rectifying the situation. In the past I ve spent a couple of thousand dollars a year at this station, refueling 2 cars because of convenience to my home. I m done now. This station is obviously owned by someone who couldn t care less about customer satisfaction. I ll find a nearby Shell in either Oldtown Gaithersburg or nearby Montgomery Village.

Frequent problems with payment systems. Some pumps have wireless card readers, but none of them work. The ones with chip card readers frequently fail to process the payment.

This is an example of a shady gas station run by dishonest management and staff. If you must visit this station, use cash and don't purchase the car wash. For best results, choose a different gas station.I filled up and purchased a car wash expecting the posted $0.20 off per gallon. The gas price never changed to the new lower amount and I should have just stopped and found a different station. After filling up and realizing that I was charged the full price per gallon, I went inside to ask for either a refund of the car wash or for the discounted fuel amount. The cashier claimed he could do nothing and his manager was not onsite. As he said this I saw a man walk out of the station, walk up to the sign advertising the discounted price with car wash purchase, and fold down the sign so it was no longer visible. I asked if that was his manager and the man said maybe but I'd have to wait. Long story short, it was his manager. He was just as dishonest as the cashier, it was a huge hassle, involved a lot of hard discussion. In the end I got the money owed but I wouldn't wish that experience on any other driver.

They robe money with diesel pumps are not giving much on diesel and keep charging the same are if they fill your tank

the gas pumps have now taken over a dollar in rewards points from my giant rewards by accepting my giant card then rejecting my chip on my cc and then the pump resets and my rewards points are gone but magically my same cc works. scam. i will never go to this gas station again.

Got stuck inside the car wash for 30 mins as the door to exit was not opening, after my husband pulled on the emergency handle, which was also not working, and tried to unstuck the door for 30 mins I was finally able to exit, I went to the cashier to speak to the attendant and explained I was stuck for the last 30 mins and he didn't even care enough to send help, to what he said " It's not my fault ma'am, I didn't make you go in there" did not want to provide me with the manager phone number and referred me to the number for shell at the door. HORRIBLE man!

Do not buy propane tanks from here. Got a defective tank and had to argue my way into getting it exchanged for one that worked. Not how you should do business

Big lot, has pumps for big trucks. Diesel pump slow. Staff isn't very quick on marking out of fuel pumps. Has a lunch counter that sells a mix of Latin and American foods.

A picture is worth a thousand words. Look at this gas station and convenience store. It is immaculate, well lit and also has competitive pricing. It's a gem.

I agree completely with Steve F. Dishonest station. NEVER seen the car wash discount work and cashier and pretend manager have all the excuses well rehearsed.

A nice gas station that is easy to get in/out. It also has a quick mart to get a snack, drink, etc. Prices are reasonable and competitive.

Dishonest and unhelpful. Poorly managed. Any time there's a problem, it's the customer's fault. I'll never buy gas there again.
