Great experience. Great atmosphere and knowledgeable rep. Customer service was good. Called me back after messages and knowledgeable to my questions. Seems to work well with insurance and rental company. They did go silent on my ETA, but they really took time to clean my car, and the damaged area looks new. The timeline was a bit longer because they worked hard to clean the car and get it back to me. My mechanic was impressed as well.

A month ago a tree branch fell on top of my car. I went through my insurance to process a claim to get my car repaired through this company. The staff is so amazing. They were always responsive to my phone calls and concerns. Even though it was cutting close to a month with my car still being in the shop, I didn't mind. One because I am patient person and I understand sometimes you just have to wait and trust the process. Two some things are out of your control. I had other ways of getting around while my car was in the shop. Even Mr. Bob Russell the manager was so kind and generous towards me! The staff works hard. Shout-out to them! I don't know all their names but I do remember a Mr. Sway and Mr. Omar. But I'm grateful for all of them because they could of turned me away due to the upcoming holiday weekend but the wanted to make sure I was satisfied. Thank you!

DONT EVER USE SERVICE KING!!!!!I went to the Gaithersburg md location with my 96 z28 they had the car for over a month and half and gave it back with a bad alignment ( I have to drive the car with the steering wheel all the way to the right)They told they had found a replacement wheel and the day of my return they gave me the original damaged wheel and I noticed they scratched my driver and passenger side door and when I spoke to the boss Armando he said "how am I supposed to know that wasn't part of the original accident"Dude I literally took it here for the original accident to be fixed only for them to cause more damage and refuse to fix it or help. He left me on my own as a boss armando you messed up. The worst service they never called me for check ups i always reached out and they lied about the status of my car every time. I also found a mad amount of bolts and a corona mask in my engine bay. They didn't even wash my car there smudge and oil all over the car. Not professional and repairing my vechile used already damaged parts to repair my vechile. Found out eight months later that the repair wasn't done correctly. Took my vechile back to the shop for a replacement of parts. My car was damaged more than to begin with I wouldn't recommend this body shop play games and competely fraudulent company.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

My Mercedes SUV was involved in a hit-and-run accident. The damage was extensive. Three weeks later, after the repairs were completed, I couldn't believe the difference in its appearance. It was like night and day. Service King truly did a marvelous job. We highly recommend them if you ever need auto body repair.

Absolutely incompetent. I was referred to service king by progressive. The repair was delayed by more than 1 week with no communication, I would have to contact them for any update. During the time they had the car they punctured a tire and left it flat leading to it having to be replaced.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

This place is great! They went out of their way to assure my car would be ready at a certain time because I was going away. I didn t recognize my car because they did such a great job! I'm huge on great customer service!! When I enter a business, I pay close attention to the type of service I receive, from everyone across the board. I must say, the customer service at Service King in Gaithersburg was PHENOMENAL!! From the initial set up call, Alina was kind helpful and on top of keeping me informed about my car from beginning to end. Everyone in the office was kind and looked out for one another and the customers. I saw this in how they spoke to one another, other customers and how they took turns going outside to shoveland salt the entry way. I knew my car was in good hands when I left. When my car was completed, which was completed earlier than expected, I received a call from another kind employee who shared everything I needed to know upon pick up. Check out was a breeze! I just had to sign one paper, leave the rental keys, and was on my way in less than five minutes. I hope I don't have another car incident, but if I do, I will definitely use this Service King again. I'm recommending this location to everyone i know!

I had a very positive experience at Service King. My car was better and prettier than when I bought it.I dropped my car off at service king two months ago. Upon inquiring on all of the details needed to fix the car, everybody was not only extremely responsive and helpful, they were very sweet, affable, friendly, and most of all always kept me in the loop on the updates with my car.I had bad experiences with alternative shops in the DMV area. Many real estate colleagues have suggested Service King as responsible and reliable.They were always available at any time of day to answer my call. They called me by my first name, and we had very precise, crystal clear conversations.When I returned to pick up the car, they were extremely helpful in working with me to drop off my rental car.All told, 5 stars. Very happy, very touched, and although I hope to never have any car issues again, I know where to bring it if I do

This was a good/bad experience. I say this because I believe this facility was horribly mismanaged during the majority our repair process. We've used this facility previously and the repair was excellent, and done very quickly which is why we didn't hesitate to use them again. While our 2-year old SUV needed a fairly large repair, the process took exactly 6 (SIX) weeks to fix! During this time, we were given (and missed) 4 delivery dates, and each time it was due to them not having or ordering the wrong parts. What was most upsetting is that I received a call on a promised delivery date in the morning telling me that the car would be done that afternoon...only to get a call from the general manager several hours later to tell us it was still in paint--how does the even happen? Things seemed to turn the corner when our friendly (and helpful) advisor Sterling personally called to tell me the general manager had quit that day, and he was working to get our repair done as quickly as possible. Because of the delivery error, Sterling was nice enough to make arrangements to rent us another car while they sorted everything out internally. Once the new manager Dorian started the following week, he called me personally right away to address my questions and concerns. He even went so far as to send me detailed text messages along with pictures daily to show me the progress of the repair as it neared completion. We finally picked up the vehicle last week. The repair is great, and Dorian was again very helpful when we came in to pick it up. I do appreciate Dorian and Sterling bending over backwards to make things right, however we had to rent a car out of our pocket for much longer than we had initially expected because of the previous poor management. Sterling and Dorian both deserve 5 stars, but the process was way too long, and because of the errors, it cost us extra money in the end.

I would like to thank Service King for their Punctuality, they actually got me my car back in a matter of 3 days when they told me it was going to take about a week, I was thrilled when i got the notice that my car was ready for pick up. Also, I d like to thank Service King for their astonishing job that they did on my vehicle. Very professional kind loving staff. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs their vehicle fixed up, im sure Service King will live up to their expectations like they lived up to mine.God Bless the Service King Staff !!

I have to say they did a great job. The work they did was thorough and my car looks great. As with everything car, when it comes to following through on fast communications, it was a little slow and chaotic, but they did regularly give updates and where always extremely courteous. That's why only 4 stars.When I got my car back, it was clean, the paint work was flawless and the repair left me happy. Bodywork isn't for the impatient person. It can take anywhere from a week to a month, because a lot of labor and time is needed for paintwork.. from prep to waiting for the paint to cure properly.. and most shops can't afford to keep every part for every car brand, type and year. Their specialty is fixing every car, not one brand like most dealers do. So like I said, patience is definitely needed if you're having a car fixed due to an accident.

If you ever need any vehicle repairs done-go to Service King Gaithersburg. Very professional and kind people. The work that was done on my vehicle was phenomenal and left my vehicle brand new. They made the vehicle repair process painless and easy!

I called and took my vehicle to get an estimate with minor damage. It took them a whole week and me calling to remind and inquire about the estimate. Their excuse " we forgot to put it in the system and we'll get it to you in 2 hrs" I didnt receive the estimate until the next day, at the end of the week. They turned me away from doing the work because I asked for a breakdown of the price and the useless guy (edgar) on the phone sounded inconvenienced when I asked. At the end, the manager informed him to tell me they will not take my car for repair and take elsewhere. Dont give this place your business. Bunch of lazy and shady individuals

Went in back a couple days to get an estimate for some body damage to my car, and the service, and quite time where excellent. Edgar was very helpful, and was able to answer all the questions I had. High would recommend this shop to anybody. 10/10 service.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Absolute nightmare. I was involved in an accident and my insurance sent me to the highest rated in the area. I got a text and a call once my car arrived (on tow truck on a Friday) and things seemed promising. I then got a text later on that mentioned I would hear from someone with total damage amount and time needed by Tuesday at the latest. I had to call them Wednesday evening and they told me we have the car as totaled but we have to verify with your insurance and would call me the next day with an update. They didn t. I called Friday around noon, Russ (I believe) said he was currently working with my insurance and he should have things finished up that evening. No one ever called with any info. I showed up in person Saturday to get things from my vehicle, I expressed my concerns and was told, I ll have my counter parts contact you first thing Monday. Nothing. Tuesday I decided to call corporate to complain, very apologetic but I never heard anything after the call. Wednesday my insurance called and cleared everything. Apologies for the novel but the communication and management at this location is absolute trash and I d most certainly advise to go elsewhere. It took them 12 days to clear up the vehicle just for it to be totaled.

The 2nd time I have my two different cars done in this shop and they did an awesome job repairing the cars. The adjuster will walk you through and explain the process on how the car will be repaired and after they have done repairing the damaged of your car. Each day the adjuster will update you the status of your car and as expected they keep the promised to when your car will be finished and ready for pickup. Great quality service and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Service King!

The service was great as always. This is the third time that I shave taken my cars to be repaired over the years. I have never been disappointed. The staff is very professional, friendly and very informative as the work is being done.

I wish I could have rated them -5 stars. I went to their office for collision estimation. I have a 2013 Toyota Prius hybrid. My car was badly damaged at the back on driver's side. I couldn't believe it when I saw the estimated amount. Their employees who did the estimation are agents or representative of the insurance company.

They took great care of me and my 2016 Rav4. My SUV looks like new again after someone hit me. They make it very easy to get a rental car as well. They back up there work for a lifetime. Good job guys.

These guys are exactly what you would want from vehicle service providers. Professional, friendly, adhere to the individual; i mean what more could you ask for? Oh and the work is always top teir. I've been here several times through insurance incidents and i have always left wanting to give more than 5 stars.

A deer ran into my truck and I obtained some serious damaged to my truck. Prior to this incident I never had any problems with my vehicle such as the engine light. Upon, dropping my truck off to be repaired I informed the representative that my engine light was turning on and off, and requested for my engine to be checked. Upon, picking my vehicle on a Tuesday it looked good on the outside and the next day the engine light turn on again. Upon, returning to King Collision Auto Repair shop and reviewing the list of repairs to my vehicle. They never completed a diagnostic test to ensure there was no further damages to my vehicle related to the accident. At this time, I can not understand how do they repair and put a vehicle back together without conducting a diagnostic test. I repeat a diagnostic test should be MANDATORY MANDATORY when a vehicle has been in any type of collision.
