It has been a whole new experience for myself walking in to Mr Car and being greeted by a friendly staff and the sales person, who has committed to myself to get a good deal and bring happiness in to my life by walking me towards the whole negotiation process. No really her name will be blessed!!! This vehicle that I was lead to receive would not have happened without the help of Mr. Car and Marcos the Man!!! and don't forget the First Lady that worked Extra hard and helped me to receive my blessing. I write honest reviews I wasn't forced to buy or sold a dream. Sometimes will have to be STILL!!! they actually care here at Mr. Car of Temple Hills and they sealed the deal and delivered as promised. She (my new car) has already blessed me in so many ways and it has only been 3 days...

Great place one of the best dealerships in Gaithersburg. The services they provide are fast and everyone who works there makes you feel comfortable. The people are warm and welcoming. Came here looking for a car. I was so scared because my credit was not the best and it was my first time financing a car. The whole staff was very accommodating, determined and overall postive . This was such a great experience. Paula is especially amazing. She is an incredible businesswoman who is upfront and amazing at her job. Thank you Mr.Car!

I purchased a ML 500 from them and I noticed there were some things that needed to be fixed before it left the lot..They gave me a promise to fix form for the items such as bulbs and lights.(Turns out the car has an electrical issue) ..They never got fixed and in less than a month I have taken my car to the shop twice and I'm out of $2000 In fact my car is in the shop now...The $2000 warranty I purchased from them is Janky and not worth buying because it doesn't cover nothing major.....I normally wouldn't write negative reviews but I feel its my duty to....Please think twice before you go here...I will NEVER purchase a car from here again

Today June 20, 2018 my significant other and I walked to receive a quote on getting a car. We walked out with a 2014 Volkswagen at the lowest price. Along with gifts and offers. i purchase my car from here and in a month the transmission happen to get messed up. All they care about is getting the money from the client after that they don t even try to look out for you. They act all kind at first when you go in there but i promise you once you buy a car from their and something goes wrong they will not give you there full 100% to help you. I advise people to go to an actual dealer ship

I would like to start off by saying that I would prefer a service that is handled with respect and care. What was introduced to me today was someone with arrogance and a nonprofessional. The dealer talks about his success when we only wanted a car and yet has the audacity to not seem even in the slightest presentable for his job. It shocks me that the president of Mr.Car had to present himself in a horrible manner and it is repugnant to see that a business is ran by anyone that has no education. I would highly suggest people to not go to this dealership. If I could I would leave this review with no stars.

Buyer beware.... I went there yesterday ready to buy one of their trucks w cash in hand, we pulled up in a 2021 Toyota Rav4 so we are obviously more then capable of buying a vehicle from them. The sailsman showed me a 2014 pickup w over 110k on it and told me it was over 30k. I then asked why they don't post their prices which he responded with a blank stair, just out of curiosity I asked about the older cars to see if they were priced the same and his response was they r all well over 20k and literally walked away from me,lol. So me and my cash went elsewhere and I'm going home w a car from the new place today.for all I know the vehicles they had may have been worth it and with a better salesman that treats customers with respect I believe they would do much better

I called up there to ask about some information regarding a car, and some Spanish guy Carlos answered the phone in Spanish and was extremely rude to me. He kept informing me that I was calling Mr Car. I explained that I was well aware of who I was calling, and needed some information about a vehicle, at this point he became extremely defensive with me and hung up the phone on me. I cant believe this is How they treat people and still stay in business.

For sometime I had been shopping around for a vehicle. With no luck in finding actual genuine sales reps that actually were attentive to my needs and desires when buying a car. Being that purchasing a vehicle can be very stressful; customer service and people you can rely on to guide and assist in this process is important.I was referred to Mr. Car of Montgomery. Customer service and openness regarding the application process and options in vehicles is outstanding!Needless to say.. I found my car at Mr. car of Montgomery. Thanks guys!
