This is a place where you can establish a trusting relationship, and be confident that the shop is taking proper care of your vehicle. I've been bringing my trucks here for regular service for a few years now, and have always had a good experience. You can typically find coupons for regular maintenance on the Midas site (oil changes, tire rotations, brake service, 30K mile service, and more), which always keeps the shop competitive. I haven't had any experience with poor service, and feel that Keith is honest with his diagnostics. The mechanics actually do good work, unlike so many others.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

Took my 2015 Honda Civic in for a horrible noise when stepping on the brakes. The staff was friendly and very responsive as soon as I walked in the door. Keith the manager was very helpful with a full estimate and assured me I d be out in no time as I had prior plans and this was unexpected. I will definitely be coming back for future service and highly recommend this location.

I have taken my car to this shop for all of our oil changes and other issues for the last year or so, and I have zero complaints. The staff has been friendly and professional, and they have been flexible in giving me lower-budget options for repairs.For years my car's steering wheel would wobble at highway speed, and I took it to several different shops to fix it, and this shop was the only one to notice the broken pin and replaced it for $15 or so. Their attention to detail, professional demeanor, and fair prices are the reasons I will keep returning to this shop.

Customer service was great as the mechanic's face a honest price and were very helpful. Also the gentleman in the front desk was very helpful too and Polite to me. This place is great as I have been coming here for 8 years now. I get treated in great manners and I recommend all my family members to come here as this is the best location in the town.

Both mine and my husbands cars have reached "a certain age" which has led me to visit this Midas several times in the past year for something new each time. They have taken care of me without me calling ahead and without the inefficiency and frustration I had gotten at both nearby Honda dealerships. They have gone above and beyond to get our cars fixed quickly and I haven't felt taken advantage of at all. In fact they have gone out of their way to help me, such as suggesting a place to get the specific parts I needed that significantly saved me money and installing them for me. They have been friendly and helpful answering my questions. Love these guys.

I only wish I had read the reviews on Google and Yelp. First off, the manager lies, the mechanics do not know what they are doing and my car never got fixed. In fact, I still had the same problem I brought my car in for, in addition, I had additional problems due to the terrible work they did. I went to pick up my car and the manager told me the noise (I brought it in for) was gone, when I started up my car the front end was vibrating, shaking and was making a loud noise. They put it up on the lift and worked on it for over 2 hours. The two times I brought it in my car was left filthy from grease.In fact, I still had the same problem I brought my car in for, in addition, I had additional problems due to the losey work they did. I would not bring my car back there since I was concerned about my safety and know they are unethical and do not know how to fix the problem. In addition, I incurred another problem which I am quite sure was due to the work that was done (or not done) on my car.When I tried to resolve it with the owner, he told me well things happen when you are working on cars. He would not give me a refund and claimed they put additional parts in the car. Funny thing though none of their invoices reflected additional parts.Midas should loose their license and be fined by the State of MD

Traveling through the area, with zero knowledge of where to go or what to do, these guys saved my weekend! Knew exactly what the issue was, fixed it in 2 hours, professional and kind. Lastly, had I towed my BMW to the nearest dealer, it would have been double. Thanks so much Keith and James. Your shop rocks!

Came into the shop, Keith was at the front counter . I don't hesitate to bring my truck into the shop. The guys are professional and get the work done efficiently. With little time to take care of my truck I can count on the Midas crew to do my truck repairs . Keep up the great work.

The customer service here is the worst by far. I came a week ago to get two new tires a week later I have a bubble in my tire apparently they sold me a defective tire. I went to the shop to ask about this and they re telling me that I have to buy a whole new tire after a week later of buying a new tire . The manager there called me a Martian when I asked if he was trying to rip me off because I was a female. I will never in my life return to a midias and I will never recommend them to anyone of my peers or colleagues. If I could give them zero stars I definitely would

I wish I had read the reviews on Google before visiting this "professional service". We brought our MB 320E for a 90K inspection. They gave us recommendation to adjust front wheel bearings. We did that through them. After the service, the car was pulling to the left and it was hard to turn the steering wheel right. So we brought the car back again to them. They showed us very surprised faces. In a couple of days they called us back and said that it is fixed and no charge and they sadi that we need to adjust the tire pressure. During the pickup I noticed that the left rear tail light was cracked. I go back to them and said what happened to my car and the service adviser said he does not know anything about that. I said to him who does? I told him that you have to fix that and he said no. I asked him to give me his owner's phone # and the owner did not call me back. This service station must be carefully checked by the licensing department and by the way I called them back and asked who gave them license and they said they do not know!!! What a service!

Saved my kids campout. Sensor failed and said our Audi needed more oil - it didn t. I overfilled, couldn t turn it over, and stood in a cloud of exhaust smoke in a nearby parking lot until they helped me push it into their garage - where they diagnosed and fixed the problem in an hour. We were back on the road right away and set up camp before dark. Couldn t have done it without these guys. And then they didn t even charge me. Rock on.

I bought a 1998 Subaru Forester with 200k miles on it in perfect shape! The glove box was full of receipts from Midas over the years. I started coming in 2016 and have had great normal maintenance and lifetime warranty on a lot of items but helping me with odds and ends like putting on special wheel covers, leaks, minor damage has been SPECTACULAR. This team is the real deal from advice that fits me, a local network of immediate access to parts - even for my 1998 beauty, to the skill and caring in the garage by Nick and the others - they care about the particular best outcome for ME every time. Totally experienced, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and caring pros in every sense. For ANY car work I always go to them first knowing they will help make it happen no matter what.

The Gaithersburg Midas was recommended to us by our usual mechanic, Kevin at Aktiv. Based on this suggestion, I brought the old girl to Midas for some quick work on the exhaust flex pipe. Work was completed within an hour, and the cost (including parts and labor) was affordable. No fuss, no muss- all business. which I like. Would recommend and will, if needed, use their services again.

What can I say. While visiting family in Maryland August 8th -11th, I had a issue with my tire the day before I was due to head back home, myself, fianc� and grand baby were about to be stuck until Monday morning 8/12 which would have been a day of pay and out of school missed. I walled in to the Midas and Keith the manager & technician Jernai are my latest angels sent from heaven they have continued to restore my faith in human kind. From making sure we didn t spend unnecessary money to making sure we were well taken care of. If you are ever in Gaithersburg, MD 20877 and having car problems stop by Midas you will not regret it. My cousin Julie Johnson who recommend them demanded me to go there (very glad she did) they are going to fix it right the first time she said and she was correct those guys are absolutely Amazingly Awesome. Made it home in more than enough to to make it to work the next day. When I return car issues or not I plan to stop in and say hello. Thank you again Maryland for the Hospitality it was greatly appreciated...!!!!!!!

Horrible customer service. After standing in the "lobby" for 20 minutes someone finally came up to offer assistance and was very rude. I asked to have my winter tires removed and my summer rims put on and he was trying to sale me services I didn't want. Young Black guy with a shitty Mohawk and shitty personality. I don't know how they do business with poor service like this.

Horrible experience. I had oil change at their shop a couple months ago and they were not bother of asking me what type of oil and price I m getting. Customer service was bad. The worst part they did not put back the plastic that covers the oil filter of my CRV, they denied it. STAY AWAY FROM THEM, NOT WORTH..

First impression, GHETTO.I came here for a simple tire patch due to running over a screw. As soon as I stepped out of the truck in the parking lot I immediately noticed 3 different sized screws laying on the ground. I approached the building, another nail! Not to mention the workers were wearing unprofessional ragged street clothes. The heavy set man inside was very rude and must have woken up on the wrong side of the buffet table. He quoted me for 50$! I asked if he could look at the tire first but he was too lazy. I ended up calling the local dealership and easily got a quote for 20$. Please, if you care about your car, these guys at Midas wont.

Keith and Nick are like "the dynamic duo" the work awesome together. I spent a lot of money there but it was worth every dime I left very happy and very satisfied and so did my car they both are a great asset to Midas

Complete rip off. I busted a brake line, came into the lot smoking and in trouble. They took an hour to fix it and charged me 3.5 hours for labor, $586. They took advantage of me and there was nothing I could do about it. I give them one star because they did fix the problem before closing.

Toyota hosed me on an oil change. They said they were booked for the day and suggested I come in Sunday morning at 7:30. I said, "You people are evil. Working on Sunday and actually being open at 7:30. That's ridiculous ". Of course I was teasing, of course. ;)So I drove down the street to Midas and the oil I like to use is standard there. i got right in and right out.

I waited in the lobby and no one came out to help me. I found a worker to ask if anyone was working the front desk and he went to get the manager. The manager was rude and wouldn't even let me finish a sentence to explain that I just needed a quote for getting my head light replaced and to see if they'd have time. I will never be going back to this location and wish I hadn't wasted my time.

When I came for brake pads replacement, manager insisted on replacing brake rotors (that cost 20 times more).Then replaced my original rotors with aftermarket ones, that (as it turned out later) didn't fit, so I hear squeak on turns.

Horrible experience, just charge 500$ to fix just for new flex pipe welding and other part welded in exhaust pipe. it was really horrible experience, the person was really rude and customer service was zero, i never suggest anyone to go there and i will never go there.

Stay away! This will cost you money and you will have to deal with employees and the manager screaming at you. They have 0 customer relation skills and overcharge you.They tell you a timeframe and when you call to check if its ready after that timeframe they scream at you and give you a new timeframe. Stay Away, you have been warned.
