First thing, I want to say I'm sorry to Tony, and the guys at the shop (the dogs too!) for taking so long to write this! They are STELLAR! and I can't say enough about Luis taking care of me. A repair on my muffler that came at the worst possible time <my mother getting ready for surgery the next day>, I called them, they got me in the next morning at opening!Really...fair to a half penny, super fast, super accommodating...All these amazing reviews may seem too good to be true. They earned every single one! This place is top notch!

We have been taking our vehicles to Tony at Master Tech since he began the business, more than 30 years ago. We have been more than completely satisfied with every visit. We cannot think of anyone more honest and trustworthy than Tony Navarro. We highly recommend Master Tech for all vehicle repairs.

These guys are the real deal! Courteous, fast, reliable, I was in and out in just under 90 minutes for a muffler repair. These folks may seem too good to be true, but they have earned *every single review*. Top notch, fair to a half penny...they have my loyalty on my 17 year old Mazda mpv!

My family and I have been taking our 5 cars to Master Tech shop for about 25 years. Their crew only recommends needed repairs and they do an excellent job at both inspecting and servicing all of our cars. Prices are fair. I highly recommend them.

Master-tech s Customer service is next to none. From end to end, they treat people the same way they treat their cars - with respect and diligence. In short, if you currently take your car to a franchise repair shop you are wasting your money. Master-Tech s passion for the repair process is evident in every single consultation They actually take the time to educate you, overtime becoming a more informed car owner.

Unfortunately i couldn't complete the repairs because I want to order my own replacement parts to save money because the car isn't worth much. But my visit to Master Tech was pleasant, and the fees were very reasonable for diagnostics. Thanks for the help guys!

I ve been getting my cars serviced here for years. They provide honest, superior service and I wouldn t feel comfortable going anywhere else. I ve even gotten my Tesla serviced here. If you're looking for a trustworthy mechanic that won t up charge you for no reason, Master Tech is the place!

We bring two cars to Master Tech off of a referral. As long as we are in Maryland, we will continue to bring our vehicles here. Cannot say enough about the great, friendly, fast, accurate, service.

*PSA: Going anywhere other than Master-Tech for car care is a mistake*Tony and his team are absolutely phenomenal! I go to them for all of my car problems and every time I am amazed by their level of mastery for everything car related. Their diagnostic capacity is impressive, I once approached them with nothing but my attempt to reproduce a sound my car made and they were on it in no time. They explained to me clearly the issue why they couldn't pass the MD inspection but gave me a chance to correct it. The next day, I brought the car back with the fix, they inspected and passed the car inspection without additional charges. Two Masters will greet you at the door. See picture for woof woof!

I needed a good and honest mechanic and my friend recommended Master Tech very highly, having used them for over 10 years. When I called about my problem, my car seemed to be leaking gas (it was), Tony was helpful, friendly and was able to work on my car right away.My car had to be towed, pretty late in the day and he had it diagnosed and repaired mid-day the following day.His price was fair and my car is driving great! I would absolutely recommend Master Tech. It's not only my "go to" but my family's as well.

Master-tech provided an excellent 100,000 mile service for my 20 year old Lexus. Complete brake overhaul, fluid exchanges, valve cover gaskets and spark plug replacement were all performed flawlessly at a fraction of dealer prices. Tony and team are true Masters of their craft. It is always a pleasure working with Master-Tech. No matter with which restrictions my situation comes, they are always accommodating. I appreciate the level of understanding, communication, and professionalism this company has shown me each time I have visited. Best of all, I do not feel like I am being ripped off. This establishment creates an outstanding experience with quality care and does not go out of the way to burn a hole in my pocket. I would recommend this place to anyone, but especially to those with a foreign, luxury car looking to escape the astronomical prices of the dealership.
