Dan was great and helped me get my BMW back on the road after having it parked for over a year. I would recommend dan without hesitation. I encountered some trouble picking up my vehicle given my work schedule and he was very accommodating and nice. The price was reasonable and he evaluated everything and was very transparent. I enjoyed his communication and great customer service concerning my vehicle. I felt comfortable doing business with Dan and at no point did he recommend anything but what was required to make my car safe again. The price was great and his customer service impeccable. The employees were very nice and because this was my second vehicle for commuter purposes they made sure to take their time evaluating everything since it was parked for a year. My car is back on the road and I feel comfortable driving this car everywhere. Thanks again Dan!

Dan Martin is a pro. Fair, honest, easy to work with. He loves BMWs and knows more about them than any shop in the Washington area. I've been to 3 dealers and 4 "recommended" independents. No one comes close to Dan's service and expertise. He is THE BEST.

Dan knows BMWs well. Fixed two tricky problems with ABS and emissions. Fast work and at a fair price which was much less than the dealer and others. Honest - as he did not come up with a long list of other items. Even gave me a discount due to a mix-up during pick-up. Highly Recommended.
