Absolute worst experience getting my car serviced.I recently had a terrible encounter with the Kia Service and Parts department that left me deeply dissatisfied. Upon receiving my car after a diagnosis of the check engine light, I discovered it was in worse condition than when I brought it in. On my way back to work I noticed there was loud scraping and flapping sound coming from underneath my car that was not present prior to the service. After realizing there was an issue I immediately called the Kia Service department and was put on hold and then told to hold again whenever someone answered the phone.Despite promptly returning to the department to address the problems, I was met with an alarming lack of assistance. Jerome Barnette seemed indifferent to my concerns and offered no viable solutions to rectify the situation. This lack of accountability and customer care was exceptionally disappointing.My experience with the Kia Service and Parts department was highly unsatisfactory. I didn t think that this place could be worse than Laurel Kia but I was wrong. I will never come back here. I left work where I was busy with many tasks to address this issue and they wasted my time and took no accountability.

DEAL WITH THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! THEY LEFT MY CAR UNLOCKED OVERNIGHT AND HAD STUFF STOLEN OUT OF MY CAR!!! Decided to give this place a try again, after having a bad buying experience. got into an accident, dropped my car at the body shop, they had it, everything was great, I woke up and saw that my AirPods that I have left in the car by accident in the glove box were somewhere in DC. Someone had broke into my car and stole my stuff, brought it up to the dealership and they responded with I don t know what you want me do to about it and I m not going to sit here and argue with you There was no broken windows so they left the car unlocked overnight and someone broke into it. Never again. Dealer doesn t want to own up to the mistake of leaving my car unlocked and having someone broke into it!!Deal with them at your own risk. Stuff goes missing and they don t own up to their mistake.

I should ve never went back here after they broke my antenna a couple years back. Chuck took care of it after doing some investigating but I didn t appreciate how his tone was with me over the phone.Stayed loyal to them for the past 3 years, despite them raising the prices every other month.My car was working fine before I took it in last Thursday for the usual oil change and tire rotation. After I left, I noticed my car was idling pretty rough. I took it back and one of the representative, Wayne scanned the car and advised me that I needed new spark plugs. Wayne suggested that I wait until Monday to speak with the service manager, Chuck to see if he could work something out because my spark plugs were replaced last summer and I m only over the warranty by 2K miles.I finally took the car in yesterday after speaking with Chuck. Unfortunately, I had to leave the car over night because they were so busy. If I ve know that I had to leave it, I d schedule it for another day so of course I had to miss a day of work.This morning the service department called me and advised me that I had a valve cover gasket that was leaking oil onto my spark plugs and that I had to pay $901 to get it fix. Of course they refused to work with me on the spark plugs or with me in general even though I ve been so loyal to them for all these years. Don t understand how they completed a multipoint inspection and didn t catch the leak. So now I m screwed. Won t be coming back here.

I dropped off my car on collision center Poor costumer service You have to call them to know about you car But bad part the person who received my car never told me please take values things that you have on your car I was think, that I leave my car on secure place but NO I picked up my car all my stuff that I leave they re not on place like somebody check all my car And they have to work on my car OUTSIDE, repair back bumper So why they check my car inside .I continued organize the stuff, some coins disappear And the most value thing my SUNGLASSES Please people make sure when you have to drop off your care on Kia o Geico Xpress collision center don t leave at less a penny because that s going to be disappear .They not going to be responsible but they didn t mentioned to You

If your car is under warranty do NOT take it here! They will leave your car in a corner for days until you get tired and take it to somewhere else. Of course, they don't want to do a job you don't have to pay for. They called me to say they had the part. When my wife was there a couple of days later to check if the car was ready she was told they did not have the part, and she saw our car parked in the same spot it was 1 week earlier. LIARS! If you have a KIA under warranty go to DARCARS KIA in Frederick! Excellent service, honest people.

My daughter set their for 4 hours for an oil change and a diagnostic check. She was told the oil change was done and so was I when I returned a few days later to have the work done which couldn't be done for over a week. My oil was never changed. Whatever they called themselves fixing caused more issues. My vehicle overheated on the drive home after they was supposed to had solved the evap leak issue. Called them to make them aware of the overheatong and shutting down. They asked us to drive back to them. Knowing they are 33miles from our home. My daughter drove 33 miles and 35 mins for norhing - they told her because no lights were currently on the vechile they couldn't do anything and take it to the Didge dealer. This place is by far the worse experience I have every had with a Service Center.

I owned Honda and Toyota cars before and I never encountered such a bad service in my entire life. I purchased a 2022 Kia K5 from them (King Kia). Recently I been having issues with the car. So this is the issue, my car turned off on me after pulling in a parking space and putting the gear in park. When I put it in park the idle got a bit rough, went down then went rough again giving the car a little tremble then the engine died but of course all electric components stayed. When this happened there were no warning lights that appeared. This happened to me 3 times. When it happened the third time, that's when I made an appointment with Kia Services.When I got there today they refused to check my car because there were no warning lights showing. I mentioned to the staff Jim that when my car died on it's own no warning light came on the dashboard. I asked if they could check the electrical wires or at least take a look at it but he refused and said our technician can't look at your car if there aren't any warning lights on the dashboard. This is ridiculous because that means I was sold a broken car and what's the purpose of getting a warranty. I searched the problem online and there are others that are facing the same issue.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Old guy with blue eyes so rude in service department. I never go this place anymore. Better drive 30 minutes more for get better service. I think they don't have any "Service Manager". Got a recall notice on my Kia; called service department two different times and left callback numbers: never heard back. Finally went in person and got scheduled in 2 minutes. So much for personalized service.
