People are so helpful and they always make sure that your car is always good to drive very good customer service. I highly recommend this place my company has been using jiffylube for long time.

I came in for a walk in appt at open. I was greeted quickly and Mo Mo made sure I was comfortable while I waited for my service to be completed. He offered my 2 yr old hot coco and was very cordial throughout interactions. I was very impressed and left with a lot of helpful knowledge about the serve benefits.

I was in the area and had about an hour to burn so I stopped by and to my delight the customer service was better than the one at my local jiffy lube. Also, I was in and out for just a regular oil change, something that can easily take 40 mins at my local jiffy lube.

So my car was shaking randomly at stop lights when I brake so, I needed to fix my brakes. The guy is telling me I m overwhelmed and it s the end of the day, we already took off everything and ready to put the new stuff on. He told me I only needed brake pads done but they only do both rotors and brakes , and not just brake pads because of liability. Why do I see an option for just brake pads for 249. I have to pay for extra for things I don t need ,which Im annoyed about. I have to pay 469 plus tax 487 for no reason. I m not coming back here ever again. I m only getting it done here because I don t want to be stuck on the road or anythingdangerous to happen.

The gentleman at the location on Frederick RD in Gaithersburg, Md was very kind and attentive. I was literally having a horrible day until I arrived. They possess excellent customer service skills, and are very knowledgeable and helpful. I look forward to my next appointment with these guys. I hope they know how much this sort of service is appreciated. Keep up the good work, You all truly made my day.

I visited this location for an oil change. This was my first time coming in with my car that has light interior. I asked the tech if the had seat covers. His answer was yes, I go wait for my service which took 2 hours, I asked why and they said they didn't know how to do the removal of my screws on a bmw. Once done I got into my car and noticed grease was everywhere. I told them they needed to clean it and why didn't they use seat covers. They said they didn't have seat covers and only had small towels. They tried to clean it with a solution that rubbed the paint off of my seat. The manager came over after many attempts of cleaning and insinuated that how do they know oil was in my car before hand. Told me they had no corporate number. I did find a someone online to complain to but ended up losing the number. I wouldn't take my car there ever again!!!

When I arrived I was told they would finish in 15 minutes. It took 45 minutes. Outside temp was in the 40s and there was zero heat in the waiting room, which, besides being very cold, smelled awful. Horrible experience. Will never go there again.

Good Jiffy lube compared to others. Just make sure you verify and confirm the tire pressure with inspection by the manager before you leave.

Startlingly quick service! You get used waiting for hours when you have an urgent car issue so I had resigned myself to spending the evening waiting and waiting on a somewhat urgent oil change that I just hadn t had time to do earlier.I m honestly not sure I spent more than 45 minutes total (from arriving to the business to driving away) despite there being a few vehicles ahead of mine.I also greatly appreciated the customer service! Everyone I spoke to was professional and friendly and made sure I understood prices and processes. They made some recommendations on other maintenance items I needed, but did not push the issue when I advised I did not want to do them today. This should be the standard for customer service, but we have all experienced elsewhere that it is not.I will absolutely be returning to this location.Service: Oil change

The oil and filter change were smooth sailing. Sometimes the sales pitch up front is a sometimes helpful like today they found a brake light bulb out. They may have spared me a traffic stop by Montgomery County Police. Thank you guys.
