This place and these gentlemen are great! They helped me when I was in need of a tire. I was so worried I would pay an arm and a leg for a new tire, but a friend suggested I go here. I can see why! Great service at a great price. The guys replaced my tire and even put my spare back in the trunk after they filled it up for me. They were also very fast and efficient. I was there for no more than 15 minutes. I will definitely be going back and recommending them to others in the area. Thank you guys so much for all of your help and for helping me get back home safely!

Terrible customer service. If you want to buy you don't have the right to ask anything and you have to buy only that they want. The wors service in whole area.What disrespect were you talking about, be serios and professional, I just asked simple questions about the product that I wanted to buy, it is normal to ask, inquire and expand the relevant information about what I want to buy. If you do not have the necesary skills and competencies to perform a good customer service is better not to open stores. Diligent, professional and ethical people are the ones who have an extraordinary future ahead of them. I remind you that I went there to buy, not to get a gift, and much less to have you raise your voice and speak to me inappropriately. First learn to respect and grow as a person and then if you think about opening business. The one who has a store should take care of it, if not he can sell it, business is due to customer. That you say what is not true, to speak ill of your workers and the competition leaves a lot to be said.Go to this place if you want to be treated the worst and charged the highest prices in the market for lousy service.

I ll be back! They told me it would be around a 45 minute wait for replacing brake pads and I was in and out in 20 minutes. JC does thorough work and didn t try to over charge me, he even showed me the issues on my vehicle so I could see it myself. Lastly, he test drove my car to make sure everything was in working order!

Terrible customer service. They will hang up on you when you call. I called twice, once today and once about a week ago, both times I got dial toned. No words, just disconnected. I will not spend money with an establishment that is this rude. Go to Paul's, it's far BETTER!

Family owned business, hard workers, replaced and balanced 4 tires. Did a fantastic job! Even shined and cleaned the tires prior to driving off. Also replaced my stems because they were cracked. Great people great service willing to recommend to anyone. Just make sure to call ahead for your sizes. Great service

Just went there today for the 2nd time. They're always prompt, always cordial, always had exactly what I needed, and do quality work at reasonable prices. If you're looking for quality used tires and great customer service, this is the place to go.

This is my second time using JC Auto for a flat tire. I was treated professionally and they repaired my tire at a reasonable price. I will continue to conduct business with them. Love their two sweet dogs.

Drove over there a day ago, late morning, to see if they were interested in buying the used tires off my SUV. The guy there told me to come back when the boss was there. This morning I called to see if the boss was there and got hung up on before I could ask about the boss. Called back and it seems the boss was there but before I could ask another question re selling my tires to them, I got hung up on AGAIN. No effing way am I contacting them again. They missed out on 3 good Michelin SUV tires with 30 - 40% tread left and 2018 date codes.

Im a new car owner & new to Gaithersburg, Jaime was super kind & explained to me I needed to rotate my tires & have an alignment done. Changed my 2 tires in a flash. I m coming back to get my oil changed !!

I found this place on a saturday when another place was closed. JC was very nice. He had 2 tires that were all most new and gave me a great deal. He did all the work and had me out the door in about 40 min. He was very knowageable. I will be be back next time I need tires.

Went there because Paul s used tired didn t have my size. They recommend I go to Rockville. I searched used tires and JC used tires and repair was only 2 minutes away. They changed two tired for me right on the spot. I know where I m recommending people to.

Warning!!!!! don't never ever go this place if you have mechanical problem, they don't know nothing ,after I took my car there to change oxygensensor my car totally a lots of problems. The good thing they have good tires.again don't never ever go this place if you have mechanical problem.

Warning!!!!!!!! Don't never ever go this place if you have mechanical problems. After I took my car this place my car totally destroyed. They don't know nothing. After I took this place finally I tooked dealer ship told me more than $300 dollars because they put wrong parts.

Very high prices for used tires, only go there if you have no other options or if Paul used tires (a block away) doesn't have any good tires for your needs.
