I've been getting my cars serviced here for many years. Always use factory manufactured parts. The owner and mechanics are excellent diagnosticians and extremely trustworthy! The prices for service are extremely reasonable and fair. Wouldn't even consider ever going to a dealer after going here! Make your own comparisons. Definitely worth their weight in gold!

I greatly appreciate the quality of work that Japanese AutoCare has provided to me over the last year. They are very professional and honest with pricing and the work holds up! Last year my fuel line ripped in my car and I contacted Japanese Auto care on short notice and they helped me repair my fuel line. It has been one year now, and the work they did still holds up. I highly recommend Japanese Auto Care for any and all services relating to automobiles.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Very quick. Work was completed with exactly what I asked for.First review in 2020-Excellent work.Second review in 2022- Excellent work again.This shop does not mess around they will get done what you need in a reasonable time for a good price.

came in looking for service hoping to get honesty and transparency however I feel this shop did not provide excellent customer service. Looked to get complete140k service tune came in with my own set of plugs told him I did and honestly I don't know if he used his or the ones I brought in (didn't even bother to tell me) who knows I could have returned my plugs if plugs were included for the tune up package he did of change engine oil ( didn't ask me if when I changed them which I just did 1k ago fresh royal purple hps and filter) air filter, trans fluid flush, coolant flush, ps fluid flush, cabin air filter, brake fluid 580 replace both rear pads and replace bad caliper and bleed 510 when asked about what kind of oil and pad he used low tonely so I could barely hear and understand with his accent, he said some racing oil brand called "chem 2" and "alcuposite pads" (which he said were better than mine) i googled and did not find anything of those makes.. Also asked for alignment which I thought he said he'd do never did, I think he mentioned my sideskirts were in the way? also when mentioned the coupon from his website he simply says I already gave discount. Total spent 1,106.35 Just wish he was more pleasant I was hopeful it would be a good experience but he just didn't seem like he cared about me.. if this is ok please follow up. *update car steering shakes like crazy now after his brake job, had blown piston and and replaced with new and blown ones didn't shake like that what is going on?? also I brought in caliper to replace them and he said they were not the right part but I didn't get that back, did he scrap it or keep it I don't know.. bad experience. *Update took my car to another mechanic and was told I got over charged. Dishonest mechanic who will prey upon people. Theif/crook* went from 2 stars to 1.Service: Brake service & repair

Have been using this auto maintenance service for more than 20 years and I trust Myong to always do an excellent job at a very fair price. The only downside is that he works only on Japanese-made cars. I'd love to bring him my BMW as well! You can't go wrong here.

We have taken our Honda CRV as well as our Toyota to Mr. Shin's service since 2001 and highly recommend it, especially for Hondas. He is honest, dependable and prices are very reasonable. The CRV is over 10 years old and has over $140K miles, and he has helped keep it running like a top.

I started going to this place last year after having so many issues with other shops overcharging me for subpar work. Frustrated I decided to look for a place that specializes in Japanese cars. I am so glad that I did and I will never go anywhere else. They are honest and straightforward. They do quality work and have reasonable prices.

I had the 60k service done on my 2014 Lexus GS 350 and had a very pleasant experience. I'm very appreciative of their excellent customer service. No more dealer for me!

Reliable and have been going to them for years. I have had my car for 13 years and it is still running smoothly. I have not had any issues with my car.

Only place I take my car
