Incredible quality and service that EXCEEDS the 5 star rating!I brought my car to Han s after a spin out collision that resulted in pretty hefty damage to my vehicle. But you ll see from the before and after photos that my car looks amazing and basically brand new. The quality of repairs speaks for itself.But what truly blew me away was the level of customer service and communication that Han s delivered throughout the entire repair process. Frequent calls AND emails with process photos along the way - truly eased my worries and speaks to the top notch care that customers can expect at Han s.I cannot recommend enough!

I just wanted to give a huge thank you to the Hans family and staff. They were very informative and kind and did an amazing job with my truck. They kept me up-to-date with the process that was going on. I would definitely recommend their company.

Price, quality, customer service - all 5 stars!My car was side swiped about a month ago, and I had to get it fixed in a hurry.I got three quotes for the job.One from caliber, another from collision, and the third one from Mr. Han. One place wanted 3k, another place wanted 2.6k, and Mr. Han gave me a quote for 2.1k.At the end I went with Mr. Han not because he offered me the best price but because his google reviews were phenomenal. He certainly didn't disappoint.The fact that he met his promise of getting the job done in 5 business days gives me confidence that he will certainly come through for you, too!I'm uploading a picture of before and after.

Han's Auto Center is the absolute best in the business in my experience. Mr. Han is very meticulous and cares about his work/clients. They keep you updated throughout the job so you are in the loop the whole time. My car looks better now than it did before the accident! Got the quote quickly (some places required appointments that are 1-2 weeks in advance), dropped off my car for a week, they've been keeping in touch with me before the job started of anything additional that I might want to consider them fixing and when I came back the dent/scratch in my car was completely gone! They blended in the color very well and offered to tighten my rear bumper (at a cost). Overall, body shops are generally on the expensive side in my opinion, but they did a good job and I will gladly come back to them next time I need to.

From the start to the end, my experience in Han's auto was AMAZING!! All the staffs are exceptionally professional and kind including great receptionists!Mr.Han and James kindly walked me through every single step of the repair process, and I also periodically received updates (with detailed pictures) on how my car is getting fixed throughout the whole process. Not only did they do a spectacular job, but they also amazed me with their passionate heart to satisfy customers! My son hit a deer while driving home from college in his Subaru Forester. I had him take the car to Han's based on the reviews here on Google. So glad I did. We had an excellent experience with this body shop. The communication was superb. They sent me pics frequently. Worked out all the insurance details and helped get my son over to the rental car place. I couldn't recommend Han's more highly.

Han's Auto Center is the exceptionally best in this field and way beyond my expectation. I have never received tons of photo about my car through whole repair process from any other body shop and they even found internal problem which is usually ignored by other shops. We took our car in for body work and had great experience. Everything was thoroughly explained, detailed photographs were taken and the work was completed on time and on budget. They did great work and we are very happy with the results. We highly recommend this business.

Very late to share my experience, but better now then never. I brought my car in for repairs in February of 2020. I did some good damage to the front from a rear end collision. I was very nervous coming into the shop with it being my first "major" accident and having no idea about cars and the repair process. Luckily, the front desk and Mr. Han were extremely helpful. They contacted my insurance company for me, the rental car center, then explained thoroughly what was wrong with my car and the repairs that were to take place. They delivered on their timeline and I was and still am extremely satisfied with their communication with me and workmanship on my car. They offered a complimentary buff and wash, which unfortunately timed awfully with the pandemic hitting so it was cancelled, but I'm finally getting it done this month (Oct).Fast forward to Oct 2020 and I notice a part is hanging from under my car that I was informed was another impact caused by my Feb accident. They stick true to their warranty, and I came in and it was fixed free of charge. I appreciate it so much!I was quite surprised, though, when I went to ask a question about the part and if I should take any further action with it (if I should take it to my dealer which is also my servicing place to get oil changes and such), and asked due to my lack of knowledge on cars, and I was met with a response that came off very much that I asked a very unheard of question.I am very open about my lack of knowledge on cars, hence why I asked the question and happily came back to Han's due to a great experience before, so it was a bit out of place when I got that type reaction. This was my only negative experience with them, though! I hope I did not offend in any way by asking such a question, I just genuinely did not know what my next steps were and just wanted to take care of my car.Edit: I came in for a complimentary buff and wash the day after the events described above, and I had a very insightful and eye opening conversation with Mr. Han. He explained even further about the splash shield under my car to help me better understand, as well as explaining his business practice. I'd like to clear up that he repaired my splash shield as a courtesy and it did not have to do with the warranty. They did an amazing job repairing my car the first time, and the damage was due to my own negligence, yet they still chose to repair my car free of charge. Again, I am astounded and satisfied with the care that this auto shop provides.Overall, I would always take my car here and again, I am very very satisfied with their work, integrity, communication, and workmanship. Don't second guess taking your car to Hans, especially if want to be kept informed about the process through and through! They are very thorough with their emails and updates to you.

I ve experienced a car accident last month and I did research online that Han s auto had a great reputation. So I decided to send my car there. They were professional and nice. They sent me very detailed cost estimate and always called me to update progress. I had to pay by myself so they did a great job to repair the car in great condition with great price. They also asked employee to come to my place to pick me up to the shop for picking up my car. I ve driven it for one month and there was no issue at all, great quality and service. Strongly recommended!

Mike and his team are meticulous in their analysis of the damage and required parts and repairs. They worked closely with the out of network insurance company to gain the proper adjustments to the estimates such that the vehicle is good as new. Thanks.

I had heard great things about Han s but I can now say for sure that they are the best not only in fixing up cars but also great when it comes to customer service. I had my Mustang involved in a hit and run and didn t know where to go. My brother had just gotten some work done at Han s and insisted I go there on. From the estimate to the completion of repairs they kept me well informed and even helped with the insurance claim!! I hope I won t be needing their service again anytime soon, but if I ever need to get my car repaired again I know exactly where to go. Thank you to Mr. Han and Joe for the great experience.

I recently had a great experience of getting my car repaired at Han's Auto, and I must say the service was exceptional! As a first-time car damage victim, I was overwhelmed with anxiety, but the team at Han's Auto made the entire process so much easier.From the moment I stepped in, they showed a level of carefulness and compassion that immediately put me at ease. They patiently explained every step of the repair process, which was incredibly reassuring for someone like me who had no prior experience with such situations.It was evident that they genuinely cared about my car and my well-being, as they went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and honest repair. Wow. If you re shopping around for a body shop, look no further than Han s Auto. I was in a hit-and-run accident (on the one-year anniversary of owning my car) and have never had to use my insurance to get repairs done on my dime. Han s walked me through the steps (and contacted my insurance on multiple occasions to make sure things were properly handled) and kept in touch with me throughout the process. I can t brag enough on the ladies at the front desk, Paul, and James. Thank you all for fixing my car good as new!Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

I had an accident in the rear of the driver's side of my 2021 toyota tundra and they did a good job for me, they left it as it came from the factory and the good service staff were always communicating with us how the work was progressing with my vehicle until it was delivered to me. My experience with Han's Auto Center was fast and hassle free. When I came in to get an estimate, James was very honest with me. He went through all the possible repairs they would have to make like which parts would have to be replaced and what kind of paint job they would have to do. In addition, he noticed that my tire pressure lights were on. Apparently, my tire pressure was too high. He was nice enough to deflate some tires and reset that for me! That was so nice of him! When the parts came in I sent my vehicle to them. They emailed me with pictures every step of the way. So I knew exactly what was happening to my car. In their hands, my car made a swift recovery! When I picked my car up, James mentioned I could schedule a complimentary buff and wash of my vehicle, which I did! I'm so happy with the results and I trust Han's Auto Center for any future visits! Not only did they do an amazing job but everyone working there were so friendly.

I was referred to Han's auto body and the way they work is beyond amazing! My car had to be repaired due to car accident. Staff @ Han's auto were friendly and attentive. They informed me regularly via email communication with pictures, documents and phone calls. They were meticulous and careful to do the job from the beginning till the end. TRUSTWORTHY! I was referred to Han s Auto and I took a chance. This was by far the best repair shop I ve ever taken my car to and the work backs it up. I never felt like I was left in the dark about what was going on with my car. They kept me in the know from start to finish! Pictures were sent throughout and when I say thorough, I mean thorough. I ve never seen a repair shop so dedicated to their work and for that I am forever appreciative. Your car will leave looking brand new (a lot better from when you took it in). I had a very positive experience with Han's Auto Body and I highly recommend using them. They were very honest and easy to work with regarding my damaged vehicle. They kept me informed throughout the process with consistent updates and quality service. I am super happy with my car now, and I think it looks great. Prices were also affordable and my car was fixed quickly.

I want to start out by saying Joe was so amazing! Worked so hard on my car and to get the parts I needed! I m so please with my car the before and after is insane! Whenever I have an issue I will continue going to this shop!! I highly recommend Han s Auto Body! Joe checked up on me either ever update send me emails, photos and made calls. Amazing team. Very professional body shop. They did wonderful job on my Toyota Camry. I recommend this body shop!To make my story short:Someone damaged my car on parking lot and fled the scene.I open claim with my insurance and called Han's Auto Center to arrange an estimate.This amazing team made estimate, contacted my insurance company. They have software system that they share with insurance company. Basically, I did not have to do many calls and coordination.They contacted insurance, they contacted rental company to arrange loaner car for me.What I really liked -- communications were easy, they always called on my phone with updates, also they sent all updates in email.They send me tons of pictures - what exactly needs repair, how they plan to do it.It was VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE!.

My daughter damaged the bumper on her Honda. The my insurance company listed them as a preferred repair shop, as did I. Years ago they did an excellent job repairing my MX5, so I had not concerns with taking my daughter's car there. Here is an example of how you will feel.
