Made an appointment online for a synthetic-blend oil change and tire rotation. When arrived, I was told they only carry high-mileage synthetic-blend and fully synthetic. My car has less than 50k miles on it and does not need fully synthetic according to the manual.My tires were certainly not rotated, even though I checked twice with the lady at the front desk. I had a leaky tire and it was in the same place after the service.Also, I was told I needed to replace the engine air filter. They ordered it and after a twenty-minute wait, it turned out it was not the right fit. I was not offered an apology and was just asked if I would wait another 20 minutes so they could re-order it.

Took my Jeep for an oil change a few days ago, and I thought they did a good job. It was pretty quick and I was back on the road. They were also able to pull up my info online from my regular goodyear location, which made things even easier.

I've had a great experience with this shop. A couple of months after they replaced my tires, I had two lug bolts that would not come off. They took the time to work and remove the bolts without charging me.I will continue to go back to them and will recommend them to others.

Was driving home from DC and only made it this far before my check engine light turned on. Luckily, this Goodyear location was nearby. Even though they were busy and I didn't have an appointment, they found a way to fit me in and fix the problem so I could get home safely. They saved the day -- eleven out of ten stars.

I wanted to shout-out one of the employees, Brennan. He's always professional, gives detailed explanations, and if your pockets are tight, he looks for specials to see where there's wiggle room. And, in that vein, my favorite thing about him is he recommends alternatives to ensure you have what you need to be safe on the road. That type of service is priceless, and truly appreciated. Goodyear, y'all have a gem in him! Thanks for all you do Brennan.

I actually found this place by chance when I had an emergency with a tire rapidly deflating. I'm usually skeptical about places such as this, which is why I have my own mechanic. However, I was so impressed by the professionalism, knowledge and "wait" times along with the cleanliness of their waiting area, that they are now my go-to place for my tire care! Btw, always get the hazard insurance for the tires! Ithas paid off greatly for me!

During appointments they show you affordable tires and schedule your appointment. But when you go there they said we do not have tires. The customer service person without checking his computer said that he do not see my schedule appointment.

I just purchased 4 new tires and an alignment for my mid size SUV (caught a decent sale). I truly enjoyed my experience at this location. LITERALLY everyone I came in contact with at this location was extremely friendly and understanding (that's unfortunately rare now a days). The staff took their time with explaining everything I inquired about and even things I did not inquire about. I don't know much about tires and alignment, so I was happy that the service rep/technician was patient with me (a very nice gentleman with dark hair who was servicing the front desk but I think he is also a technician- my receipt says the name Brennan, but I'm not sure if that's the technician's name). The front desk staff members were very nice as well (one lady with blonde hair and glasses and another young lady with long black hair). I didn't wait very long for my tire and alignment services, which I really appreciated. And the location is clean.

I came to this Good Year location for an oil change. I also been having a couple of problems with my vehicle. I spoke to the ladies upfront, and they checked my vehicle for free. this location was very honest and did not try to oversell me, which is a positive for me since I m a female . A gentleman came to give me a quote and thoroughly explain to me what each thing meant

This is the best goodyear store, I use to go to Rockville, I ve been doing business with this store since 2021, I have 4 vehicles on my account, after new manager came to this store, its a totally different store now, her name is Alexandra, she turned to a magnificent store, previous manager was sucks, never showed up, never talked to the customers, always sitting inside room, now I ve seen more people coming to the store, more business, they re always busy now, new manager Alexandra, she s professional, smart, she always at the front, always shows up, she s intelligent, she s knowns the subject very well, you could ask any questions related to the tire and services, she ll explains you very well, very nice person, very helpful, she does very good customer service, she s the best, and also they have very good technicians to, best one is Lester, he s a expert for wheel alignment, when he does alignment and balancing, it s sharp, no issue, I love this store. I highly recommend Gaithersburg store.

stopped in for my oil change today, the lady who helped me was very knowledgeable and got my alignment & filters changed. gave me the discounts available and got me in and out in just 2 hours. very fast, very helpful, and very friendly. I will be back! thank you!

Left with new tires and more issues than I came in with. They didn t want to acknowledge that they messed my car up. Also don t want to horror price matching. This location lacks customer service and accountability

Highly recommend. This location re-opened within the last year. I talked with Xavier, the manager, and really liked his story and their willingness to go the extra mile. I paid only for a simple vent cleaning. They took their time cleaning it twice and Xavier came and sat in the car with me to listen to the story of the mysterious musty smell. They test drove it around, and eventually found that the condenser drain was clogged. All they were supposed to do was clean it, but they basically serviced it to find the likely root issue. Xavier told me he has worked here 11 yrs since before it was Goodyear, and went to other stores while this location closed for a bit. When they reopened, he was brought back as a manager and he himself cleaned the floors of this place to reopen. It looks clean as a whistle and the waiting area was nice and new. I heard others come in and all of the staff were great with them. They even turned away business (sorta) to a guy with a Tesla issue, who likely would be better serviced by Tesla for his special tires. They could have charged a ton to remove foam and what not, but suggested the likely better 1st step of him going to Tesla. Real honest guys who can service your tires, brakes, rotors, air cond, and do general car maintenance!

I busted two tires last night when I hit a curb, ACCIDENTALLY. I called Goodyear Auto Service and spoke to Kenny Rodriguez who was upbeat and extremely helpful in assisting me with information and pricing for what I needed. I came into the store shortly afterward and met Kenny, who again was extremely helpful. He provided me with my options and pricing and he didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't want. Kenny empathized with my situation, took my information and got his staff working on my car immediately. This is one of most enjoyable experiences I've ever had with a tire company and it's staff. Kenny needs to get a raise! Thanks Kenny, I will definitely recommend your business to any of my friends and family for excellent and timely service!

Just pulled into the Exxon gas station next to it because I had a horrible flat. Thank God for this Goodyear located right next to it! I came in, dropped off my car and the gentlemen were so helpful and personable. They ordered me a Lyft home, finished my car way before they said it would be ready and ordered me a Lyft back! Hands down the easiest, most stress-free experience I ve ever had at any auto shop. You won t regret bringing your car here!

This place is the best for tire service. They actually call you about your car and provide accurate time estimates. If anyone has their car tires insured by good year (which I highly recommend) this is the location to use

Made on appointment on Tuesday and was able to get in the next day. Service was very professional. I was kept up to date on all work being done. Work was complete on time. I would recommend Goodyear service, particularly at this location.

The store manager she is very unprofessional and rude i will not be coming back here ever! She needs to be fired! Never have i ever seen someone so disrespectful at goodyear.
