Just bought a 2011 mustang and took my car here for a MD State inspection... the customer service was pleasant but the car service is mediocre. Once I left there my passenger rear caliper (which they took apart) made a ridiculous knocking noise that I never heard!! Only once I left that noise came. One thing led to another and I ended up changing my calipers, rotors, etc myself. Come to find out my rear brake was not in the best condition at all! And they don't even bring it to your attention. They just slap it back together and send you away. I can say they gave me a quote for a very expensive repair.... although I can appreciate them for that, I would rather them pay attention to some of the stuff that matter alot as well; LIKE MY BRAKES!!! Very disappointed. Won't be going back.... word of advice, if you can... try to learn how to do it yourself.... these guys in particular don't really care... they just want the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.

This place is the worst place I have ever been, they r thiefs working in store. I went for inspection, and i didn't have the wheel lock key with me to take out the tires, so they wouldn't let me come back with the same payment. They told me they would charge me again if I left to get the key, and we argued then when they gave me the report, they put a problem that the car don't even have. Telling me there is an exaust leak without a check engine light, the most common problem to get engine light. Just to listen, I asked how much it cost to fix, and they told me $1130 what a terrible ppl. They robbed me in a daylight.

I had issues with the gas station part of this. I prepaid the pump $20 and all seemed normal until after I get $75 notification from them. I go to speak about it and immediately felt like they don t care what anyone has to say. The manager repeated to me the bank does that. I tried to explain I know it usually takes like .01 or $1 then runs your card. But I prepaid this $20 why all of a sudden I m I getting a $75 approved transaction? But the manager kept repeating the same thing and kept being so tone deaf to it all. Even said to me we get your kind of people all the time like excuse me? I got it all on video too. I recorded it as soon as he spoke to me and tried to explain cause I felt his attitude and his I don t care about this mentality. I believe just a clear explanation and trying to understand the customers confusion is fine. But this man obviously doesn t care about customer service at all. If anyone has any issue just talk to a wall you ll get more of a response and you won t be told a comment like your kind . I don t wanna say he s a racist or has something against women but you don t just say kind of people to a customer. I have a witness and a video for a reason. I felt his tension and demeanor.

Over the weekend I had trouble starting my car. I told myself that next week I should get it looked at. I didn't get a chance because my battery died. I had to get my car jump started and took it to the nearby Liberty Auto Gas Station. I needed a new battery (it lasted 8 years!) and the alternator had a couple of bad diodes and needed replacement. The parts came in the next morning and I got the car back in the afternoon. The costs for parts and labor was about what I had expected for a job like this. I was very satisfied with the work done.Services: Auto battery replacement, General repairs & maintenance

The first time I came here, They didn't detect the leak coming from my coolant tank and said everything was fine. Prior to the service, I informed them that I would see coolant on the ground underneath my car when it was parked. I went to a dealership and they found a hole in my tank. The second time around, I came for a tire installation and the clerk upfront said to me in a nasty tone, "I need your keys." In my opinion, they have poor customer service.

Terrible. Car was inspected and they were very unhelpful. My car did not pass inspection because my inside bumper was "rusted". They offered to order a new one online and would have had to pay almost 700 dollars for. they also said I needed to replace my front tires. I payed 80 dollars for this inspection. Not only was this expensive but they were extremely unhelpful and treated me with disrespect. The tall man specifically who also rolled his eyes at me when I explained that I did not have a lot of time to get this done. I was being nothing but nice and got terrible service. Never EVER going back and would not recommend coming here for inspection. Work on customer service if prices are going to be high :)

Extremely terrible customer service. I got there and the man at the front desk was on the phone. He just ignored me as I was standing there waiting for him to address me. After some time he finally looked at me annoyed and said what do you need? . I asked if I can get an oil change. He then told me yes but it s going to take a few minutes before he can assist me. I said ok. And waited another good while before he gave me a form to fill while still on the phone. After some time he just looked at me annoyed and said in an angry tone I need your keys . Very rude and unprofessional.Service: Oil change

Too expensive oil change was supposed to be 47$ with filter included and they didn't charge me $16 for the filter and I don't know how the oil change came out $87 I think it's the first time and last time I go there I'd rather go over the mileage a bit huh go somewhere else than go there DON'T GO THERE!!!

This shop is awful. Somehow, while doing engine work, they reversed the windshield wipers and provided no explanation. On two vehicles they somehow loosened the distributor cap, and my vehicle stopped in the middle of 270 and I had to have it towed. Since they recently changed management, my oil changed have been sloppy. I can smell the oil burning afterwards. When I mentioned this on the last oil change, they had the nerve to tell me this is normal. I know this is NOT normal. I had my engine mount repaired about 8 months ago as it had a crack - according to them for inspections. The same front engine mount is now completely broken off, so I doubt they fixed it. This is past the alleged 6 month warranty. They are awful.

Over priced beyond reason. They're oil change is just wayyyyy too expensive. They have a sign saying a MD inspection is 79.99 but they charged me over 90 dollars. Absolutely pricey.

They only has to check my 2016 corolla for md inspection I take my car to the dealer 2 weeks before they check everything now this person working here tell me I have to renplace 2 light on my car can you believe 2016 corrola I never take another car again to this places...

Never ever take your car to this place for MD inspection they lie and try to make money ,I just waste $80 for inspection over there same car passed at the other location
