We have enjoyed having Steve Winkler as our service advisor since 2009. From the moment we arrive he greets us with a warm and friendly demeanor. He listens attentively to our concerns. His knowledge of automotive systems and troubleshooting skills are evident, and he is able to provide us with a clear and concise explanation of the problem and the recommended course of action. I have been taking our cars to Fitzgerald's for repairs/ maintenance for almost 20 years. We are very pleased with not only the personal care we have received but the quality of workmanship of the repairs we have received. They have kept our 19 year old Sienna in good repair as well as our 13 year old Corolla which has saved us quite a bit of money over buying new cars. We have bought 3 cars from Fitzgerald (2 being used cars) and plan to buy our next car, when needed, at Fitzgerald's. We are very glad we found Fitzgerald's for our car needs.

The service clerk was very helpful 5star for her. However, I purchased my car in Nov. 2023 Camry 2024 my VIP card was not even activated then I called them in Dec. I called them again to activate it. When I was there last Thursday 4/11 for 5K service . I stopped at the store thinking that my card was activated when I m was at the clerk he said it s not activated. Really?! Now the technician forgot to reset my reminder for 5K mileage

WARNING: ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS GETTING AS MUCH MONEY AS THEY CANI took my car to get diagnosed for the $200 price where I was explained that even if i took it somewhere else for the repairs, i would still have to pay the $200 for the diagnose, which I agreed to. They then did an additional in depth diagnose service prior to my consent (i was NOT told about) which is an additional $400, assuming that I would go through my insurance. When i decided to go somewhere else for my repairs they charged me over $600 just for the second diagnosing of which I didn t agree to. Also note, the $600 was just to tear down my car NOT to put it back together. I was also told I was able to drive my car off the lot by Mauricio and then told to come back two days later for that & they left the parts of my car, not in my engine but ON MY CAR SEATS. Come back on monday and they tell me i have to have it towed. Awful experience would not recommend, they ll find any way to over charge you. I spoke to the manager and he said my hands are tied . Unable to get any help despite multiple visits to come to a resolution, and finally fed up, i paid the $600 for my car to be torn down (his words) & not put back together, tossing my car parts in my carEDIT TO RESPONSE:The tear down performed was in the estimate prior to insurance being contacted. I was only initially told only about the $200 diagnosis fee if i didn't decide to go ahead with you guys. I was told that nothing was done or started yet So, if i decided to go somewhere else, which i did, i should've been informed about the additional tear down fee if i decided not to proceed. There was no closely working with my insurance, I talked to my insurance. You guys just emailed the adjuster pictures and estimates. And again, I was going to be paying for it as well NOT just my insurance so not sure why my insurance is being brought up. At the end of the day I WAS GOING TO BE PAYING YOU GUYS NOT MY INSURANCE. I have no problems with my vehicle or my insurance my problem is with you guys contradicting yourselves and not informing me properly about things. It's obvious all the service center cares about is trying to get as much money as they can from somebody or their insurance. Since I went somewhere else even though you guys did nothing towards my vehicle except throw my spare parts inside my car, i was charged an additional $400 for that. if i was to go somewhere else i should've been informed of the additional charge.

Invoice was written up wrong. Had to be corrected. Mileage in/out on invoice is incorrect; it s from a year ago. Cashier noted this and said it would be corrected. Has it been? Did all the parts really get checked? I checked the tire pressure and all tires are a few lbs. below what is printed on the inspection sheet; one tire is off by 4 lbs. entire inspection marked in green. I hope this is accurate, but can t be certain.Service: Oil change

I had a 1 o clock appointment arrived early. Did not get out until 230. Why is it necessary to have an appointment if it takes so friggin long? A lot of times I used to just show up and was out of there in an hour now I was an appointment it takes twice as long plus when I bought my car we had lifetime free oil changes but now cost 20 some dollars so much for free

Loved that they still have Express Oil change and tire rotation. I arrived at 7:30 AM with no appointment and was out by 9:00 AM. It's totally worth the wait. Would have given 5 stars if I didn't have to ask for a copy of the inspection checklist. Will definitely go back for future service appointments.

Service was good but the price was ridiculously high. The labor costs were 3/4 of the bill. Charging $200/hr. You know they aren't paying the mechanics that much and who makes $200/hr to be able to afford getting their car serviced these days.

We sent car for regular maintenance at nearly 95k miles. My young son received report of recommended work to be done but did not distinguish did not ask which ones were necessary vs just recommended. We were surprised with a 2099$ bill. It is not clear if the advisor at any point highlighted the expected huge cost to my son over the phone. He did not make it clear that some work was not necessary. However, the dealership subsequently contacted me and discussed in detail the story of these charges and have refunded most of the costs of these surprises. I am pleased with the process.

I highly recommend Fitzgerald Toyota service center. I took in my Toyota Corolla 2020 when I had to jump start it twice. Paul Laumbach was excellent. He was attentive as I explained what was wrong and concerns I had. He answered all my questions and was in touch with the mechanic. The mechanic who worked on my car sent a video explaining what he was working on and what he professionally felt needed repair and maintenance. Most mechanics like at jiffy lube will just say you need this and that without telling you why, so it usually feels like a rip off. I was confident that my car maintenance and repair was in good hands at Fitzgerald. They are also transparent with the pricing. They'll inform you of the cost before doing everything and just issue you a bill. So it was nice for me to think about how much the cost is, and what repairs are priority. Fitzgerald has a refreshments room and wifi, so you can eat something and work as you wait for your car. They also offer free Uber if you can't wait for your car. They also have car rental service right there. So, yes, I highly recommend Fitzgerald Toyota service center.

Went on for oil change and tire rotation. They sent out a coupon which was the only reason I went there. Got the price AFTER they took the car back for a difference of about $80.When I got my car back there was a vibration and felt like a grinding on the front driver side. We took it back in to get checked, and they wanted to charge us to just LOOK at it and wouldn't tell me the price until after they inspected it.STAY AWAY from this shop. Would give zero stars if I could

I take my car here regularly for maintenance. Overall, they ve been good. On today s visit, I tried to get someone to verify that a letter saying my 10-yr bumper-to-bumper warranty that I purchased in 2018, when I purchased my car, is no longer good. My car is barely 6 yrs old and has only 45,000 miles on it. She never got back to me about this. Otherwise 5 stars, unless the warranty I bought is no longer good, and then 1 star.

My son took our Tacoma for routine service and battery check at 10:30am. He stated that he ll just wait for it. No one told him it could take all day to charge the battery. We didn t get any update by text, phone or email. At 4pm, he asked for status and was told it would take another hour to charge the battery.Also, we bought a bed mat and was quoted a different price than when picked up. However, the Parts Manager, Jason, fixed it and was very attentive. Thanks.

Brought the car in for bodywork. Was told it would take 4 or 5 days. Almost 3 weeks later car was finally ready. They only did half the job and car was returned with a large door ding that wasn t there when the car was dropped off. All in all a truly miserable experience!!!!

Immediately after vehicle goes under repair, you get a text message from technician to ask any questions we have. We asked a question regarding additional services recommended via text. However, no one responded to us.In addition, we stayed there for hours and no feedback was provided on the status of vehicle being ready. When we asked for an update, they mentioned the car has been ready and our technician is away. I wish they value the time of customers more.

I brought my car for oil service and car wash. Service was done by car not washed. I approached the customer service rep .On the front desk. He paid no attention to my complain. Finally, he reluctantly told me to go tell the people outside to clean my car. I had to quietly, walk outside and take me car to a car wash to be done.

I had a check engine light come on and when I took it to the dealer, in a couple of hours they called and told me the issue. It was going to take a couple days so Andy provided me with a Uber ride to the dealership to pick up a loaner. Andy kept me updated very well throughout the process and I felt the service was very good.

The work performed on my car was good, however I had an issue with the customer service aspect of this visit. I brought my car in around 12pm and my rep estimated a two hour wait time for car. I didn t receive an update until I called around 6pm, and was notified the work was incomplete. When I arrived to pick up my car the next day, I had to wait 15 minutes to get an explanation of duplicate charges on my bill. In my opinion, this center is great for diagnosing issues and inspections, but I would recommend getting actual maintenance/repairs done elsewhere.

We recently had a situation with our vehicle which was being repaired. Toyota Service and Gil the service manager reminded me what customer service can be! He went above and beyond to solve the issue and made sure we were kept informed and supported. Everytime we work with FTS we are reminded why we keep coming back. Trust, integrity, kindness and professionalism as well as a sense of humor when needed are the way they do business. It s great to work with Fitzgerald Toyota Service and the exceptional individuals who work there.

I ve been going here since 2009 because my old mechanic didn t work on hybrids. While their prices are a bit high, ( as most dealer service centers are ) their work is reliable and excellent as is the service, so I guess you get what you pay for. I have been going there for years getting oil changes and service done. After my last visit my heater was making a whistling sound. Took it back immediately and said the tech must have done something to cause it. My last oil change the tech checked the condition of my air filter. There were some leaves on it, he put the filter back in without removing the leaves. It would have taken 2 seconds to flip it over and remove the leaves. The leaf then went into my blower motor causing the sound. Hundreds of dollars later they removed the leaf and replaced the filter. I come here cause I trust the techs to do a good job. My service rep was nice and got me in and out asap but cannot believe the tech couldn't remove the leaves.

Evans Adu was very compassionate since the total amount of repairs was costly, very engaging and reassuring. I felt the difference in my drive home giving me peace of mind now my FJ is safer to drive. My 1st visit with my new car was disappointing. A 15 minute wait just to get to the service advisor. I got a nice text and email from the advisor saying I should contact him with questions. I sent a message and never got a reply. When I asked about the progress on my repair after waiting 2 hours, I got the sense the advisor either was totally unaware of the situation or the staff had misplaced my car. I ended up waiting 4.25 hours and my (admittedly challenging) electronic display issue is unresolved. To their credit, I voiced my concerns/disappointment with the Service Manager and felt like I was heard. Happy I bought the car at Fitzgerald: not so sure whether I'll feel the same way about service. I'll give them another chance at my first regular service (with a request for a different service advisor!)Service: Electrical
