This dealership was recommended as the Porsche collision Center. They told me it would be 2 weeks before they could see it as someone hit it from behind parked and it was not drivable. I had it towed to them as they told me when it was to be looked at they would take it apart and assess all the damage to at least see if it repairable or a total loss and have the estimate ready. Not only did they not take it apart but they "eyeballed it" to see if the damage would be repairable. Anyone that has had an accident or delt with insurance companies knows that you cannot "eyeball " damage there is always damage underlying that in term creates thousands of dollars in extra repairs in to which is different then that. They didn't tell me it would take now 2-3 months for my car to now be taken apart and then be totaled or fixed after they did the work. This is unacceptable. I seldom ever leave negative reviews but now I have to tow my car to another place in which they are available to work on my car now so I don't lose more value in my vehicle than I already am. In addition, they never called me to even tell me what happened when it was "eyeballed" I called days later to find out what was going on and taking so long to hear back from them which is when they told me my car won't even be looked at till June (2 months from now)..so disappointing. On top of that the gentleman didn't care I would have to send it to another collisions shop or even care that any of this is happening. He had no empathy for the situation at all and was very monotone in his no problem have them come get it, not that I was disappointed and recommended there to repair my Porsche and thy could care less to lose any business at all. I am sorry this is so long but I was hoping to get my car done timely and now I have wasted over 3 weeks when my car could have been totaled or have been in my hands already. smh

Euro Pros did a GREAT job on my Audi. Trust me when I say, I was hesitant at first bc this was my very first brand new car. After I spoke with Chase from Euro and he reassured me that they are OEM certified and they are not allowed to use after market parts (they also don't have after market parts for brand new vehicles anyway-not that I knew that) I honestly felt a lot better. Euro really has nothing but great people working there who were nothing but accomodating to me and didn't get annoyed with me and every single stupid little question I had. Even when I kind of was getting a little impatient they still were not rude to me and understood that I just was eager to get my car back. Even right now during Covid, I already understood it may take a little longer to get parts due to that but in reality it really didn't take any time at all. I highly recommend using them if you want your cars body work done GOOD and done RIGHT the first go around. If you don't care about after market parts etc that's fine but if you do, this is the company to go with. Irregardless, I highly recommend using them. Nothing but great things to say about my experience with this company. I know this is a long review and I never write reviews but I had such a good experience overall with the people working here and the body work they did, it would be wrong to not give them a rave review. Always a great experience. Michelle and Tom are responsive and helpful. Quality of work is always off the charts. Built a new wiring harness for my lights as part of the work at no additional cost. Would not take my car anywhere else. If you have a classic Porsche or other high end car this is the place to take it.

The photos don't do service to how much damage my car received when a dump truck side swiped me, but I wanted to show a before and after pic for those that may be on the fence about using this shop.Top notch service all around, and this is the only shop I will ever go to. Jack and Derrick do amazing work, and are always putting the customer first.What some people fail to realize is that with shops like Geico for example, they try their best to not pay out for damages, and a quality shop will fight for what is right on your behalf.Also check around car enthusiast forums. You're pretty sure to find someone who's received great service from them as well.

Amazing (cross that). Magical customer service is a better phrase. Chase did his magic to make the damaged door disappear. His passion to do flawless work is clearly visible. He ensured we got the right parts and guided us through the process. Our Lx 570 looks brand new. Their attention to detail is something to admire. Highly recommend.

This Review is Long Overdue!!Over the years I've had the pleasure of taking several of my Lexus' to Euros Auto Body Shop for repairs. . From the moment you walk in and until all the work is completed, they remain courteous, professional, and they really pay attention to detail. Honestly, Every visit is truly an outstanding experience from start to finish.They will take the time to listen to your concerns, thoroughly inspect the damage, and provided a transparent and detailed estimate of the repairs needed. They patiently explained each step of the process, making sure I fully understood what was going to be done before proceeding.Throughout the repair process, I received updates on the status of my car, which alleviated any worries. My car always looked better than it did before the accident--flawless, with no signs of the previous damage. I wish I had pictures for proof.The quality of the work is truly top-notch every time. Their technicians are undoubtedly experts in their field, and it's evident that they take great pride in their craftsmanship. The paint job was seamless, and the attention to detail on even the tiniest aspects of the repair was impressive. They even took the time to call me and address additional dings on the car (not related to the estimate) and asked if I wanted to have them repaired at an extremely fair price, However, I never felt like they were trying to upsell me or push unnecessary repairs. They went the extra mile to address any questions I had and made sure I was completely happy with the final result. The end result was to have the car looking showroom good.Overall, I cannot recommend Euro Pros highly enough. If you're in need of auto body repairs, this is undoubtedly the place to go. From their friendly and knowledgeable staff to their exceptional workmanship, this shop sets the standard for auto body repair experiences. I'm beyond pleased with the results, and even though I have to drive a 25 extra miles outside of my area, I will undoubtedly return if the need arises in the future. Great auto body shop. I felt confident intrusting them with doing high quality work on my car. Had a pleasant experience working with Derrick. He kept me up to date on the progress and was very detailed in explaining the extent of repairs. Very happy with the results.

Meticulous, with an emphasis on customer service. This isn't the shop that's going to rip your car apart and throw it back together. Instead, they take the time to be thorough, and you'll get your vehicle back looking just like it drove off the lot. Their parking lot is full of Audis and Porsches. That should tell you that your car is in good hands.

I stopped by this place for a quick reference, and an employee helped me without hesitation. I was flabbergasted at how helpful he was to me. I've been trying to get back over there because I have a thank you card and a gift for the employee!I can't stop singing his praises, and I don't know his name. He's the perfect example of entertaining angels unaware!!!I'll see him tomorrow to give him the card and gift!

I used Euro Pros once several years ago when my car was hit in a parking lot and again recently when I was rear ended.The service and quality of work is phenomenal. They dealt with the insurance company, kept me updated throughout the entire process and my car ended up looking like new both times.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had my Audi worked on last July, 2017 by this shop. I brought it here because I assumed they would perform all repairs with the most meticulous and finest work. They did complete the job... but not the way I had expected. Someone had rear ended me and they were going to repair it. To start, my reflectors were all blacked out and my tailights were also. Once they were almost done, I get a text message from the manager, with a picture of a metallic part that goes right above the bumper. He asked if this was ok... really? You want to get my car out of your shop that quickly that you would really bother me with something that major as putting a piece back on my car that was COMPLETELY a different color? I said no. Later, they told me I could come pick up my car. When I arrived, they never put back on my blacked out reflectors and stated, they always have to repair vehicles to factory specifications. But you saw how I had my car, and didn't even try to go "above and beyond" to accommodate me. You saw that I put aftermarket headlights, had blacked out reflectors, and tinted tailights... yet you just didn't care. Look, however they work or policy they follow, they still could have tried to accomodate me. The insurance was already paying for it, so I know for a fact they charged them more for that repair, than they would have for a customer. Next time, I'm just going to the dealership or elsewhere.

In April, Euro Pro Collision had to repair my bumper after being rear ended. I have a 2020 Lexus RX. The repairs took about 9 or 10 days to complete. Setting up the appointment, intake process, status updates and pickup was very professional and friendly. Chase was patient with me going over the body work and questions I had about the repairs. I highly recommend Euro Pro for the customer service but also for the fabulous work that was done. Another great addition to the service that helped me greatly because I needed to get back for a work meeting; Euro Pro also works closely with Enterprise Gaithersburg location which is down the street from them - I was able to leave the rental car for Enterprise to pickup.Service: Body & Trim

Euro Pros Collision Center made my Audi look brand new! Euro Pros is Audi certified and was referred to me by the Audi of Rockville. I was rear ended twice on each side of my SUV. Euro Pros and Tami made sure my car repairs were perfect. They even fixed a prior dent and touched up chip spots on the hood of my for no additional charge. They worked with the Audi dealership to get my car calibrated.I waited over a month for an appointment with Euro Pros and it was worth the wait. Thank you Euro Pros for your professional work. Euro Pros handled the repair on our 2018 Lexus RX and did a superior job restoring our car to showroom condition. In fact, I'm not sure it looked that good on the day we drove home from the dealer. They handled all of the exchanges with our insurance to make sure we got the parts that were required. Everyone kept us informed throughout the process

Had a great time taking my car to these guys for a quick repair. I have a classic 911 Porsche that needed adjusting of the engine lid after I had removed it for some DIY work.It turns out that taking the engine cover off is the easy part. Putting it back on can be quite another. I can be an absolute nightmare and even lead to not being able to open it again without major body work. It takes a lot of fine adjustments that only someone in the know, would know how to do it. Jack - one of the owners - is such a guy. He knows Porsches 911 like the back of his hand. He has been working on them forever - over 20 years restoring them - and knows all the tricks of the trade.After about 15 minutes of working it the engine cover/tail, he has able to get it to close perfectly.I was referred to these guys by my mechanics of 20 year who I trust 100%. I could not be happier with their recommendation and the results.While there I also got to see the quality of their work on a 1986 911 that had just been restored. The paint finish was simply superlative. Better than factory. The attention to details was stunning. Once my 911 is due for restoration, I will not hesitate to take it to Jack and his crew. I was referred to Euro Pros by Porsche of Bethesda to have a bumper cover replaced and painted. I was bumper tapped by a teenager while in Florida and it also tore the flex coupling on my exhaust near the engine. I was told the repair should not take any longer than 1 week. They had my Porsche for almost 3 months. The insurance adjuster tried to warn me that this shop was slow but they did good work.3 months was entirely too long and they never finished fixing the exhaust. The adjuster warned me that if the vehicle stayed in that shop, they were getting close to totaling the vehicle. So I agreed to pull the vehicle from the shop. Went to pick the car up and I was shocked to find orange peel paint job and dirt in the paint. When I mentioned the orange peel Chase (the service writer) said it was the bumpers texture. This was a Porsche OEM bumper cover. I knew it wasn't true but I wasn't going to argue with him. I took the car to 3 other auto body shops and everyone of them immediately recognized the orange peel and dirt in the paint. For a paint job that should have been around $1000 turned into $6500 and 3 months without the car.In fairness $2000 was for a flex exhaust cat pipe (that they never installed) Still, $4400 to replace and paint a bumper cover?!I don't usually post bad reviews. I would rather post a positive one but this shop really disappointed me. The cost might be justified because Porsche parts are expensive but the craftsmanship was just not there. There were other issues but I won't get into them.UPDATE: So it's been about two months since this shop finished the bumper cover repair. I was walking by the Porsche today and my elbow brushed the drivers tail light and it was loose. Felt like it was about to fall off. I removed the tail light and found one of the fasteners had been broken when they reinstalled the tail lights. My wife kept complaining about something rattling in the back ever since we picked the car up from Euro Pros. I dismissed it thinking it was the tow ball tongue. Another screw up from this shop and they never said anything about it. Just sent it out the door. Avoid this shop like the plague!

I brought a nearly brand new C8 Corvette to Euro Pros to have them evaluate if a scratch could be repaired or if the quarter panel needed repainting. This is a nearly new, perfect condition red C8 and the first attempt by a different shop using less aggressive compounding was not fully successful. Euro Pros sanded the scratch, compounded, and polished while I waited and then did not charge me! The final result is excellent, the service was outstanding and I highly recommend them as a quality, professional business.Service: Painting

I brought my 2009 Porsche 911 Turbo to Euro Pros after it was heavily damaged during transport from CA to VA. While the insurance company ended up totaling the vehicle, I did want to leave a review on the shop s excellent customer service. It took the insurance company several weeks to compile estimates and begin the process of settling the claim. Euro Pros was there every step of the way keeping me updated and were super responsive over phone/email whenever I had questions. The shop also went above and beyond to accommodate me during less than ideal circumstances over the holidays. I have always seen Euro Pros as the leader in the DMV and I would not hesitate to bring my next vehicle their way!

I am in the car business, and my company does a ton of work with Euro Pros. My personal vehicle was involved in an accident, and it needed quite a bit of work. I could have taken it to a different body shop, but there is a reason I refer my Audi and Porsche clients to Euro Pros. They found issues caused by the accident, that an average body shop would not have. True professionals. The owner, Derek, is super personable, and Erica, his service writer, was awesome. They kept in touch with me throughout the process, and answered all of my questions.I could not be happier with the service and the car. They went over and beyond. I can be a bit of a pain, but they were patient and respectful. If you are looking for great service and quality work, send your car to Euro Pros. I am super happy with the service! I cannot stress how easy they made this.Ask for Erica!!

I had a fantastic experience with my advisor Chase Chandler. I chose this body shop after one of my friends had recently had $20,000 of body work done to his RS5 here. I saw the work they did and I was stunned by the perfect panel gaps, and the color matching they did. After I had my accident in my 2021 Toyota Supra, I didn't hesitate to bring my car here after having seen the quality of work they do. Yes it was a pain in the *** to get all oem parts on a rare car (no thanks to Toyota and BMW on this one.) but it was all worth it. Everytime I had a question about the repair process, Chase would quickly provide and answer via call/email. I got the car back, in perfect condition, and it drives like a new car again. Even after having $13,000 in suspension and other body work done. They wont rush the job BUT THEY WILL FIX YOUR CAR RIGHT. :)Service: Steering & suspension repair

I recently had my Panamera GTS repaired at Euro Pros - front end damage, new hood, fenders, etc. While there were complications with parts, the team at Euro Pros were simply amazing. When I say team, I really mean Ashleigh (at least from a client facing perspective). She is the queen of project management and gets things done. Derrick and the group in the back are shielded and can comfortably do what they do best and provide top notch expertise and technical work. While it took a while, it was Porsche's issue with parts coming from Germany and Ashleigh kept me informed throughout the entire process. She went to bat on my behalf with my insurance company, helping them to understand some of the nuances to the Porsche repair process. At every step, she went above and beyond and I'm truly thankful. It's a grueling experience to begin with and to have the level of customer service is really nice. I've had the vehicle back for ~ 2 weeks and I truly believe it drives better than when I first bought it. The quality and attention to detail is amazing...when I conducted the walk through with the team it was apparent the passion they have for the work they do. I was provided with a thorough assessment of the work done, answered all my questions and left the door open if anything is wrong or I have further questions. While I hope to never be back, if the need arises I won't hesitate and in fact, will require that I go back to Euro Pros.

I fixed my Tesla there. They did great job with fixing the car. The paint is great. The car looks like new. Tom was great, knew his stuff well.They take their time but they do things right. I would just recommend that they improve how to keep customers up to date with the status of their cars.

100% recommend Europro s!! They did an amazing job fixing my car after a collision. They left my car looking brand new as if I had just purchased it from the dealer. Kendall did a great job getting my car finished up as soon as possible and she kept me updated throughout the entire process. I ve been to a few body shops before and none can compare. I was involved in some parking lot vandalism with my brand new 2019 Lexus. After a very detailed survey of the market, EuroPros always came back as the top choice of many in the local automotive market. That said, my repair took bit less than two weeks. Everything was smooth. The owner personally delivered my car to me when complete. Again, being a new car, i was hesitant that paint wouldnt match. The job was perfectly done. From one "car guy" to another. Derrick and his team knocked it out of the park. Anyone you ask in the local DMV area knows that EuroPros is literally the cream of the crop. I can see why! Thanks again for the amazing work!!

My Tesla Model S P85 was involved in an accident that involved some repairs to the front end of the car, about $12,000 of work in all. As Euro Pros is a certified Tesla shop and I'm a perfectionist about this car, I wanted the highest quality work. I was not disappointed. When I arrived this morning at Euro Pros at about 8:3O to pick up the car, it was waiting outside looking like it just came out of the factory, brand spanking new. There was not a single detectable flaw in the work. None! I couldn't be more pleased.Even better was the communication about progress on the work. Owing to the very high demand for Teslas worldwide, parts are a bit slow in coming. Tom handled my case and was always informative and polite.I had a number of custom modifications to the car that were affected by the damage (a front camera for example) that Euro Pros handled with great care.I couldn't recommend Euro Pros more highly.

The best body shop around!! When I purchased my Lexus LS460L from Rockville Lexus, the drivers door had some scratches on it. Rockville Lexus sent it to Euro Pros for repair and it came back looking like new. I was very impressed with their skills to say the least. Recently I was involved in an accident where I was rear ended causing damage to my rear lower spoiler and bumper. I took it to Euro Pros and again, they did an incredible job!! They also waxed, washed and detailed the car! It doesn't get better than this! Thank you again, Euro Pros for a job well done!! JZ

I've had bodywork done on both of my cars by Euro Pros and I will never use another body shop. One was a simple fix as the result of a fender bender, but the other was corrective paint work done to fix what a previous body shop had messed up. I explained to the shop that the car is shown/judged yearly and I expected the work to be great, but what they gave me was close to perfection.They do take a little longer than anticipated to turn cars around, but the wait is well worth it because the work their body and paint guys do is bar-none.I also don't know where all the reviews are coming from about Derrick being arrogant or rude. When my car was in, it had a custom license plate mount. They ended up breaking it while removing the bumper but Derrick took the time out of his day to make a new and identical bracket for me that was installed when I picked the car up. I had nothing but a great experience (both times) with Derrick, Tom, and everyone else who I spoke with.
