Very professional. Jocelyn was an amazing with how she took care of my vehicle. Making sure insurance company we're on same page with the situation. The receptionist was definitely got to say one of the nicest guys you ll meet. Help out with making sure everything was taken care of. Also big thanks to one person at the end he help me, very helpful to a point were I had to make this review. Thank you . Efficient and amazing job fixing my car! Will recommend anyone who need work done professionally go to Euro motors collision center in Gaithersburg MD!

I was very pleased with the service at Euro. The staff was very professional, and I received regular updates on my car through email and text. The work they did was beautiful. I'm so happy to have my car back!

I left my car for repair on November first week and i got my car back on February. The reason being there s a Mercedes part that s not available in stock and it took long to get that from Mercedes. Initially i was frustrated and the new manager of this center Mr John called us in person and explained the situation. He took care of the repairs and keep us updated. Really appreciate John s customer service that makes me to leave a positive feedback for the job done.

I brought my Audi there twice. The first time went smooth but the second time was a disaster. I get my car back with car parts in my trunk that they didn't even bother putting back on. On top of that i noticed pieces were missing , I had to ask where it was and they said they ordered the wrong part. It felt as if they weren't even going to mention that ... Never again.

Hello Mr. John Alcorta:Do not even know where to begin.My car was held hostage at your center for 3 months. And while Jocelyn did inform me of things along the way - my insurance company USAA, was blamed for many things that caused the delay that just did not ring true.I believe you have a problem with your accounting and banking system. There is no reason it should take DAYS if not WEEKS for transactions to clear.I had USAA stop payment and deposit to my own account - which was successful within 1 hour of my request.I sent Jocelyn PDF versions of proof that USAA had indeed electronically transferred the payments - and while you could not see it in your system, these documents should have sufficed (like they do at OTHER service centers) that payment was indeed coming.HOWEVER, she reported to me that she showed these documents to her manager - whom I assume is YOU, and informed me that the documentation was NOT good enough and that my vehicle would not be released until the money entered your account - and again, blamed USAA which is ludicrous.In addition - Jocelyn told me that my car ad been ready for at least 2 weeks - YET, when I finally picked up my vehicle it was FILTHY inside. AND I MEAN FILTHY with white dust EVERYEWHERE. I was afraid to turn on my heater for fear that I would be greeted with this dust to my face.Needless to say - I am not surprised by the very low rating your collision center has on-line and the reviews support it.Unfortunately, I did not have a choice as to where I could take my car for service or I would have. I prayed that since I was leasing the vehicle and had hopes of returning it and getting a new car (my lease was up in April) that the EuroMotor Cars Collision Center would have and should have done better.Again - you have a lot of work to do there and that work starts with YOU.Lucia M. avoid this shop at all costs. I dropped my vehicle to the shop on 10/01/2023, and I was told my vehicle is ready to pick up on 11/09/2023. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I was told I need to pay additional amount covered by insurance company and even when adjuster showed them a check print has been sent to them (allstate is the insurance company in this case). That is not good enough for this body shop and I had to pay the to get my car back. Their suggestion to me is to leave car at the body shop and wait until insurance check cleared. Now after another 10 days, check from insurance has bee deposited and I'm still waiting for them to refund money to my account. What a mess! I hope they treat their good customers in decent ways so they still have customers to come in.

I chose EMCC because they were recommended by Audi of Bethesda. I wasn t happy with the reviews, but I decided to let them do the work on my car because none of the other Audi dealer recommended shops would be able to get to my car for 4+ weeks. I knew I made the wrong decision when I went to drop my car off and the front desk was unattended. That s not necessarily a problem, except that there are several employees with a completely unobstructed view of the front desk that made no effort to help, even after I asked. EMCC has had my car for two months a third monthly payment has come due and I still don t have a car. I ve received two proactive updates from EMCC; every other update has been because I reached out or my adjuster texted me to share what he knows. When I call for updates, if anyone answers the phone, they insist that I speak with the assigned advisor - who is never at his desk and doesn t respond to my emails. The only person that has really done anything to help is a very young person - I think he s the receptionist. My car has supposedly been ready since November 3rd, but it s not being released because it needs to be calibrated and detailed . Mind you, 11/3 is the 3 ready date I was given by EMCC or my insurance adjuster. I can understand calibration and detailing taking a full work day, but 10 days is not acceptable. If I could legally stand outside of EMCC s entrance and tell everyone coming in to go elsewhere, I would. Unless you have a previously established relationship with them, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT OR RESPECT YOU! Go somewhere that understands that there would be no business if customers didn t choose to spend their money at that establishment. This sounds cliche, but if I could give less than one star, I would.

This Mercedes Collision Center is the best. The service was 5 star for sure. I was greeted and asked a number of questions and then I left my car with them for an estimate. The estimate was the most professional estimate I've ever seen, with details and photos of everything required. The professionalism and care was quite something. The technicians here are totally Mercedes. I highly recommend Euro Collision center to anyone owning a Mercedes.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Euro motorcars Collision Center and I must say it was an absolute nightmare. From start to finish, their lack of communication, disregard for timely repairs, and inability to handle insurance matters for rental reimbursment has left me feeling frustrated and deeply dissatisfied.First and foremost, their lack of communication is inexcusable. After leaving my car with them for repairs, I tried multiple times to get in touch with the responsible person, but to no avail. My calls and emails went unanswered, leaving me completely in the dark about the status of my vehicle through the repairs. It was as if my concerns and questions were being deliberately ignored by Chris.The repairs on my vehicle were relatively minor, yet the process took an excruciatingly long time, about two months, with no explanation whatsoever. I had hoped to have my car back within a reasonable timeframe, but it seemed like a never-ending saga. The worst part is that they failed to provide any justification for these delays, leaving me wondering if they even cared about my inconvenience.As a victim in this incident, I expected the body shop to advocate for me and provide the necessary information to the at fault insurance company. Unfortunately, they failed miserably in this aspect. Despite me being blameless in the accident, they omitted the details of the delays, resulting in the insurance company refusing to reimburse me for rental expenses beyond 30 days.When I chose Euro motorcars, I trusted that they would uphold their responsibilities and act in my best interest. Regrettably, this turned out to be a massive mistake. They gladly took my business but showed complete disregard for their obligations, leaving me to bear the brunt of their incompetence and lack of professionalism.In conclusion, I cannot stress enough how terrible my experience with Euro motorcars has been. Their non-existent communication, sluggish repairs without explanation, and inability to handle insurance matters have caused me unnecessary stress, financial burden, and frustration. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere for a reliable and responsible auto body repair shop. Save yourself from this headache and find a company that truly values its customers and takes their responsibilities seriously.

Please run away from this shop. I regret not reading these reviews before taking my car there and that s because I ve always had quality services from authorized dealers. My car was involved in a minor accident last year. When I was ready to get it repaired, I wanted to take it to a Mercedes authorized shop since my insurance is paying for the repair. They were one of only two Mercedes shops that came up around my area. I first called the one in Silver Spring but they had a three months wait. This shop told me to drop off my car in two weeks so I chose them instead which was a huge mistake. They ve held my car for almost two months. They told me the car was going to be ready two weeks ago. I have dealt with other repair shops in the past and they will contact you to update you about your car in every step of the repair. That s not the case for this shop even when they didn t meet their own deadlines. You will have to call them and my service rep whose name is Chris won t return my calls for several days. I just cannot believe that a shop can be this reckless and disorganized. My insurance company informed me three weeks ago that they will no longer pay for my rental car which cost $60. My wife and I work schedules cannot accommodate one car so I had to keep the rental car. At this point, I just want this shop to give me my damn car as it is so I can take it else where. Everyone should run as far as possible from this shop. It s the worse I ve seen and I m even concerned about the quality of repair they will render to my car.

AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY. I nearly had to report my vehicle as Stolen by this company . My car went to this collision dept. thru a GEICO claim ONE YEAR AGO, nearly, 11 Months ! What I had not known was that Euromotors was Paid by GEICO almost one year ago-So for 11 months Euromotors let my vehicle sit in their lot, always telling me they were waiting for a part. Of course my car was the last to receive a low inventory part..Euromotors had already been Paid almost in entirety by GEICO. I had to go buy a new vehicle. Then Euromotors avoided my calls, would not return messages. After having been paid by GEICO in Oct.2022 over 5 thousand dollars, they now are telling me my vehicle is sitting in their lot b/c GEICO still owes them $ 200 Something is Very Dishonest here. Patrick in service avoided me for months. Do Not use this dishonest repair dept.!

*Pick Another Repair Shop for Your Luxury Vehicle*I was unfortunately in an accident that was not my fault at the beginning of September. I entrusted Euro Motor Card to conduct my repairs as they are an authorized Audi repair shop. While there are many details I could go into I will provide a high level summary of why you should not entrust your vehicle to this shop. 1. Communication: We started out on a good note in week 1 regarding how the process would work. After week - radio silence. It was hard to get an update on my vehicle. I could not get anyone to call me back and I had to work with multiple service advisors including manager to keep status on my vehicle. I also should be on Euro Motor Car s payroll as I have been the liaison between them and the insurance company Nationwide.2. Rework and Craftsmanship- I will be honest I have not seen my car yet it s been about 3 months since I dropped it off so once I see it I will provide an update this to my review. But for the last 4 weeks my car allegedly has been in paint status. With each week reps and managers promising it would only be a few more days until the vehicle is ready.3. Poor Customer Service: The best customer service that I have seen to date has been from Lamont and Armando. But the rest of the management team has been not so helpful and here s why. I have repeatedly tried to address communication challenges and nothing really changed until it was time for them to get paid. There was some issue I was told with the paint work that caused rework and delays. Lamont was so kind as to offer free detail for my vehicle which was nice but now I ve been notified that my car is complete and my ask if for my vehicle to be released once the insurance approves the final supplement since they d been promising my vehicle the last 4 weeks with nothing to show. I m now being told by the location manager that I will not be able to get my car until they physically receive a check from Nationwide, a national provider. I get that everyone needs to be paid upon delivery but given the circumstances noted above, poor communication, lack of first time quality, an approval to pay the final amount (mind you which is less than 18% of the overall total) should suffice from a national insurance provider who has shown to send me and then payments very timely. The manager went on to say that they have to wait for a physical check to release the car because they are waiting for large payouts for other vehicles. As a consumer I don t want to hear about your problems I want you to address and acknowledge mine. In my situation Nationwide has paid timely. I highly recommend that you not spend your time, money or patronage with this repair shop. They will take your car in quickly but it ll be a while before you get it back and God forbid you don t shepherd them through the process. I ve had to request to speak to the President to have my car released upon approval from Nationwide. I have a call in to him so I will update this review based on my discussion with him. This scenario should be a no brainer otherwise do not accept insurance period in your shop.Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

My car has been stuck with this shop for 9 months now. They continually tell me they are working on the same thing (radiator support) and are still ordering parts at this time. I have been told at least 3 timelines that were not met and GEICO has let me know that they did not have the supplement paperwork written up twice. They told me that they received the incorrect parts from Audi on almost every order and also shared that the technician failed to mention a needed part for months. 2 estimators for my car have left (probably due to the dysfunction of the shop) and my contact (nice guy) takes weeks to call me back and cannot seem not refer me to anyone senior. He has been transparent about their mistakes in some cases, but can only do so much to get people to prioritize the repair. His management and engineers are leaving him out to dry. I have also been told the shop has an agreement to prioritize Mercedes vans for companies.Overall, DO NOT SEND YOUR CAR HERE. They advertise as top Audi specialists but do not even know how to do the calibrations on my car if they ever get to them. I have engaged attorneys to evaluate a civil suit and received the following response yesterday after letting them know and asking to speak to a manager: Yes Mr. Brown we are doing our best to keep repairs going as smooth as possible. Our body tech did notice that we needed an additional part. Update: Today they still cannot commit to having my car completed in the next 6 months.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim, Welding, Brakes

There's a reason why this branch has multiple 1 star reviews. If Google allowed me to give 0 stars, I would. They have terrible organization and communication skills. Most of the time when I called in, I was on hold for an extensive amount of time to the point where I would just hang up. On one particular call in which I attempted to get an update, I was on hold for 30+ minutes and then someone picked up saying "Thanks for calling Euro Motorcars, how can I assist you?". It took them 2 months to fix my vehicle. I could go on and on about my experience but they aren't worth the stress of typing more things out on this review. I don't recommend this branch. I am writing this review to share my recent experience with Euro Motors Collision Center. I took my car in for repairs back in August, as I was under the impression that Euro Motors was affiliated with Mercedes Benz and therefore I would receive the best parts and service. However, it has now been 8 months since I dropped off my car, and I still do not have it back.When I first brought my car in, I was told by Brandon that I would receive it back by October. However, that date was pushed back closer to the end of the year. I received an email from Patrick on November 11th stating that they just needed to fix one more part and I would receive my car the following week. Unfortunately, it is now mid-February, and I still do not have my car back.Chris is now in charge of my car since Brandon left, and every time I call for an update, I receive a different story. Chris has told me that my insurance hasn't sent in the full amount, which my insurance company assures me that they have. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of honesty and organization at Euro Motors.I am in the customer service industry, and I understand the importance of good communication and follow-up. However, Euro Motors has fallen short in both of these areas. I will never go back to this location, even if it were free. People need to be aware of what they can expect if they choose to take their car to Euro Motors. If I could give this shop zero I would. Worst experience ever dealing with shops. Don't be fooled, I have taken my car to this shop before and never had the deplorable service I had this time. Apparently the manager is not interested in what is going on there or what service is being offered. I called him and left messages and he never called me back. It took them three weeks to fix the taillight on my car, they never contacted me either initially or to provide updates. I had to call the person in charge of my car, Brandon, so many times because no one else could provide any updates. I had to take my car out practically by force, I paid out of pocket for the replacement part because they had not even submitted the claim to the insurance after three weeks. They did not wash my car and gave it to me with dirt on the inside that I did not leave behind. Absolutely terrible. Again stay away from this shop. It is the worst!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

PLEASE, for your sanity, read reviews before you decide to commit to obtaining services from this shop! You will realize it will be one of the worst decisions you will likely make My car was at this shop for over two months. It would have been longer if I didn t continuously check in and engage with Euro Motorcars leadership. In particular, the communication from the staff, the skill level of the mechanics, and the transparency in the repair throughput were highly disappointing.I m sparing the details of what happened; however, take the word of these reviews, and DO NOT go to this shop! ** Please hit the thumbs if this review helped you**Update 8.25 - just spoke with lamont...6th person now...he said he's going to check and call me back. The other 5 said the same thing. Im holding faith in Lamont. Yesterday, I was told my file was LOST! I'll continue to update..._________________I'll leave my review after I get my vehicle back!! The ppl here had the ins just sitting for 11 days...then contacted me and said the adjuster didnt pay which was a lie! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO HERE. I have screenshots of everything, they don't call ppl back, ins sent payment for my car and they didn't start for 2 weeks because they stated they had not received the payment which I RE-FWD it to them from the adjuster...so that was a 2 week delay. Everytime you call and try to get an update they say they will call you back and they don't. This has happened on several days and occasions. They do not reply back to emails and they will text you at 5:29pm to tell you about your car but when you call back they are closed. It gets better....they will call you with questions after they are closed knowing you can't call them back. STAY AWAY unless you enjoy driving rental cars!!! My experience satisfied me. There are reviews on here that are very concerning so I just wanted to clarify based off my experience.They have good customer service!The service reps are on hands but off hands at the same time. They are not good at taking calls or returning them. I had to physically go to the location to get my answers!If you have to go to them it s okay but there is nothing inviting about going to them. But you will be alright.

I do not post a lot, but I highly recommend YOU DO NOT USE them. Not only did it take 3 months for my repair (despite no backlog on my parts), they never gave me a reason for the delay other than they ordered the wrong parts, no one ever answers or returns your calls and their pricing is suspiciously high. Yes, I do believe they made up significant charges for my insurance to cover. So after months of waiting and way overpaying, I finally got my car back and the entire car was a disaster - it would not start, the seatbelt was broken, the engine was burning and various internal lights were going off (including my engine light). I though it was just an auto body shop, but they clearly did something beyond what they were supposed to do.For your own good, stay away.Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

I wish I had seen the reviews before I would not choose this center for my car repair. I would give a 'Zero'. They never lift the phone and never call back when you leave voice message. Even they lied saying they sent email. All in all, very slow if fixing things. they conveniently blame the insurance. In my case, the body shop submitted 7 supplements and many of the time not properly submitted. It took several iterations. Seems this bodyshop does trial and error methods to identify the issues one after the other which are clearly visible to a naked eye. The bodyshop and service centers are not communicative to each other. once blame on other and not synchronization among them. All in all, it is a failed organization with no standard process. I service my vehicle with Euro Motorcars in Germantown which is a delight, I was hoping this place would provide the same level of service. They do not. I called to scheduled a repair for my Mercedes. Spoke to Andrew, he gave me an email address to send my estimate from my insurance company too. I did. 4 hour later I never received the check in form Andrew told me I would via email. Called back and left a message. Never heard back from anyone. Went to the Mercedes Collision center in Arlington, VA instead.

I wanted to take my car to a legit Mercedes body shop. My dealership didn t have a body shop. Euro Motors was the next best place! They have a great mercedes collision center. I am very picky on who works on my E63 S MODEL. I had full trust in this place. Estela was awesome. She communicated when she needed to and requested the best for my car through my insurance.I got my car back as if nothing ever happened (truck side swiped my back right bumper). I was so happy! My car was washed upon me picking it up as well.I live in Prince Georges County and I will definitely use this place if ever I need to again and the drive is worth it!!Thanks Euro Motors in Gaithersburg for the great work and best of care towards my car!!

I wish i read these reviews before i had to waste almost two moths chasing after these people. Super simple issue that spiraled into multiple problems, delays, while i'm trying to call them and, get this, HAVE NO ONE ANSWER THE PHONE FOR A WHOLE DAY, then snapping at you when you confront them. attempts to up-sale unneeded services, car comes back not clean, worst service ever.Someone must be keeping this place open because it's definitely not the clients. Euro Motorcars did an excellent job repairing our car! Customer service was phenomenal. They kept us informed of the progress on our car. We were able to get it back sooner than expected. Best of all... you can't even tell it was ever damaged. Great job!!!

Do not take your car here. The communication is horrible. I have been waiting for my car for almost 3 months now. I have been given a finish date 3 times now. My car is still not ready and it's like no one there knows what is going on. This repair facility is AWSOME. They worked diligently with my insurance company to ensure all work was precisely performed and repaired. They offer great services and great customer service. The repairs were done quickly and the result upon picking up the vehicle was amazing. The repair process was smooth and effortless. They maintained weekly contact to keep me informed of the progress of the vehicles status. I could not have asked for a better experience. I would recommend this center to friends and family for years to come.

Shockingly unprofessional and slow. Dropped my car here after a very minor accident that caused a small dent in the side of my car. SIX WEEKS later I can't even get anyone of the phone to tell me when it will be ready. Insurance will no longer cover a rental car.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim
