It's hard to find a good mechanic. I've been there several times and have always been satisfied. They're never too busy to explain the what and the why of the work, even to someone as unknowledgeable as me. Their prices seem to be 20-30% lower than competition. Last time I went in for a tire rotation and brake work and they gave me the rotation for free since they had to take the tires off to do the brakes

I took my Mazda 3 here after going to my dealership for a couple of issues I was having with my car. The prices the dealership had quoted for fixing my issues were so high! I was not about to pay an arm and a leg to fix my car. So I looked around different shops and finally I came here. The prices they offered was much more reasonable than the dealership! On top of that the staff was very knowledgable and nice, they even gave me some tips to help maintain my car in a better shape. Bottom line they're great and I will be coming back here in the future for my car issues/maintenance and also to bring my dad's ford truck to be looked at.

I was referred by a friend to Epic for some suspension work on my mazdaspeed 6, and now I will not go anywhere else. Dealer quoted a ridiculous price and Epic quoted half the price. Epic was honest, punctual, and offered reasonable pricing. I returned to Epic for brakes replacement and they were fast and on time. They are knowledgeable and informative on diagnosing issues. I will refer them to anyone that cares about their cars.

The gentlemen that work here are professional, understanding and provide impeccable service. I've been there twice and I quite happy with the level of services rendered. My car is a happy car. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their car worked on for a fair price and great service.

I'm glad that I've found a shop that is both competent, honest, and good at communicating about the work they are doing. They treat customers with respect, the mechanics have histories working for dealerships, and the work is done as promised on time and on budget. I definitely recommend this shop.

I only take my car to Epic Auto Specialist from now on!!!I used to get my regular oil changes at auto shops like NTB's and Jiffy Lube's alike but after getting recommendations for unnecessary repairs I followed my hunch and decided it was time for second opinion.I only trust Epic Tech's professional assessment of my car. I reside in northern Virginia and will make drive out to Gaithersburg, MD because it's not worth being taken of advantage of. The techs at Epic confirmed my hunch and saved me $$$ from unnecessary repairs. This shop is honest, dependable and accommodating.It's also very clean and comfortable while you wait for your car to be serviced. If I could give them 10 stars I certainly would.

Honest, Responsible, Reliable, Efficient, Economical.5 words sums this place up hence the 5 stars.This place is not shady like alot of other mechanic place. When you first walk in, the place is very clean and modern. This also says alot about the work they'll do on the cars. Clean and tidy.The owner who is also the mechanic tells you exactly what you need fixed, what you might want to but not necessarily need to be fixed and what you just don't even need to bother with. Very fair pricing and great turn around time. I had a mitsubishi sypder eclipse and taken a honda accord there, both are in great conditions now thanks to Epik Auto / Parson.

Installed coilovers on my M Coupe. They took the time to adjust the height just right. I get all my oil changes done there too. Great work.
