We had a wonderful experience at Elite Auto. Jarrett was fantastic. He was very professional. He is very knowledgeable about all of the cars. He was never pushy! I would highly recommend Elite and ask for Jarrett, you will not be disappointed. We ended up buying two cars!! Easy process and great service. It feels like a family there.

Super friendly staff and a smooth car buying experience, highly recommend for used luxury cars. I called an hour before coming in for an appointment with Jarrett. Though, he was busy with another client, between him, his manager John, and Liat, their team gave us a positive, efficient and easy experience. The car I saw online was in pristine condition in person (they also sent over 70 photos of the car via email prior which is very helpful). We were in an out in a little over an hour and I love my new car!

Tremendous selection of low mileage, high end vehicles in great condition at fair prices. Most importantly, none of the sleazy, high pressure sales tactics and opaque pricing encountered at most car dealerships. Jarrett and Liat were awesome to work with and made the entire process smooth and painless. Highly recommend if you re in the market for a pre-owned vehicle!

I reached out to Bob in January about a car I had been looking at. He was great and gave me all the information I needed. There were some scheduling conflicts on my end and it was weeks before I was able to go and test drive the car. He stayed in contact but was understanding and not pushy in the least bit. When I finally made it to Elite he was there to welcome me. I test drove two vehicles and ultimately decided to go with my first pick. The transaction was seamless. From getting my trade appraisal done, purchasing the new and the financing. Everyone there was very welcoming and helpful. I will certainly be a repeat customer. They have a vast inventory and the cars are immaculate. Thanks for everything!

An AMAZING, AWESOME AND EASY experience. I just purchased a new vehicle from Elite Auto and from beginning to end, it was perfect. With the help of Jarrett & Matt (Both in sales) and Liat (finance) my purchase was flawless. Anyone who is reading this please purchase from Elite Auto - their customer service is extraordinary! Superb buying experience! I've purchased more than my fair share of high-end cars, from big-name dealers and boutique shops, Elite stands alongside the best. Good day, guys I m even not sure what to start with 1 - amazing family run business with absolutely full attention to customers!!! That s really rare nowadays for businesses to care!2 - They really take care of the cars they sell !!! You ll come for a car - it will be washed, clean inside and ready for you to go !!! Loved it !!!3 - Owner is Doing amazing job with finding BEST DEALS IN US MARKET !!! I did buy car like that from them - it was literally the best price in US !!!4 - The whole hustle with paperwork - you can leave it for them and just walk around their amazing dream garage and maybe set up a new goal for yourself 5 - Their mechanics are as amazing as sales guys - just super friendly, not pushy and just happy to help and maybe recommend something if you will ask !!! Bought my car a few months back. First time buying a car sight unseen. BEST EXPERIENCE. Car arrived in pristine condition, better than What I had expected. Great inventory.My sales representative Matt was awesome. So patient with me not pushy at all!!! Was very attentive and never left me hanging. Good guy.The business manager Liat was so great to work with. In past car purchases I had bad experiences with the finance people. She made the process seem a lot less scary. Liat knew everything top to bottom. Extremely knowledgable. She is honest and answered all of my questions. She is also hilarious. I have never worked with someone in finance that made me laugh so darn much.Amazing experience. Do not walk to Elite Auto Brokers. RUN to Elite Auto Brokers.

The buying experience was notably satisfying, garnering a solid rating of 8 out of 10.However, within a week following the purchase, I encountered an unforeseen issue with the car a low coolant message prompted my attention, and upon inspection, it became evident that the coolant levels were significantly depleted. As a temporary remedy, I replenished the coolant; nevertheless, this revealed an underlying concern, as the car exhibited a coolant leak, necessitating a visit to Audi Service for resolution.During the service appointment, additional complications came to light, including an oil leak and an issue with CV joint causing clicking sound. Fortunately, the vehicle was still under warranty, sparing me from incurring any repair costs. Nonetheless, this situation raises legitimate inquiries regarding the adequacy of the pre-sale inspection process conducted by Elite Auto Brokers. Ensuring a comprehensive and thorough inspection of vehicles before they are sold would have likely prevented these issues from arising post-purchase.In conclusion, while the initial buying experience at Elite Auto Brokers was commendable, the subsequent discovery of these mechanical challenges does prompt a sense of concern about the diligence applied in assessing the car's condition before being made available for sale. Clarity in the inspection and maintenance practices of the dealership would be instrumental in further bolstering customer confidence and satisfaction in their services.

Matt Singer was super professional from start to finish. Got me into my new to me car with ease. Was probably the quickest and smoothest car buying experience I ve ever had. They have tons of inventory for any kind of car you would dream of.

If only zero stars were an option. Purchased a 2016 VW in 2/2023 from Elite Auto Brokers for $14,000. The vehicle has had three major repairs (in excess of $6,000), the first of which was shortly after purchase. The repairs include replacing the intake manifold, spark plugs, battery (twice) and fuel injectors. We were told by VW that the fuel injectors are never a normal wear & tear issue, at which point we contacted our salesman, Bob. We called Bob for a week and each time he assured us that the manager would return our calls. Needless to say, he did not. As other reviewers have suggested, we are suspicious that there was major damage to this car that was not revealed to us. Furthermore, it is unclear whether Elite is incompetent (unable to identify major mechanical issues) or deceptive (knew it had issues but sold it anyway). Perhaps a little bit of both. BUYER BEWARE and steer clear of Elite Auto Brokers. I will also be reporting this dealership to the Better Business Bureau.My response:The purpose of my review is to warn other potential used car buyers of the financial nightmare we ve been through since purchasing a car from you. I don t want to go back and forth, but I must briefly address your response:-We didn t buy a warranty: Correct, huge mistake, we were already at our max purchasing price for our daughter s first car.-87k miles, correct. We ve owned several cars well beyond 100k miles that didn t have a fraction of the issues this car has had (including a 2013 VW with 120k miles that we still own- zero issues other than normal wear/tear). So to claim that buying a car from you with high miles somehow justifies paying half its purchase price in repairs within 12 months is unreasonable. The car we were sold was a lemon. Clean Carfax, passed inspection yet one major issue after the next.-As I previously stated, the first major repair was less than 2 months after purchase and has continued ever since. Had the issues not begun for a year after purchase I would agree with you about the dealer having no responsibility. But they didn t.- As far as offering us reduced parts/vendors, that is completely false. No dialogue about coming to a reasonable solution occurred because we re still waiting for you to return our call.

This was the best experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle. The entire staff was so professional and courteous. They assisted me prior to coming to their location and I was in and out within one hour. I sold cars in the past and never have I seen an organization with so much integrity and grace. I called to confirm if Red Mercedes-Benz A 220 2019 was still available before we made a trip because we live an hour and a half away from there. Fred, the sale rep, answered my call nicely and confirmed the Red Mercedes-Benz A 220 2019 was still available. We arrived next day which was on the last day of 2021 to see the Mercedes, was store in garage safety, and the color.. amazing the cherry red which was 99% exactly the same as shiny as what we saw in online. So cleaned, no damage noted inside or outside. Seems they really care about their cars and buyers, also willing to answer all questions appropriately. We made decisions less than an hour and everything went smoothly. I loved so so much driving with my beautiful Mercedes and highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.Thank you to Fred!

I m livid, first I get a salesmen (Matt) who is arrogant, condescending and disrespectful, then I get one who had me run a hard credit check on a vehicle that had sold the day before. DO NOT FALL INTO THIS SCAM! This dealership is a joke.
