I have been going to this place for a while and I never thought they would do me the way they are doing me now. I took my car in because it was dripping a few transmission fluid drops and 2 days later they tore my engine apart without my consent and then tell me that I need a new engine because my car is not starting.Get ready because here comes the legal action!Anyone knows that these new cars will start running horribly and give you a check engine light before it gets to a point where your car will not start unless it is the battery or an electrical problem. They are trying to say that I have a bad piston. Do they think I am stupid? I would have had to notice that driving it there. Someone did something to my vehicle and they will not own up to it but I will not be paying out of my pocket for it.For the record, I'm dealing with the service manager named Ron K.

I bought a Grand Cherokee with a maintenance package last year. I cancelled the maintenance package thereafter. Never received the refund so far, I was even asked to provide a copy of the cancellation myself (they should have this on file). Despite multiple attempts to get an answer - nothing. Cannot recommend that dealer

THIEVES, had items stolen from my vehicle while they had my jeep. No one at this dealership service department cared. On June 16 i brought my jeep in for service. i arrived at 7am and left my jeep there all day till 5pm when i picked it up. Later that evening i noticed a backpack missing from the back of my jeep, once i noticed that missing i then checked through my vehicle and noticed numerous items missing that had been in my vehicle when i dropped it off for service. Since the shop was closed when i noticed this I returned the following Saturday 17th at 7am to report the missing items. Spoke to a service associate who said no manager was in yet but would inform them as soon as one arrived. Waited till 1pm and still heard nothing, went back to the shop and spoke to Vanessa who was helpful and said she would inform the service manager on Monday and they would check the cameras. Received a call on Monday 19th from Neil Alban the service advisor who assisted me, he sounded concerned and promised me he would call me later that day or Tuesday with an update after talking to service manager. I never heard back from him (he won't return calls) or any manager from the service department, as of now 7/10/23 i received no calls and/or update about the stolen items from my jeep. If you decide to have them service your vehicle do not leave anything in your vehicle or they will steal it. Very disappointed that a company does not care that a customer reported theft and absolutely nothing is done about it.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I did call to get information about Thermostat for my business vehicle. They answered right away and asked VIN - then did call me back around the time they did say they will and did give me a quote. Of course dealership is but more expensive then some local shops, but I was absolutely satisfied with service! Thank you for a good job, Dodge Gaithersburg!

I'd suggest everyone stay away from this stealership. If it is your last resort.... Buy a bicycle.I went in for a new Ram Limited. I wanted it in white, and all they had was black. I asked when they were receiving more inventory and it was like pulling teeth, the sales person or manager would have to call me later. I was asked to fill out a credit app to get the "special" Ram financing deals, so I did.That was the biggest mistake I have ever made. They came back with an absurd rate, I know my score people... I told them I would just go with my credit union (Navy Fed) @ 5 points lower than what Criswell offered.I decided to go with another dealer (Stafford Ram) and had an extremely nice experience, how it SHOULD of been.

Tyler and his crew in the commercial truck area are fantastic! They were courteous and friendly, taking care of my RV s needs even though they are very busy. This is our Go To place for RAM Promaster repair for our Winnebago class B. They are great!

I found this place to be very efficient. Gregory Weschler made sure that I was comfortable in an office while waiting for repairs and explained everything to me in a professional, courteous manner.
