I recently brought my car here and was helped by Cristian in the service center. He could not have been more helpful. I had taken my car to another local dealer and was told it could be up to months before they could fix it; no alternative offered. From the second I got to Criswell, Cristian went above and beyond to help me! He worked with my third party warranty provider to ensure everything was processed and I had my car back in a day. Amazing customer service!

Came back here a bench of times to the parts department. They were always very helpful with finding me the part or returning things that did not fit. If you need parts, I would definitely recommend coming here.

I am truly happy to share this review about Criswell Chevrolet in Gaithersburg Md. Over the years I have been taking my car to Goodyear and local gas stations for service. My car has 135,000 miles on it .Beautiful 2015 GMC Terrain I purchased from kings GMC which they went out of business and in the news article referred everyone to Criswell Chevrolet, I had never dealt with Criswell Chevrolet, but it was a great experience. I thought I was having transmission problems but after meeting Zack Mullaney (Trans Technician). We took a test drive and he did not believe that it was a problem with the transmission.Zack was very honest I felt. Criswell Chevrolet had to keep my car for a few days. I got a call from Mike, Mccormick (Service Manager). they would look into the problem with my Terrain and would let me know what the problem was in a few days. They both stayed in touch with me and found out that I needed my timing chain on the engine of my GMC Terrain replaced. Criswell Chevrolet also repaired a few other problems that I had with my GMC Terrain. Overall I am very very satisfied with the service and the work that was done on my 2015 GMC Terrain which I purchase brand new from king GMC. I d like to give a shout out to Beth and Christen both (Services Advisors)and the Ladies behind the sales counter, who finalize the payments for the repairs. Everyone that I was involved with at Criswell Chevrolet were so kind and so helpful and I truly do appreciate it. I d like to give Criswell Chevrolet 10 stars not just five. Thank you Jerome D

They ruined my car by telling me for 2 years nothing is wrong and take money from me for diagnostics and did nothing. Now I am looking at supposed 10k repairs for engine to be rebuilt. Oh yeah it's my responsibility for the cost of the tear down. They are neglectful.

Wonderful service experience! Nathan is a great service advisor. He is professional, kind and responsive. The car was ready when promised and the women who checked me out were efficient, profession and friendly. It was the best service experience I have had at any dealership. Will definitely bring my car back. They did a great job.

I really appreciate the appointment with Robert Mensah. He's very patient and professional going over my list of things to tackle on an in-warranty vehicle. The complimentary alignment report is a nice touch.

Made an appointment for getting a new roof rack. Made it to my appointment 30 mins early.....total time was Two and 1/2 hours, no additional services, just a simple roof rack. Cost was parts + $120 labor...Wow, that cost of labor for using a screwdriver made me realize i shouldve just did it myself, probably couldve put it on faster myself too. Provide faster service to get a better rating, don't act like I didn't have an appointment. Other than that, overall service was Okay/Average/not bad not great either.

My wife had an emergency and needed a tire replaced, I called and spoke to Mike he was patient in my panicked call trying to help my wife while I was out of town. He verified they had the tire and made sure to greet her when she came in. The familiar face in a place we ve never been was appreciated! I ve never been a dealership guy but I definitely will be now knowing I didn t get killed just buying a tire and knowing that we didn t buy the car from Criswell. I appreciate Criswell Chevrolet! I ll be back!

This company is super professional and made everything easy for me to understand. I know nothing about cars but an employee named Charles made making my appointment so easy and nice. He made sure I knew what I was putting my money into.I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Couldn t have been a smoother experience in fixing my Silverado. Had an issue that I had been going to another Chevy dealer and had a bad enough experience that I wasn t going to take it back to any dealer. Criswell Chevrolet definitely changed that! Will 100% be back! Friendly staff and didn t feel taken advantage of expected a premium service and got more than I bargained for.

I LOVE Criswell Chevrolet. I ve always had excellent service. The advisor Charles was knowledgeable professional and even funny. He helped me get more value for my money. I will be returning for my regular maintenance!!
