I had the misfortune to buy a car that passed inspection with very bad brakes and got into an accident before i could get them checked, literally the day after purchase.I had never heard of this business but since the giant of the industry told me straight up it could take weeks, or even months to begin working on my vehicle i decided to give them a chance.gFirst time i come back to pick up my car, one week later than the original promised date, i realize the bumper cover and the hood and headlights do not align properly. I make it known to them saying: do you care about your reputation? How can you deliver a car looking like this? To which the man Carlos started giving me all sorts of explanations basically blaming my insurance company for buying after market, bottom of the barrel part.After speaking with my insurance adjuster who confirmed that of course they did to save themselves a few bucks those parts still have to fit and it is the responsibility of the body shop to say something when they don t, to which i agree. But Noooo not at crash champions with more excuses after excuses. Long story short i get to speak with Michael (i assume the GM) and after more excuses and explanations, agrees to get it right. Get down to business with the insurance company and finally gets a new bumper cover, OEM this time to put it on. To my great astonishment, this one still looks funny. And again with the excuses and explanations we go. This time let it be written that i have been very reasonable, given them the chance to retry it, and since i clearly see no efforts to do the right thing, it leave me no choice and a great displeasure to inform publicly that i will pursue legal avenues.Talking of returning my car to pre-loss condition Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Very unhappy with 1) customer service. I left my car so that they can work on an estimate for the insurance. Two weeks went by and since I didn't hear from them, I called them. To my surprise, they did not do anything with my car but place my car on their lot. 2) someone took over the claim. She called me with the estimate the next day, and my car was "supposedly" ready in 2 days.... what????? I went to check my car, and it looked that they just brushed it with something but I don't think they paint it as my car now looks the same as the day i took it there. She said it was because they replaced something and they could not paint it properly. VERY UNHAPPY!! Looking to see if this was a case of discrimination because they treated me so badly. They will hear back from me most likely.

After getting into my first fender bender/collision, I researched auto repair companies that were highly rated in my area. Classic Auto Body did not disappoint. Everyone who works there is extremely friendly and helpful. They were able to get the job done quickly and my 2 year old car looked brand new again! The work they did was incredible, they exceeded my expectations, and I am forever grateful. If you ever notice anything on your car that you didn t notice at pick-up, they encourage you to come back again for them to look at your car.Even though I hope I never get into another collision, I will always use Classic Auto Body from now on and I will recommend them to anyone I know who needs their services.

Made an appointment at 8:30am on a Monday to drop my car off for repairs. By 4:30pm Monday, I had not heard back about an estimate. I called, and they informed me that someone couldn t even go out to look at the car until at least Wednesday. 3 days to provide an estimate?! What was the point of making an appointment? Even the insurance agent I was working with had to call, and said she has never heard of such a ridiculous thing in her 10 years. So I had to pay to Uber back to move my car to another shop the next day. When I arrived early Tues morning to get my car back so I can take it somewhere else, it took them 20 min to bring my car around for me. Not one person in that shop cared about the multiple inconveniences they had caused. Avoid this place at all costs.

Okay readers, listen up. There are several shops in the DC area that provide powder coating and caliper painting services. After visiting a few shops in Montgomery county, I instantly felt welcomed and felt they wanted my business. I was greeted in the parking area and quickly explained the details of their services and accommodations they offer.The quality of work was also outstanding and exceeded my expectations. I'll recommend Classic Auto Body for all rim and brake upgrades. At some point, I'll make a YouTube video of my experience.

I was involved in a fender bender and took my car to Crash Champions in Gaithersburg, MD. My insurance is through Nationwide and this is one of the closest partnering repair shops near me. They estimated the work would be done in three weeks. This was in early October. After three weeks, the work was mostly done except they claimed they lost a part. The driver's side fog light cover was in their shop, but now they cannot find it. They said they would reorder the part and call me when it is in. It is now January and almost exactly 3 months since they first started the repairs. The worst thing is no updates, despite my Nationwide representative calling several times for clarity. My advice is to steer clear of Crash Champions, Gaithersburg.

Crash Champions did an excellent job! I brought my car in, 4 business days later they had worked with my insurance to get repairs started (a reasonable time when working with insurance) and got to working on my car. I recieved my car back about aweek later. They did an excellent job! And the staff are so nice!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My experience with Classic Auto Body was great from start to finish. They were extremely helpful and the fact that the offer a lifetime warranty on their repairs coupled with their Honda Certification solidified them as my choice to perform the repairs (damaged front fender, front bumber, headlamp, airbag impact bar, etc.).They fixed up my 2017 Honda Civic to exactly the way it was before I was hit. In fact they left it even better and fixed a small break in my pinstripe on the opposite side of the damaged part of my car! I could not be happier with their workmanship and quality of repair. I will reccomend them to anyone who needs body work in the future and will continue to use them myself for all future accident repairs!

Got into a fender-bender a few months ago where my entire tailgate needed to be replaced. My insurance recommended Crash Champions and I was very impressed by their service. They gave me daily updates on the status of my vehicle, and the quality of the work was exceptional. Thank you!

DO NOT PICK THIS PLACE! They will damage your vehicle, not tell you about the damages, and then gaslight you about how it is not their fault by ignoring you when you try to question them about it. My vehicle only needed cosmetic repair and now it is at a dealership to get mechanical repair to make it safe to drive. Heed my warning. Go to another collision shop. They will take your money & give you deep regret in exchange.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

If you are planning on bring your vehicle here please Don t left nothing in the vehicle, they not only take one framing nailer from my Van but also disconnected camera on the van, searched the inside all over, things where moved from where I left them, I asked them to check their cameras, them spoke with the higher manager he told me he couldn t see anything on the cameras of what I was saying, I send him a picture that I took when I left the van there, he told me he would show them the pictures to see if someone would recognize it, he called me back saying nobody saw it and maybe I went back to the van and took it, when I never went back until the pick up day, I also asked him why was the camera disconnected he told me it s their policy to disconnect the cameras on every vehicle. Really Policy?? That policy was never explained to me,They never asked me or tell me they would disconnect it. They also make you sign that they are not responsible for any loss, and disconnect your cameras in case that you left them for the security of the things you have inside.

I was directed to Crash Champions by my insurance company to repair/replace the rear bumper on my 2015 Forester. While it took a couple of days longer than originally estimated, the completed work was top notch.They also went above and beyond and addressed a couple of minor issues not related to the original damage.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

My story is simple: On Thursday, 2/9, I got a text that said, "the repair on your Honda is underway. Your vehicle is on track to be completed on 2/15."On Monday, 2/13, I got a text that said, "We are nearing completion. If we encounter any delays, we'll call you."Today is Wednesday, Feb. 15. My car was supposed to be ready. However when I checked, they said it should be done by Thursday or Friday. What happened to the text that it would be done on 2/15, or that I would get a call if there was a delay. No, I did not get a call.The service person told me that the texts come from the corporate office, and the corporate office does not know the actual status of the car. Then why are they sending these texts out? The service person said that was corporate's problem.The texts had given me hope that Crash Champions would be proactive in providing me information. This is what you would also think from reading other reviews. And the fact that I was getting texts made me believe there was good feed back.I know that sending out the text saves lots of time from customers calling to get status. But that should only be done if the correct status can be accessed without calling the business.In my opinion, if the texts do not represent reality, they should not be sent out. To me, this seems to point to an integration problem between corporate and at least this individual repair station. It makes me think that the management does not have control of their internal processes, and when I see this, I worry about all parts of an organization. Does this imply other processes have problems and are out of control? In my opinion, I simply cannot trust any part of Crash Champions, and cannot personally recommend them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

After being sideswiped and contacting the insurance company (they gave us an estimate of $495, just under the $500 deductible for the car), we set up an appointment with them to perform the repair for the quoted estimate. After we arrived, they inspected the car, brought out a commercial grade solution, and completely removed all marks off the car, wished us Merry Christmas, and we were on our way. They could have just as easily taken the car, done some work and made about $500 on the deal. Instead, their honesty and professionalism fixed our issue at no cost. We will surely return should the need arise. Thanks to the staff and have a great Holiday.Service: Body & Trim

I came in through my insurance for a trunk lid replacement and lamp replacement. The trunk was not hatching properly since the accident. Even after the replacement, the lid doesn't close properly. I have to use extra force. For more than a week's time, this is an easy fix.. but not done well. I am going to Honda dealer hereafter. Never here again!Service: Body & Trim

Absolutely terrible service. State Farm recommended them for a collision repair. It has been over 5 weeks and I still do not even have an estimate. To make matters worse, they have taken apart the car so I cannot switch to another auto body shop at this point. I was happy with the service and my car came back looking like new after the driver side door was entirely crushed. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company, which was a huge relief, time saver, and convenience. Per the insurance coverage, they used a used door, and were diligent about the quality of the used parts.A nice touch - it also looks like the inside and outside of my vehicle were lightly cleaned. It's a small and quick thing, but it made a big difference to my customer experience to have a car coming back just a bit nicer than I dropped it off. Thank you!

My experience with this shop has been nothing short of amazing. In terms of professionalism I was informed about every step of my repair, and they worked diligently with my insurance company. Their customer service is great!! and they re very understanding. Due to my work schedule I couldn t pick up my tags, however Kimberly worked with me until I was able to pick it up. I greatly appreciate their business, and will return if I ever need work done on my vehicle.

My truck was hit while parked. Classic Auto Body. Took great care of me. The staff explained every process and contacted me explaining every step. When I picked my truck up they explained all the work that was completed and waited for my approval before letting me leave. I was very satisfied and grateful of how my truck was returned to me. Very nice establishment that had a owner that was sweet as well. They were responsive and on top of updating the insurance company of what they were going through as I would look at the updates online in the claims department. Car was cleaned from the outside for me and they even waxed the car at least it appeared that way . I would definitely use them again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Excellent job from the people at Classic Auto Body. They have great customer service skills and have the skills/knowledge to effectively make the repairs to my car. I enjoyed working with Miguel and appreciate his professionalism. He gave me an estimate regarding the time and cost to resolve the problem (and it was accurate). I took my Audi A6 in for repairs and it was the most pleasant experience I have ever had. Texts and emails to let me know the status of my car. The car was ready ahead of schedule and was In pristine condition not to mention cleaned and detailed. Top notch customer service and workmanship.

Amir, Michael and the team at Classic Auto Body are just fabulous! I have had to take my car there twice this year due to an unexpected rear end collision and a rock flying into the underbelly of my car and ripping everything up. The leadership team welcomed me, their office staff called for my rental car themselves. From beginning to end, they handled me with extreme courtesy and professionalism. I absolutely recommend this company to anyone seeking prompt, efficient expert care for their damaged vehicles!

I have to say that outside of Activ Automotives, Classic Auto Body is the BEST body shop in Montgomery County hands down! Amir is AWESOME, Mike is GREAT and Kimberly is the sweetest front desk representative that I have ever met!If you are ever in need for a body shop that KNOWS what they are doing and is ALWAYS honest with you and never just try to tell you anything to get in your pockets.. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you go see Classic Auto Body!!! They are the BEST by far!Keep up the good work guys!

Had a minor bumper repair done on my Jetta. Shop was food with communication with the insurance and completing the work on a timely manner. Paint job was sub par and looks like it was rushed through. Orange peel throughout the painted surfaces and clear coat was not is uneven on a number of non-flat surfaces. I pointed this out on my return inspection and the font office offered to buff it out (that doesnt buff out). They also painted and added texture to a plastic part that was not originally painted and it looks like absolute garbage. All in all seems like the shop just wanted to get it out as fast as possible and collect. Not likely to return.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The services received from this company exceeded my expectations, and I was compelled to share the information to anyone who needs real value for a dollar. I wish I had known this company earlier. My car Is superb. Apart from the top notch the pair, my car was washed+waxed (COVID-19 standard cleaning). I took my car to this locations and they were great!! My car had dents and the paint was coming off and they fixed it all, the paint job was done so good and the dents were gone. They are great and Miguel was super helpful and had excellent customer service!! Take your car here!
