They left my car absolutely WRECKED. Full of oil, dust, glue, and dirty oily finger prints everywhere. They broke my middle glove compartment and my trunk as well (two areas which they had no business even touching because they were only fixing the two left doors and side mirror) they left my car looking unrecognizable in the worst way possible. There is paint splattered all over the inside of my door and a literal puddle of oil on my carpet. This is extremely unacceptable and horrifying.Service: Painting

The entire shop is respectful and Megan is just the cutest with her glasses she wears on her face keep the sun out her face while dealing with clients and the mechanics are all the best and even wash bay thanks again to everybody in the shop and last but not least the front desk is such a sweet heart and has the cutest smile that will light up the room every time you walk in and get your car.

My car was hit while parked and the offender's insurance recommended this shop. Based on the reviews, I didn't balk, but I should have been more thorough in my search.The issue was the bumper was ripped off and dangling, there were some new scratches on the back quarter panel and the rim was gnawed to bits.So the repairs seemed simple enough. Replace the bumper, repair the paint damage and replace the rim.The first time the vehicle was returned to me (foreshadowing), the rim and surface paint on the quarter panel went smoothly, but the bumper was still scuffed up as if it was either not painted or was hit in their possession. Additionally, there was now a very apparent scratch and dent in the driver door that did not exist before.So I took it back. I was without a car for two days as a result, and they addressed the bumper, fixed the scratch and dent (and even addressed one on the adjacent door which wasn't necessary), but I guess in working with the dent I told them was not their responsibility, they broke the mold around the window. So, they ordered a new mold, installed it and returned the vehicle and the seal isn't flush or tucked in all the way. And this is on the door I told them was not an issue.Ultimately, the people here are nice but there is effectively ZERO quality control. Document every inch of your car because while they did not give any resistance to any of the claims, you can't trust that your vehicle will be returned in a 100% condition.I'm so deeply disappointed and truly regret ever bringing my car to this shop. This entire experience has been a massive headache and nightmare.Quality control needs to be addressed ASAP, one way or another.

I was extremely pleased with the work done by Caliber Collision in Gaithersburg, MD, through GEICO Xpress. The staff was friendly, helpful, and responsive. The work was completed in three days, and the result was perfect.

Very impressed. They told me the car would be fixed in a week or week and a half, and they had it done in 4 days. I had gone to two other places that both quoted me a month. These guys are top knotch. Got in a collision at 4:40am, sent them the pics of the damage and had a quote for insurance by 9:00am! They explained the quote, line by line, and the repair options. I dropped the car off on short notice, and they were extremely accommodating. There is an Enterprise rental affiliate office that handled the rental, and I was back in my car within a week. I highly recommend Caliber Collision Gaithersburg to anyone. Fantastic team.

Accidentally went through an absolute flood of water and as a result my bumper was hanging a little bit. I didn't know whether to replace it completely or try to get it reattached but they were very thorough in their evaluation and I decided to just have them reattach it as best as they could. It took them all of 5 minutes and the bumper looks almost brand new. On top of that, staff was super friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Caliber's service was great. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The repairs were done quickly and efficiently. I was informed daily on the progress of the repair. Customer service is excellent. I cant tell much about what happens behind the scene in the shop but the results look great. They have great customer service, very kind and professional. They were also very clear about the process of the repair and what I should expect. They did an excellent job with the repairs to my vehicle, made it look brand new and couldn t even tell it was damaged in the first place. And they kept me informed with updates through text and calling during the repair process letting me know what stage it was at and when it was expected to be completed. They also contacted enterprise for me since I needed to rent a vehicle.Service: Body & Trim

Took my car in for repairs through my insurance and when I got my car back, there were several issues with it but the manager was more than willing to remedy the situation and kept in close contact. It would have been nice to not make several trips back and forth but the issues were resolved at no cost to me. The staff is also very kind and helpful.
