I came for an arm to hold the phone in the car and I asked a tattoo guy what the prices were for the most comfortable one and he responded in such a rude manner telling me: look for it there, the service provided in the car is not recommended. I left this place so disappointed in the place.El servicio de este tipo es totalmente un desastre

I came to get my car battery checked and the manager Yosely was very professional. She also offered to check my alternator and starter with the same diagnostic tool she used for my battery. Very professional, thank you Yosely!

Their add says free engine light check. I came at Gaithersburg outlet twice in last 2 weeks and each time I was told that their scanner is not working. I am wondering, if this true, this could not replace in 15 days? I see there are a dozen scanner hanging behind the counter. If free policy changed for any reason, should state on the sign, web and media. Sorry for my inconvenience.

During the morning I picked up my car battery. When I went in the workers there aren t nice or greeting. When one of the workers that handed me my battery he put it on the floor and not on the counter. Knowing how heavy it was and forgot to give me my receipt. The customer service isn t good here.

Worsts experience ever:I called once before going to this place to check if they sell AND install batteries for Honda Accord, they said yes, which was expected.I reached and called once again from the parking lot to verify the same, I didn't want to turn off my car before they confirm. They said yes. I went in and they said they don't want to touch Honda vehicles, so they can't install the battery.I was stuck there as I need to jump start my car, this is Friday evening. I asked them if they have a jump starter and help me out. They made me purchase one, which didn't work. They were not accepting me returning the item, but they did at the end. They were just ignoring my ask for help. In the end, I asked a random person who had a pickup truck who helped me jumpstart my car. All of this took 40-45 min, and it had already started raining. This had happened to me for the first time that I had to jumpstart my car. And they were not helpful even a bit! Just acting rude the whole time!Worst experience ever! I went to Advance auto parts and they were totally opposite, they helped me out from start to end and got me going on the road! Never go to this AutoZone!

Marquinn was so helpful and nice and knowledgeable with helping replace my old dead battery and putting the new one in. Definitely coming back to see him with any car part needs for my 2005 Lexus next time it needs something. Thanks marquinn for great customer service!

The worst AutoZone I have visited so far. I was returning the core but the cashier returned the full amount for the purchase but I stopped him and the trouble started from there. He tries many times to reverse the refund to just the core and a few minutes later he told me it is all good to go and he reversed the full refund to just the core refund. First, I asked him for a copy of the receipt but he said it wouldn't print out any receipt of the return core. I continued requesting my receipt and he asked the supervisor to find the receipt and he found out the refund is still a full amount not the core refund. Then the store manager stopped by the desk and said that they still can't print out the receipt and then he said I will have to pay again for the part because the cashier has refunded the whole amount and the way he acts like they did nothing wrong it is my fault and still not going to print out receipt to approve the refund amount and I refused to paid because I do not have the refund receipt. Then he called the store GM She did not even say sorry and asked me to pay for the part again. Then I asked her to get my refund receipt and she told the store manager to call tech support and the receipt got printed out after 40 minutes of talk back and forth at one point she said she will call the police because I refused to pay again for the part because I don't have to refund the receipt.And the cashier came up to me and said I should just take the refund and not talk about it. I told him I am trying to save his jobs not to do that and do the right thing. I don't know how this store trains their employees! There are not customers first and service your customers. Do not go there if you can.

Returned a battery with a 3 yr warranty. They claimed they font make that battery any longer. Do they offered a 2 yr as a replacement. Felt cheated. But they did refund the entire price of the old battery. Went to Costco and picked up a 3yr. Replacement and kept a 100$ in pocket.

I paid for my order online and didnt arrive until about 3 hours after and my order had not even been pulled. The guy who helped me seemed a bit overwhelmed but was very pleasant. I am not totally upset about my experience as I was able to get all of my window wipers in one visit and the price was so good that i got 5 set of wipers for $36.

Joshua at this store was beyond amazing in his professionalism, knowledge and diligence. I needed wheel nuts for my car tires, apparently what my mechanic asked me to get was the wrong size :/. But thanks to Joshua, he quickly confirmed what I was looking for was not the right size. He not only made sure that the parts he gave me are correct but also verified what I already had on my tires is also the right size. He went out of his way to check everything was great before he considered it was all good to go. He even set the new wheel nuts on the tires. One of the best customer service experiences in my opinion.

Worse managment ever (Julie store manager). I order oil last week. I was told to comeback Thursday. I went back Friday, she said the truck is here but we haven t unload it yet n asked me to comeback Monday. I did and there was no oil and she wasn t sure if they ll send it to her or not. I asked her to reimburse my money back, the manager said she finished her shift and no one can do it except her!!!! She said again come back tomorrow!!? I will post what she will tell me again.

Just left this store and will not going back again. First, I went to the store to buy two brake rotors and i found some duck tapes and flash light that i like and i added them to my list. The problem start when i asked to check the price of the duck tape and this guy Jason look at me dead in the eye and said You have to put the other one back to the aisle , I said I have two brake rotors to buy as well and technically it s not my job to put something I don t want back in the aisle then he cursed me in Spanish.I left the store without buying the two brake rotors which is cool because Advance Auto Parts is in the corner as well. I did customer service job for years and people don t really know how their attitude and energy affects customers.

Love this parts store! So helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond to help us out. Also the managers name is Julia which is a name I won t forget you can tell she is the reason for such a wonderful team! If you need parts or anything car related this AutoZone is the place to go! 5

Very polite and cordial people here. Extremely helpful and was able to give me a Veterans discount on parts purchased in store and also was able to assist me with ordering parts from another store in their network.Great experience overall and what I expect from a well ran Auto Parts Store!

We met our daughter at the Gaithersburg, Frederick Road location. Her vehicle has been having some transmission issues. The store associate was very helpful in choosing the correct transmission fluid. Very kind and professional. Thank you for your help, Jason!!

Returned some windshield wiper blades that didn't fit and Gissella D. worked endlessly to find a fitting pair. Took some time for us to figure it out because all of the appropriate fitting lists supplied were inaccurate. She worked up a sweat figuring it all out while simultaneously answering phone calls and providing assistance to other customers while helping me. I'm very appreciative of her assistance and will definitely come back any day for parts or help especially if it's from her. She deserves recognition.

I had an encounter with Brenda while trying to get a refrigerant for my car. This lady delivered an excellent customer service that she even offered to help me apply the refrigerant. Brenda is charismatic, empathetic, highly skilled, professional, knowledgeable. Also, she embodies a spirit of taking care of others which makes her a 5-star employee. If there is any petition for me to sign to increase her raise, ill be so glad to sign it because she's a dope human being and employee.

The experience differs completely from the area's usual parts suppliers. This place will actually have the parts you need in stock so the trip doesn't leave a bad taste in your mouth about a wasted trip & wasted time getting to other places hoping they have it in stock seeing as though every other trip to Advanced or NAPA was a 60-40 chance they'd have what you need. (60% they usually don't). But other than that my overall experience was better with just the feeling that they had a better knowledge sense of the parts they sell & actually knew what company even made my car.(Guy @ Advanced didn't know my cars maker company & I had to tell him.)with that said the people are more involved in your repair & you can trust if you don't know what you need you can be assured not to have to return because you where given the wrong part.

Awful manager near Frederick avenue (close to the I-hop) The part I bought had a warranty and it hadn t even been a month since I had got it when I needed to go change it because it SNAPPED so I went to get it changed and she REFUSED to give me my warranty I had to go to another Autozone to get it. Unacceptable service the last time I had gone it took them 2 weeks to give me my full refund because we don t carry that amount of cash when I did it by card.

I came in because I needed a better powered battery. Without hesitation they checked the power on my battery, alternator and starter. Thankfully all was good but the battery is still old and needed replacing. The manager Josh Abulencia gave me the best deal on the battery and Colin I helped install the battery. Ive hadone hell of a day and the experience I had here , really made it better . 10/10 would come back again! THANK YOU

Not sure about the products, but Josh is the man!!!I legit and honestly bought a product from them which broke within warranty coverage; but lost my receipt. Cashier chick was quick to dismiss me, but josh helped me get a replacement despite being rush hour...5* on that alone.

Ordered online and picked up in store. The female worker (begins with a J can t remember her name) well she was super kind and happily replaced my windshield wipers for me without question and disposed of the old ones. Super nice people. Thanks!!

The older gentleman was helpful, the stars are solely for him. Unfortunately, i had used the website to order a part for pick up because the website said it was in stock, so i purchased it and i went hours later in the evening to pick it up. The order had not been filled, and when they went to look for it they could not find it. It is now late and almost all other stores are closed. They had to cancel my order. The website having out-dated information was terrible. Guess i have to purchase on amazon to guarantee i get it in time.
