Sharon & Eric at Autobody Dimensions were helpful, kept me informed as my repair progressed and went above & beyond in their efforts to complete the job. In addition, they touched up scratches on the body of the car with left-over paint.

Would not recommend. If your car leaves off the repair lot with new problems they will pretend not to be able to replicate the problem and deny responsibility. Took it to Mazda who easily replicated the new problem and was told others have had their car damaged here too. Do your research before entrusting your vehicle to a shop.

You rarely want to take your car to a body shop, but if you must, I recommend this place. They've been around 20+ years, they're straight shooters, and they do quality work.

Brought my 2014 Jeep in the shop and Sharon greeted me with complete professionalism. Sharon introduced me Eric my "service advisor" and Eric handle everything with complete professionalism and they delivered the car a day early! I would recommend Autobody Dimensions to anyone! I have taken my car to this place,The car was very dirty of dust outside outThey never finished the job, I would not recommend this place to anyone I knowThe lady in the front desk may need to learn how to smile and be polite,I know they will reply this thinking they can resolve the matterLook for another shop if you need body shop repairsMy review is Zero not even one is the right one

Had a great experience with Autobody Dimensions. The accident was repaired extremely well and cleaned the car extremely well. My car looks great . Thanks for the great service.

I walked through the door on a Tuesday, my front bumper had scratches, and the repair work was completed on Thursday. Service was quick, the admin staffer was courteous and in charge, Charlie my estimator explained everything thoroughly, and finally they washed the outside of my car and cleaned the inside before handing it back. The repair work and the experience was amazing.

Autobody Dimensions Gaithersburg took great care of me when they repaired my 2016 Mazda 6 Touring sedan this month. Every employee there treated me with respect and courtesy. When I owned my previous vehicle, a 2008 Mazda 6, they took care of things then, as well. I trust Autobody Dimensions Gaithersburg. Auto Body Dimensions Gaithersburg is outstanding! They were very courteous, friendly and professional since I walked in their door. Their service was exceptional and their approach very professional!They repaired my car beautifully, and timely, you will never know that my car was hit on the back.I will recommend this auto body shop to anyone that needs their vehicle repair with top of the line service and quality!They also provide me with a detailed cleaning of the exterior of my car and they did an amazing job!I am super satisfied with their service! Excellent, professional work with attention to detail.Hands down the best body work I had done on one of my vehicles.I worked with Abdi, who made everything hustle free experience. I hope I never need body repair work on my car again, but if I do, I'm using these guys again. Even if I have to have my car towed there and pay extra out of pocket to do it! The service is exceptional and everyone I dealt with was very friendly. Not only did they finish the job early and do incredible work, they even did a mini-detail job on my car, and it was so clean! I was both pleasantly surprised and horrified at the thought of how many graham cracker crumbs they must have vacuumed up! Thank you Autobody Dimensions for taking better care of my car than I do :)

Easiest car repair experience I ve had. I came in to get my car door replaced after a minor incident and the drop off was set up quickly. Mr. Harold explained everything in detail and the work was finished on time. No complaints, only praise. Highly recommended.

ABD fixed my car in less time than they estimated. Great people, easy to work with. they helped me file the insurance claim so I only had to pay a deductible. Highly recommended

Everything about this company is Professional! They made us comfortable from the estimate to the completion of the repair seamless. Sharon was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I have had three repairs done, all have exceeded my expectations. You can not go wrong with these guys!

They fixed rear ended accident for me. Along the repair, they charged $50 because my rear driver side tire had a nail in it and it's losing air. It's not related to the accident, so I had to pay out of my packet. Same day after I got my car, the rear passenger side started losing air (never happened before). I paid $15 to a different shop to fix it and found the same problem. What a coincident! Did they fix it or just swapped them? A couple of days later, I found out my passenger side rear LED had been off the whole time. I went back to them and they said they fixed the driver side rear LED, never touched the passenger side one, and it's $200+ charge. I went to a different shop, the technician explained, this had to be from the previous repair. The car is only 2 years old, LED lasts much longer. So again, did they fix it or just swapped them?

Did a very nice job though it took awhile. The day after the car was repaired (a front end job) my serpentine belt started to shred. Although that was a real pain, AD did immediately take responsibility, got me a tow and rental and fixed the car quickly. Runs great now!

I've had nothing but great quality work and great service each time my car was worked on in the Gaithersburg location. Deciding where to have body work & repair done is always the EASIEST part of any accident I've been involved in. The communication from beginning to end is top notch!

After being rear-ended by a careless driver, I needed to find a body shop that was reliable in restoring my 2009 Acura-RL. I contacted Rosenthal Acura (a 5 star dealership) and they highly recommended AutoBody Dimensions. They were very professional from the beginning to end. Tory was very personable and kept me informed throughout the process. I would highly recommend this place and would return if my car needs any body work done in the future.

Worst customer service ever if there is a problem. Bill was completely unhelpful. They did what seemed to be unnecessary work to a apparently undamaged exhaust and billed Liberty Mutual for it. They probably damaged the part while trying to pull the frame and told the insurance it was from the accident. Then when the car breaks down within a mile from the shop, they pretend that they had nothing to do with the problem even though the car ran perfect when we took it there. The car has never had any engine trouble at all and they expect us to believe that if we had missed our turn taking it in to them that it would have broken down before we got there instead of immediately after we left the shop. Ridiculous! Taking our car there was a terrible mistake. Do not let them work on your vehicles! If they damage your car they will pretend that they didn't and say,"prove it was us".

Harold and the Autobody Dimensions team provided excellent service and repairs to my Acura MDX. Harold provided communications regarding my vehicle repairs to include what was pending and the estimated time-frame. I would highly recommend this service provider to other people looking for a reliable shop.

I hit Deer. They sometimes hit me. When either of these events happen, I take my cars to Autobody Dimensions. One of my cars has been there four times just for deer repair. If they hadn't done superior, fast, courtesy service there would have been one time. But they do. From appointment for estimate to come pick it up these people know how to run a railroad. I trust them because I have the experience with them to back it up.Try them.Jerry

Everytime I come here (3 times so far) they are always welcoming, accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process. They helped with rental car information and let you know exactly what is going on from the time you drop your car off to when you pick it up.

2nd vehicle I've had to get the paint to match from a fender bender in the past few years. I'm always skeptical about anybody able to do a match from vehicles over ten years old, but Autobody Dimensions has done the impossible. Impressive work with a great admin team to boot.

My son took his corvette here it was the worst experience .The fit of the rear bumper before the repair was great. after the repair the fit was very bad they tried to adjust the bumper cover and caused cracks he will have to take it somewhere else to have a proper repair

Rude staff. Lady on the phone was rude and completely turned me off to getting services with this location. I was ready to try you guys out and give you my business, but after speaking with your front desk I don't think I ever will. Good luck conducting business when you have her on the phones dissuading potential customers.
