I have had cars serviced by Ronaldo, and team, for a decade. I am also a small business owner and value what he accomplishes and strives for. Four cars serviced by him most recently a high-mileage Toyota SUV. He s has also done excellent work on a Ford Expedition and Toyota two-door. He is always honest with estimate(s), has professional workmanship, and will offer a cup of coffee and a chat. Good people, good work, and happy to see ARAutoPro again!

I ve used AR Auto a number of times to help me keep both of my multi-hundred thousand mile vehicles on the road.They have also saved me thousands of $$$ on my Dodge Challenger.Ronaldo has a broad breadth and depth of auto knowledge and the right way to fix a vehicle.Having been through a number or repair shops over the past 40 years, I m satisfied I ve found an honest expert and am comfortable sharing that info with the World Wide Web.Very satisfied customer!

I was referred there by a body shop to do calibration. The guy at the front desk (Tony) was extremely rude and unprofessional. I went there twice and both times he lied that he had forgotten a part in a customer s car and the second time he lied that it would take two hours for 5 minutes of programming. Then, he took my car inside and didn t hook anything to program it. Just sat there for a couple of minutes and came back saying that it wasn t programming. Extremely annoying experience. Not trustworthy at all. Both instances he lied. I don t recommend this place for any type of work.

Looks Like a New TruckARauto and Ronaldo were highly recommended by a friend as an honest, capable shop - which is what I NEEDED!I was away from home for almost a year and My 4Runner sat in the driveway without being used for a year - the results being:1.) NEEDED NEW BATTERY2.) NO HIGHBEAMS/DRL-1 DISCONNECTED, OTHER BUSTED (WOULDN'T TURN OFF-LAST YEAR, BEFORE I WENT TO HOSPITAL)3.) OUTLETS NOT GETTING POWER WITH POWER SWITCH/ENGINE ON4.) POWER WINDOWS WERE ACTING UP AND WOULDN'T OPERATEFROM DRIVER'S DOOR CONTROLS5.) NEEDED OIL CHANGE, TIRES ROTATED, LUBRICATION, ETC.6.) TRUCK IN DESPERATE NEED OF DETAILING DUE TO POLLEN OUTSIDE...AND CIGAR SMOKE INSIDEIn less than a week, most of these problems were fixed (Plug In outlets still not working, but USB port gets power)The detailing on the job was so good I wouldn't have recognized my 4Runner if it weren't for the decals in the rear windows.I would HIGHLY recommend this business if your car needs some major attention.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I am lucky to have found a shop that I trust that is also close to where I live. I never felt like this place was trying to strongly suggest fixes that I didn t need. I ve taken my car into this shop about three times and none of those fixes were related to the previous fix - in other words, I didn t feel like bringing in my car brought on other, mysterious problems.ARautoPRO calls me to tell me what parts they re going to order BEFORE ordering parts & starting any fixes. Overall I feel like customer service at this shop is transparent/full disclosure, honest, and detail oriented. I especially appreciate the latter part - whenever I ask, they explain the how, why, where, and what. Having gone to other service stations in my time I ll also tell you that prices at ARautoPRO are reasonable.I am impressed with the quality of the actual repairs as well as the customer service. I don t know how this little shop does it all. I mean - I ve brought my car into the shop without an appointment because of the time of day that I experienced the problem but still, my car wasn't at the shop for a week (and yes that s happened at other places in the area). I don t know how they do it all day in and day out. Great job! Thank you so much.

Excellent shop & service! My first experience with ARautoPRO was for a check-engine light - they identified the problem and took the initiative to determine that the repair was covered under warranty. They even coordinated with the local dealer to have the problem fixed (without charge). Subsequent visits have been for routine maintenance and I've always been happy with the service and never felt that I was being "oversold" for unnecessary maintenance. Great shop!

I have been here a couple of times now for only oil change. This place has a small, but cozy waiting area with a nice selection of tea and coffee. It usually takes about 30-45 mins for oil change, which I thought was reasonable. If they find any other issues during oil change, they bring it to your attention and tell you how much it would cost. They also email you the quote for any services they recommend along the receipt for oil change, which was nice. I haven't had any other services done at this place, but I will be back for oil change.

One of the best auto shops in the MD area period! Ive been to many shops, and none of them compare to ArAutoPro. The owner and staff are very knowledgeable and know exactly what they're doing. Their prices are very fair and you can expect nothing but the best. They also finish the cars in a timely manner. If you need anything done to your car, be sure to check out ArAutoPro, you wont regret it!

I think its fair to say they treat you like family at ARautoPRO. I needed a bumper replaced with a pretty mangled driver-side rear panel, and they made it like new. I bring all my cars there, and I know even though the news isn't always good, its always honest and fair. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Nice place for quick servicing/repairs. Appointments are generally recommended to check if they carry your car's parts. They let you drop off outside working hours. So far, I've had good experiences with this place to get my oil changes done.

Was referred to the guys at ARautoPRO by a friend and was really impressed with the service. Ronaldo and Roberto run a very professional autoshop and I've been recommending the place to everyone I know since. They're knowledgeable, friendly and reasonably priced compared to other auto shops in the area. They clearly explain the difference between what needs to get done now vs.recommendations for future service and they'll also get your vehicle back to you quickly. This is the type of local autoshop you like to have around because you know you'll get quality service every time.

I'm a new Maryland resident and was looking for a place to have my car State-inspected. Because I am new, I relied heavily on reviews to help me decide where to go. ARautoPRO had great reviews, so I decided to give them a try. Called them up around 11:30 in the morning, but no one answered. The next day, I requested an appointment through their website, but no one ever got back to me that way either.On the third attempt, I decided to give them one more call. This time someone answered. I told them what I needed and I've never felt so rushed off the phone in my life. They told me it would take between 5-6 hours to do a state inspection on my car. I was taken aback by that length of time, and they recommended a car rental place I could use if I didn't want to wait around that long. I decided okay, I'll do it, but instead of just making the appointment with me over the phone, they told me to call the rental company first and then call them back. Why? What I need is the inspection, not a rental car--I can worry about that later. I mean, it's not like I had to decide whether or not I wanted, or needed, the inspection!Feeling frustrated, I called someplace else. This other place also had glowing reviews AND they charged significantly less than ARautoPRO for State inspection, AND it will only take 1 hour instead of SIX hours!! Therefore, I can just wait instead of having to pay extra for a rental car so that I can go home. Moreover, this other place offered to give me a ride home and pick me up if I didn't want to wait! Even if was only an hour! Now THAT is customer service!ARautoPRO may live up to all the reviews, but I will never know because they were clearly not interested in earning my business. It worked out for the best though, because their awful customer service was the catalyst in my finding a much better, more reasonably priced (and timed) repair shop.

Professional and friendly! I have used ARautoPro for years now.I recently had autobody work and an alligment. ARautoPro did fabulous work in a reasonable amount of time. They kept me updated while my vehicle was in shop, throughout the process.

I experienced outstanding customer service at ARautoPRO. I found ARautoPro though a recommendation and am so glad I did. The owner Ronaldo took time and was extremely helpful with explaining what needed to be done to my car and the work that was done. My car had to stay their, so they were nice enough to contact a car rental place for me, which was above and beyond what any other place has done for me before. Thank you ARautoPro for providing such wonderful customer service, it is so hard to find that now a days. I would highly recommend ARautoPRO to anyone and plan to return in the future.

Really great place. Did a few replacements on some old parts that went faulty on my vehicle. Very quick with diagnostics and always nice workers. HANDS DOWN ! BEST AUTO SERVICE EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD IN QUITE SOME TIME. VERY GOOD GUYS. VERY HONEST AND THEY DO GREAT WORK IN A TIMELY FASHION. I ONLY HAVE ONE CAR AND NEEDED MY VEHICLE REPAIRED ASAP THE SAME DAY. I DIDN'T HAVE A RIDE AND THEY OFFERED TO DROP ME BACK OFF AT HOME.I DROPPED MY VEHICLE OFF AT 2:30PM AND IT WAS READY BY 5:30PM. I WILL NEVER FORGET THE COMMON COURTESY THEY GAVE ME. FOR THAT AMONG OTHER REASONS, I WILL ALWAYS GIVE THESE GUYS MY BUSINESS. I ALSO TELL ALL OF MY FRIENDS ABOUT ARauto pro.

Great experience. Had an issue with my AC and it took a bit to figure out but they worked with me on cost. It was very fair.
