The service was phenomenal! I came in after someone had hit my car and drove off. Marcelo was very accommodating and Sheldon was the best GM I have worked with in the auto body industry. Rafael was efficient and knowledgeable. These men were honest, sweet and hard working men! 10/10 recommend. I will be returning for my brakes

Danny was super helpful in getting my car towed from one shop to another. Super fast service, it all happened within 2 hours of making the call to them. Prices were super fair. Customer service was perfect. Will definitely use them again in the future if I need tow service.

If I could give Airpark Towing 10 stars for their outstanding service I would. On 3/2/24 I parked my truck in the Shady Grove Metro garage because I was attending an event in DC. I got back to my truck around 10:30 PM the same night and my truck would not start. I called my insurance company for roadside assistance and it took them four hours to find and send a towing company to get to me. I was getting annoyed because the longer that I waited the colder it got. Finally, the towing company comes and they bring out their jump box. They made five attempts to jump start the battery but it did not work and they told me that it was the starter. I did not think that it was the starter but I honestly did not think that was the problem. I had to call someone to come pick me up and the towing company offered to tow my truck to a shop near my house but I told them that I did not want to do that mainly because I would be standing in the freezing cold at 3:15 AM. About 9:45 AM, I called Airpark Towing and spoke to Marcello and from the jump based off all the information that I gave him, he told me that it was not the starter but it was in fact the battery. He dispatched Felix to come and give me a jump and within 15 seconds of Felix placing the cables on the battery to jump it my truck started right up. I drove it to AutoZone and I bought a new battery and I installed it right there in their parking lot. I am going to refer Airpark Towing of Gaithersburg to everyone that I know. Thank you.

Airpark is hands down the best towing company in the DMV. I ve used Airpark for years and never once have they disappointed. The second you call they re on it. Prompt service and great communication.The way you can really judge a business is from the top down. Marcelo and his father (the owners) have established a culture of unmatched customer service. They truly care and put effort in what they do and shows from the entire team. Thank you Airpark for the continued support!

Scratched my Rim. It will cost me less than $50 to fix it which is nothing but the irresponsible behavior and bad service from them makes it the worse company to hire.I have a video also before they took my vehicle which I will send to the claim department.Again, I am not fighting for $50 but rather for justice.

Had the pleasure of being helped by Julio. He was prompt as I set an appointment through my insurance. He also drove my car out of my driveway to get it onto the truck for me. I also needed a ride to my destination and Julio was very respectful. Great Service! Would definitely recommend getting your tow with airpark towing! Was all around efficient service!

Well I m stuck on the side on the road, and today is snowing a bad day for flat tire, I call my insurance for a road assistance and they provide me airpark towing of Gaithersburg, and everything was fine, they allegedly sent the help and I soon start tracking the tow truck supposed to be on my location, on the road where I got the flat tire is been treat it and the fluid of traffic is normal because is a main road, saying that, when I call the dispatcher of the towing company make a excuses, and refuse to help me, saying the street was not treat and clean .When I said stop making excuses and said better they don t want to do the job! Said I have to wait until tomorrow and call back to get help when the truth if they don t want to do the job is their right ! BIT DONT LIE AND MAKE FALSES EXCUSES

David got to my location faster than expected. Because it was quiet late, I was given a ride home to safety before my car was taken to the mechanic. I have never had such a pleasant experience with a towing company before. I would have given them 6 stars.

It s true that Airpark provides towing and auto repair services but what may not be obvious is they can do both! I call it end to end or door to door auto repair services.Over the last few months we ve needed repairs, body work, and cleaning done to ours cars. Each time, Airpark has come and towed our cars to and front their shop.They even dealt with the insurance company on my behalf when they short changed the work required to fix my car.They re trustworthy, knowledgeable, and provide great service.The touchless, end to end service has come in handy with COVID.This picture is from this afternoon. I had four rims repaired and refinished, tires balanced, an alignment, and some scratches buffed out. Meanwhile, I worked full time while watching the kids.Thanks, Airpark!

I was in an accident this evening and Julio stopped to assist me. My car was not able to be driven and he took me to my grandmother s house (she passed tonight), so I could be with my family. He towed the car to the shop. He was very kind and professional. Good to know there are still good people in the world.

I hit a curb and popped my tire. It was after 9:30pm and Julio came to tow my car. He got there fast as you know what. The message said 45-75 mins but it was more like 15 or so. I highly recommend! Thank you again Julio!!

I had a very good experience with Jackson at Airpark towing. I was stranded on I95 for over three hours as my insurance company couldn't get me a tow truck.
