The service is world class in every way possible. Whether you initiate your request online or in person you get the same transparency and fantastic customer service. The mechanics are highly skilled and professional. I have a 2003 Hummer H2 and the only people who will be putting their hands on her Airpark Auto Pros.

I have used them for several repairs recently and my car is running great again. Their customer service has been exceptional. When there was a faulty part on one repair it was fixed under warranty. They will make things right and are honest and fair. They also provide free Uber lifts which is very convenient.

We have had our vehicles serviced at this shop several times. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable, they are prompt at getting my vehicles in and out, and never pressure for extra things. We are very satisfied with the service, and would recommend Airpark Auto Pros to others.

My experience here on Jan 25th was beyond excellent! If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Ernie Mendez, the service manager, was so helpful and professional. He answered all my questions and addressed the next important steps needed for me to be safe in my car. I wish I had gotten the name of the gentleman who serviced my car. He was quick, efficient, and honest. They definitely have a new customer!!!!!!Thank you guys!!Rita M.

I do not recommend this business. Arrived two hours early for appointment but still had wait till appointment time. My car front bumper got scratched up and they did not notify me. When I reported it they didn t even apologize. Their slogan is Exceptionally honest but in reality they are Exceptionally DISHONEST.Ended up going through my insurance for repair and the rental they would not cover. Took over 3 months to be reimbursed.

Be careful. They charged $160 for checkup labor in addition to the labor charged for the actual maintenance. The manager there ,(The light younger guy with a blond beard at the front desk, probably related to the owner if not himself) claimed he informed me but never did. He refused to waive it. This $160 fee was just to hook up a device to read the engine light code, which doesn't take more than 2 minutes but they charge 1 hour of labor for it according to his words. I paid the total fees but will never return to this place. I don't like dishonest businesses who take advantage of people with every single opportunity.

Purchased an oil change off of Groupon and I was able to set an appointment the same day. The oil change only took about 45 minutes which is much quicker then an oil change at the dealership. After the services they emailed me some things that will need to be serviced on my car in the near future. I would highly recommend anyone to take their car/truck to be serviced here.

I was very impressed with Airpark Auto Pros. The drop off and pickup went super smooth. I was very impressed with the manner of professionalism, the attention to detail. They kept me informed every step of the way. I definitely would recommend Airpark Auto Pros.

We are new clients & these guys are great! We have an extended warranty from a vehicle purchased from Enterprise and for us, they were the closest. Scheduling service was easy. Communication was SEAMLESS! I was in constant communication the entire time. Honestly I was thrilled to find someone who can take care of our car quickly and without any haggling. These guys play it straight & honest, we will be regular customers going forward. Company is very flexible (agreed to install an excellent used Mercedes CV axle that I purchased), extremely competent, quick repair time, and automated electronic order process (i.e., user friendly electronic order form received and returned via phone text).A pleasure to do efficient, competent, and hassle-free business with! The shop accommodated me and installed brakes/rotors all around my vehicle. They even had to order a part for me and it came the same day which was convenient. The prices are reasonable as well. The techs are really good. Everyone was very friendly. 10/10 recommend for all car needs.

I recently received a Groupon for Airpark auto pros. The man at the front desk was kind, I was able to see what the mechanic recommended I get done along with a money estimate all online. I was also able to accept or deny any of the recommended services online. The couches are very comfortable to wait on. They have coffee and tv/magazines in the waiting area too!

These are the good guys. Nice waiting area, clear and quick communication, and solid work. They are honest and open about their maintenance recommendations and provide photographic evidence on their portal so you know you're not getting scammed. Reasonably priced with several Groupon offers that help. This is where I'm taking my (and my partner's) car as long as we're in this area!

Airport Autos pros is a pleasant place to have your car serviced at. This is my first visit there and I drove 1 hour just to come see what the fuss it was all about in their reviews. The gentleman welcoming you is nice and talks with great details and knowledge. The space is clean for the guest and you can see from pictures. Prices are good and you can get even better deals with their Groupon. I intend to use any of these to get my car 8n good shape by the way. Their motto is " fast, friendly, exceptionally honest " : so far i have seen friendly, honest, waiting to see the speed.. ;) I have to admit, they got me in an hour early for synthetic oil and full rear brake service for my Acura so no complain here. They didn't try to sell me extras as some mechanics always do, they advise me instead for future possible services which were fair. Will come back for sure, Groupon or not ..but Groupon deals are great .

Excellent customer service. Had my car tires balance/mounted and alignment. This place was recommended by a friend and absolutely loved how everything went well. Johnny and Ernie took the time to explain everything to me. Highly recommend anyone that is looking for any type of car servicing to come here.

I ve Used their services on multiple occasions, they give you honest prices and always do a clean job, they have worked on my 06 Jaguar x type which is not a very easy car to work with but they made sure my car ran smoothly. Will continue using their services on my future vehicles.

If you want competent service and don t want to get ripped off, go to Air Park Auto Pros! Took my jeep Wrangler to the dealer after I felt some serious wobbling in the front, they then told me I needed new ball joints. I wanted to get a second opinion so I took it to Airpark, because I remembered them from some previous work that they had done well. I also texted them the quote sheet from the Jeep dealer, but I cropped out the actual dealership price quotes. Dealership quote $1230.35 Airpark $9I3.50 for the same job. I okayed it and they ordered the parts and said they could do the work when the parts came in. An hour after I dropped off the car, I got a phone call telling me it doesn t need ball joints, they balanced the wheels and rotated them and the death wobble (Jeeps words to me and written on their quotes) is gone. Mind blown in a good way because of Airpark s honesty but also mind blown in a bad way knowing I could ve given Jeep over $1200.00 for fixing something that didn t need to be fixed!

This Auto mechanic shop is my go to when I have any type of issue with my vehicle. My recent visit 4/2/24 was for a parasitic draw on my car battery. Very efficient in diagnosing the issue caused by the factory stereo.

They provide very professional service both with my car and customer service. Quick and seamless every time! They work with your schedule and if you need to change an appointment, just shoot them a text and they respond efficiently. Problem with my airbag repair lights coming on. They Check it out along with researching it. and found Out it is covered under the factory warranty. Because of the type of repair. They could have easily fix it and charge me. However they didn't. I would say that itmakes them a pretty honest Auto shop! They got my business from now on.

Great Experiences at Airpark Auto Pros. I've been there twice to get my car serviced. Both times they were honest and straightforward l with what the problem was with my car. The most recent time, had an emergency service. My car had smoke coming out from underneath it and I could not drive it. I had towed to Airpark Auto Pros, they figured out what issue was, fixed it, and had me back in my car in a couple of days. I will definitely be using there services in future and recommending them to my friends and family.

Brought my car to Airpark Autopros several times and always quick. Their waiting area is very nice and staff are friendly and not pushy for additional sales. When I need some larger work done I'll definitely come to APAP first.

Jon and the folks at Airpark Auto Pros take care to make certain the customers' needs are met. We have always left satisfied, and have never felt getting work done was difficult since coming to Airpark Auto Pros. I'm a 60 plus year old man who used to rely on car dealerships for work. No more...as long as we continue getting 5 star service, we will be coming back to this family run business that seems to understand that families have budgets and have to make choices. We trust their professional judgement.

This is my second time coming to Airpark Auto Pros. they are always very welcoming and have a very confortable space for you to wait while your car is ready, they even have snack and beverages.
