Great Prices. I called yesterday asking for a quote on a new windshield and their price was unbeatable. they came to me the next day and replaced my windshield in less the 40 minutes. they don't charge to come out to you and they're quick and pleasant. i would definitely recommend.

I normally don't write reviews, but this one is a must!From the moment I spoke to Reza over the phone, I could tell that I was dealing with someone with experience and knowledge when I question him about my options of windshields for my jeep.He answered all my questions in a very professional manner and got me scheduled for installation at my convenience.The guy showed up on time with an older gentleman to do the job, and I was not surprised that it was done exactly like I expected.These days is hard to find pleasant professionals that are reasonable in price.

Made an appointment on Sunday for them to come on Tuesday and they came between the time they said they were going to come. Did the work in front of my house and windshield replacement was done in less than an hour. Very quick and professional. EXCELLENT PRICE, QUALITY, & CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!I am Registered Nurse & I had huge crack in my front wiendshield. 100% without doubt, I recommend this company. Definitely, one of the best service I have received! Plus, they gave me the lowest price in the Potomac, MD area; in fact they even matched the price. No hidden fees, no hassles! The company personnel came to my house location and changed the windshield glass in 45 minutes!!! Ray, the owner was so polite and friendly.Also, they are very considerate of your schedule and are willing to go out of their way to provide the excellent service!

Service was exceptional at excellent rates. Reza and Anthony came to my home at the agreed time and replaced my windscreen in less than an hour! Everything looked good and I was given clear instructions on what to do in a 24-hour timeframe. I would definitely recommend these guys! - Very professional.

ABC Auto Glass came highly recommended by a friend. Made my appointment the day before and they came out and repaired a chip in my windshield the next morning in less than 15 minutes, right in my driveway. I had a company and personal windshield repair done with Auto Glass Experts (ABC) The father and son came out next day and completed my repairs. Very friendly and did a fantastic job. Would for sure recommend them and plan on using them for all future needs.

Really great experience! I had a lot of questions over the phone and they were so patient and helpful in explaining everything to me. Appointments were by time range at least at the time, i.e. 9am-12pm on a particular day, and they showed up right within that time frame and were done in less than 45 min. Very friendly, very professional. Prices seem comparable to other places (didn t shop around too much), but I would go back to them even if it weren t the cheapest because they are so helpful and easy to work with.

Excellent service. Called on a Saturday morning and they showed up within 2 hours to replace my windshield. A storm came in as they arrived and they couldn't do the work so they came back Sunday morning and did a great job.

I just had a great experience with Ray and his team. They came first thing in the morning and replaced my windshield in a little less than an hour. No run around with the pricing and beat the competitor by a landslide. Others gave me the runaround about getting the right glass.plus provided some handy information for my insurance..they got it done!!!!Thanks RAY and ABC!!!!

These guys are the best around. We use them for our business trucks, and I use them for my personal vehicles. We work on construction sites daily, so chips, cracks, and shatters to our auto glass are a common occurrence. Thank god for the timely, professional, and overall quality of these guys. Just the other day, I called in the morning to have a work truck's windshield replaced, and by 4:30 that afternoon their mobile truck had it done. I always recommend these guys to whoever needs glass work done. Overall they are quick, cost-effective, and all around professional.

Fast and efficient even on a cold windy day. Ray said it will usually take 45 min to an hour to replace windshields. He and his coworker did it in 42 min. Yes I timed it. They are pleasant and professional. Answered all my questions and made sure that i know what i had to do and dont do with the windshield for the next week. If your insurance charges deductable of over 250 for windshield replacements go with these guys. Save the money and have them come to your door.

Excellent. Replaced my windshield which was destroyed by road debris kicked up on 495. They came out within 2 days of my damage, and replaced my windshield in under an hour. It's been over a week, with some rain storms thrown in and I've gotten no leaks.Hopefully I don't need another windshield any time soon, but if you do - give these guys a call!

I had my driver window smashed in and my insurance wouldn't cover it. I found ABC (Auto Glass Experts) on google after getting quoted by a competitor and they said they could do it for almost $100 less. They came to my apartment the next day and finished within 45 minutes. The window looks great and rolls up and down just fine. Highly recommended.

These guys were super friendly and delivered prompt, professional service on my Subaru. I will definitely be coming back to them in the future if I ever have another mishap, as well as recommending all of my friends to their services!!! 5 stars is an understatement!!

Needed my windshield replaced immediately. Their website said they were open 24 hours and sure enough, they answered my call at 10:30 pm. I sent some pictures and they replaced the windshield in my driveway by 8:30 am the next morning. Highly recommend their service!

I got my windshield replaced by these guys in the first week of August, after it got hit by a rock and was damaged beyond repair. I went with Auto Glass Experts, as they were formerly know, and as their website still identifies them, because they quoted me a price $100 - $350 less than the competing quotes, and they could provide next day service, even though I called the in the evening after hours.They gave me a 11-12 window, which was shorter than the other appointments windows I had received which I appreciated. They were on time for this window, by like 5 minutes, but still on time so great. As Reza stated the replacement took about 30 minutes. Afterwards I was advised to avoid driving for two hours, and avoid aggressive driving for 48 hours. I did both, and since have had no issues, despite multiple road trips. I also waited for a heavy rain storm to write this review, more good news no leaks.All in all I am satisfied with my service, and would use them again, particularly if they had similar pricing and availability advantages. As a note they do use OEM windshields, as stated on their website, so probably not what you would get from your dealer, but as yet I have not been able to identify a meaningful difference. It is likely a significant factor in how their prices are so competitive. So using OEM is just good sense to me if it is cheaper and of the same quality.That being said, there are three primary reasons that this is a 4 star and not a 5 star review. First there was a little bit of a black substance on my drivers seat following the installation, and the windshield itself was dirty. Both foreseeable and relatively insignificant issues. Second, I was quoted a price for a windshield replacement, but was hit with an minimal additional charge for molding. Again not significant but at no point was I advised there might be additional charges. Third, is related to the updated name I referenced earlier. I had initially declined to use Auto Glass Experts because of their negative reviews at their Bethesda location, if you look on google you will also find another Gaithersburg location too. I think they are under newer management, and trying to reset their reputation, but I cannot give them 5 stars given this ambiguity, in addition to the two aforementioned criticisms.

Found these guys over a recommended list from my insurance and cross referenced from Yelp! Reza and his father Saif drove to my place and replaced my windshield hassle free. Took around 45 minutes and we had a great conversation.Great father/son team!

Best quality of work I have experienced. I have tried several shops in the area but have never had service like I received from ABC Auto Glass. They were quick to respond and get me the new windshield that I needed. I would highly recommend these guys.

Got a stone chip crack when I drove on 495 and crack expanded to more the 15 inches crack two days ago. For the driving safety, I called ABC Auto Glass (also know as Auto Glass Experts) this morning, SASE over the phone access the situation and suggested to replace the whole windshield. An appoint was made, and their truck shown in my drive way on time.Reza and his associate kindly introduce themselves to me, based on the my insurance information, Reza made the glass replacement claim for me and started to work on my car immediately. As a Field Engineer, I do appreciate to see professions at work which is the exact what Reza and his associate shown in my driveway and did to my car. They carefully removed the broken parts, cleaned all of the remained glue on frame, prepared the new windshield glass, mount the mirror and transfer (mount) the EZ pass tag, and carefully mount the new windshield to the car. All of the job they did can be done by any glass replace worker, But when they did their job, they shown the skill and confidence of work in detailed manner, and the most impressive part is: they treat my car just like their own car. Never heavy handed on any thing and constantly remove the trash when that part of job is done. So, the whole process is quiet, fast, and neatly done.After the job, they indicated me all of the details I need to watch in next two days, from not drive for four hours (i.e., I do have airbag for both side) and not driving exceed 60 miles for next 48 hours. They also introduce me their promises on their quality of the job and what covered by their promises in case I have problem or question in the future for this replacement job.I am deeply impressed by this company and decide to give them a five stars evaluation. I will recommend them to all of my friend and relative in case they need similar services.

01/26/2017Not professional at all. I had my windshield replaced by this company the next day I noticed that my rear-view mirror was loose. I called Auto class experts and informed them about my issue. He let me know that someone would be out the following day, but no one showed up. I called back the next day he said OH we couldn't find your number". So, I scheduled another apt no call and no one showed up. So, I called back the next day Thursday and ask to speak to a manager he said "NO, I will fix your mirror tomorrow". Long story short if you want someone reliable this is not the place to go. Is my rear-view mirror fixed??? NOPE.... AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!01/27/2017This company refused to finish the job on this day because of the review I left above on Google reviews. This company has many inconsistencies and btw ABC Auto Glass is Auto Glass Experts. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.SN: YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

Got my leaking windshield replaced in no time, great customer service. I wasn't able to to be there the tech sent me photos through out the whole process. Had to sand a prime and still cost less than safelite!
