Every technician was incredibly personable, knowledgeable and helpful. The service was thorough and well done. They were able to complete an oil change, tire, rotation, wheel, alignment, and air filter exchange in about an hour. Location is great if you re waiting for your car. There are plenty of dining and shopping options. I would highly recommend for all of your car service needs!

Dishonest sales people. Tried to sell me services I didn't need. Made an appointment for 1:00 and my car wasn't taken back until about 4:00. Also, My tire pressure sensor was working when I brought it in. I was told that it would not connect any longer after the tire rotation. So, I now have a new problem that developed while it was in the hands of the mechanics. I think its something they should have fixed on their dime since it was working when I arrived. They wanted to charge me $120 for a new sensor. I am looking forward to taking my car to a more capable mechanic and seeing what they have to say about what the mechanics stated I need. I wouldn't be surprised if all they did was leave it disconnected in an attempt to scam me out of money. I would take your vehicle to a more reputable mechanic.

I unfortunately (fortunately from a safety standpoint) needed new tires for my wife's SUV. I called and spoke to Rob. He was kind, helpful and respectful when I requested specific tires for the car. I made my appointment for the following week and went on my way. I dropped the car off the night before they closed and whomever I talked to was also very helpful, kind and respectful. Got an call my vehicle was done that morning. I went in and was told I could get on front brakes done. Rob explained, well more like dumbed it down without treating me like an idiot. I will definitely be getting our cars serviced here from now on.

All employees greeting and helping clients were super friendly, cheerful and helpful! Best Firestone experience I have had, and I have had my cars serviced solely by Firestone(s) for over 20 years. Wish I lived closer to this location - it would be my go to!

I ve been taking my MDX to the Firestone location in Fulton for over six years. I moved to DC and still bring my car to the Fulton location. They do an excellent job and taking care of my vehicle s needs. And they provide excellent customer service. No one knows my vehicle better than they do.

Firestone Fulton md store is the best. Everything is always perfect. The manager Ryan and his crew really know how to keep a vehicle in great running order. I should know been going there for 10 years and not one compliant.

They were able to get my car in the next day, even in the middle of winter. They took care of my service quickly. I didn't have to ask to get my lifetime alignment done as part of my tire install.

I'm local to this business, and have gotten ( a set of) tires from here before, alignments, and patches on my tires. This last time I went, I scheduled an appointment for new tires and an oil change. They called as soon as I scheduled to confirm what I was looking to get. I dropped my car off at 6:30am, to get my car back by 5pm that night..... When they called that morning he said they had me schedule for 2 new tires....buddy- I talked extensively about getting 4....said they'll have to order 3 tires??? Wouldn't it have been 2 if you already had 2... Nonetheless..... I go to pick up my car at 5:30...still on the blocks getting services. They also couldn't locate my lifetime alignment, previously purchased... then miraculously found it? Lastly, I find it INSANE that my full synthetic oil change stickers says it needs to be changed after 3k miles.... google how often a full synthetic oil needs to be changed..... it really it sickening that they feel ok putting my oil needs to be changed after 3k miles. It really makes my feel unsettled, having lifetime services purchased with them, and wanting to utilize those, after this last appointment with them seemed so careless. I will also say, when they tell you how much something cost- ask for how much the LABOR is. I got a fuel system cleaning that was $79, and the labor was $79. This is just an FYI for people.

When I need a thorough check to make sure my cars are safe for my family, I come to this Firestone. Ryan and his team have always taken outstanding care of me and understand that my family s safety is my highest priority. I recently had a flat tire on my vehicle, but I wasn't able to replace the flat with a spare tire because the last technician over-tightened the lug nut on my tire. I had a tow truck come out, which confirmed the over-tightening, as he wasn't able to untighten the lug nut. I had to spend extra money for to have my car towed to Firestone. My last service before the flat, rotation and balancing, was performed by Firestone. I bought 4 new tires with Firestone that work fine. Firestone was nice enough to price match.

Had an appointment for a wheel alignment at 11. Got there at 10:40. Had me out by 12:10. Place is spotless as well.

dropped car off before 10am, was promised car tire would be fixed or replaced by end of day, if they needed a tire a close by store had one. Called at 5 (close at 7) and told car would not be ready until next day. Asked why? said tire needed to be replaced and they didn't have another delivery that day. Why didn't they get the tire brought over earlier?

Like always, service is done properly and staff is personable, friendly, and very patient. Had one small issue that they couldn't address due to the parts not being installed by them. But they were able to give me the specifics on the issue and a potential solution for it. I will continue to due business with this Firestone location. Thanks Cameron for the great customer service and patience, and Mechanic Adam for finding the potentially dangerous issue on my car.

Firestone has contacted me about the theft of my items when my which was left in their care and unlocked. My vehicle was left overnight for service. This happened in late September. I keep getting emails from Firestone and they have done nothing but say will get back to me. I was assigned a case number. It doesn t mean anything. As I promised I will continue to give these negative feedbacks and will not use them again after over 20 years of being a customer. Firestone of Silver Spring Md. Shame on you. My car was left unlocked, not broken into!!!! If I could post this review without a star I would!!!

The hours are great, they worked with me to help with issues I needed to address but was unable to pay for at that time, and they worked me in when I showed up without an appointment. Customer service was excellent.

Took my car in for a tire puncture. The patch seems ok so far, but they somehow put a huge gash into my rim (see photo). Do not recommend.Update, 4/16/2020:I'm changing this review to 4 stars. Got my rim fixed at a wheel shop of my choice and they reimbursed me for the cost. The reimbursement process was quick and they were very professional for readily taking responsibility for the error.

They are extremely accommodating for emergencies even if I have to wait the whole day, an unfortunate consequence of their accommodations. However much better than a volvo dealership that used to make me wait one week or more for an urgent issue

Very good service. Ryan the technician was super helpful ordered tires, called and was very flexible and accommodating to schedule installation. The place is clean and everyone is friendly. I opted for the lifetime alignment it seemed like a good deal that pays it self in two visits.

Just a bunch of people who are trying to take advantage of people who have no idea about cars. The alternator was dying, so I called them to do diagnostics and possibly replace it. When they called me with the estimate the next day I was shocked to learn the total they were going to charge. I, as a person who has enough braincells for some research checked the invoice and started searching. After some time I found out:1) They were trying to charge me 550$ when the EXACT the same part cost 250$ on Amazon or 280 at the local AutoZone. Yes, it was exactly the same part(checked by part code from the invoice), but for twice as much as the RETAIL price.2) I also decided to check their "recommendations". 120$ for labor for 30 min spark plugs replacement for the car which doesn't even need it? When I asked why it's recommended your guy told me because the ones I have don't look good. I changed those 3 days before coming to you.3) 160$ for coolant exchange which costs like 50$ at the oil change stations.4) 44$ for 15$ wiper blades and 2 minutes of labor.I got my alternator done the same day for half of the price they estimated with THE SAME part they were going to use on me. Look for other places, there are a lot of good ones around where people won't try to scam you

Great shop. The front desk managers are always polite and keep you informed. It's usually easy to schedule an appointment. They are one of the few shops open Saturday and Sunday. The quality of work is on par.

Took my car for an oil change, battery wouldn t turn on. They wouldn t jump my car. Had to get AAA to jump me and take me to anther store bc i didn t wanna pay for a diagnostic from these a-holes.Trash garbage shop tbh.Update:AAA disconnected my battery and reconnected it. Saved myself 150-180 and now im taking my car to get the oil changed somewhere else.Shoutout bro w the long curly hair. Didn t catch his name but he was the only one in the shop not trying to finesse me.Service: Oil change

Tom was very helpful from the very first phone call. Car was in and out in 2 hours, 4 new tires, mounting and balance plus alignment. Great waiting room area with toys for the little ones. Tire prices are very comparable to buying tires from Amazon, WalMart or PepBoys.
