Top City is Top Notch ! Ordered my top for my truck 5 weeks ago. Came in today. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable! And the Top looks awesome. Quality install!

My husband looked around prior to coming here to make a final decision on purchasing a cover for his truck. We found the owner and his staff to be very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful about making a decision. There was no pressure to buy today, but rather they suggested we take some time to review the information before making a decision; take a few days to think about it. Our order came in sooner than expected. The installation took less than 2 hours. The Leer cap looks great and matches the truck color. The installer went over the specifics regarding maintaining the mechanisms on the cap (windows & hydraulics) to assure our long term satisfaction. The salesman reviewed the warranty on the Leer cap components prior to my leaving.We also purchased the side window visors/reflectors because this was a feature we liked on a previous truck. And two grabs bars for use in the bed to keep items from shifting around in the bed, or for hanging clothes inside the cab. This was not a pressure sell on Top City s part but something my husband had seen advertised & wanted for his truck. (No more crawling into the bed to retrieve something that had slid to the front.) They have a nice selection of accessories in the store.We would return and will recommend to others.

Customer Service is 5+ ++.Very detailed information know their stuff. Made you feel the customer was the King. We bought a pickup cap and brake controller for our camper. Highly recommend.

Great service. I just wasn t satisfied with the installation of my truck cap. The cap rubbed the tailgate therefore the tailgate had a problem opening. It was very obvious because the tailgate would not fall down on its own and scratched the paint on the corner of the tailgate down to the primer. The hole drilled for the 12 volt wire in the bed was sharp with metal burrs on it. Could have sanded that down. There were metal shavings in my bed from drilling. Could have taken a couple minutes to vacuum it. The Leer top quality is ok. Mine had fingerprints around the side glass in the clear coat. It looks like an episode of CSI.

Bought a Leer Cap there for my Pickup there in 1995. 22 Years later and still my choice for my trucks accessories. Great customer service. Super Friendly staff. Currently having a window repaired on my 2nd Leer Truck Cap from them.

I don't know where to start..I'm the one who convinced a friend of mine to go there and buy the top from them I bought five from them years ago in the early 90s and couldn't ask for better people to work with . and the Caps are still on my trucks. My friend was going on vacation in 2 weeks guy said no problem it came in on the date it was supposed to they called and told him but we can't put it on until Monday.. My friend had already prepaid for set dates at different campgrounds. all the way to Texas.. So he immediately started calling to change the dates and postpone getting there . Some places would not refund his money back. so he out about $400 so far in camping plus some of the places are booked up. for the days that he would be passing through. just rearranging and finding different campsites was most of that Friday on the phone..so we're going down the following Monday to get the cap put on. We were about 6 minutes from the place someone called and said we just discovered your front window been broken out.So we go ahead and get there because he's got to leave now. To get at least some of the campgrounds schedule so they decide to put a piece of cardboard over the front window well the tape didn't stick . (the cardboard blew back into the cap on the way back home )Well they put the cap on the truck bed the Cap doesn't fit?? the fellow ordered the correct cap?? They drilled more holes in it to make it fit it still doesn't the two guys trying to put it on were very nice trying. I think the fellows was at Whit's inn. after 2 hours it turned out to be a little over 3 hour ordeal. Now mine you is a LEER cap nearly $2,000. they finally got it clamped on.. the finish on the inside of that cap is pathetic his grandson is going with them. there is hardly a place in there you can touch that the rough fiberglass is not exposed. we got it back to his house took a DA sander and breathing apparatus and sanded nearly that whole cap inside. then sprayed it with that stuff they advertise on TV some rubberised leak stuff. we also unbolted the cap and slid it back and put gorilla tape on the front window .

Have purchased two truck bed covers from here, as well as knowing several others who have purchased caps and covers from here. I've had nothing but good experiences here. Very personable staff.

Did my research and found that I was somewhat limited by driving distance for caps. I live in Chestertown, MD and all dealers were at least an hour away. After a couple frustrating conversations with Top City in Dover, De,, the closest, I decided that I was going to deal with Top City in Fruitland, MD. That fact that MD sales tax is 6% which could have been avoided in DE(0%) should not be overlooked and Fruitland is 50m further away. So decision was Leer or ARE. Prices seemed to be about the same, but I know a couple people that have had Leers so i purchased one also. Opted for the 100XR with windoors. About a month after the purchase during the first solid rainy days I noticed substantial amount of wetness in the capped area. The entire bed was wet. Water was entering the cap at a seam in the windoor. Top middle. Contacted Top City and they were absolutely first rate in helping me get water issue resolved. Leer on the other hand could have cared less. Their "customer service" reps were combative on the phone. So my review of Top City Fruitland- they are great. But I will not buy another product from Leer, unless I am looking to spend too much money on something I have to fix.

I stopped in there on a whim looking for stuff for my new truck and was pleasantly surprised by the great selection and customer service. I ended up ordering a rubber truck mat that should be in today. If that works out, I'll be back k again
