I went in for repairs on my business vehicle and was helped by Dino the store manager & staff. From initial diagnostics, to ordering in special parts, and installation- everything was smooth and professional. I can't recommend these guys enough. I will definitely be using them again in the future

Came into figure out why tire keeps losing air. Bobby was the mechanic who handled my issue. He was very knowledgeable and told me about tires and what to look out for. He was very communicative and responsive. The front desk, Jessica was very courteous and helpful. Overall great experience with location. I'm a prior customer and have had my tires purchased here since 2019.

I needed a tire patch and NTB was able to see me the same day. Jessica was extremely kind and helpful. There was a long wait because only one tech was working, but she acknowledged this and even comped my service even though I didn't complain. I'll definitely visit this shop again for future car maintenance or repair.

Our tire light came on when we started up our car, took it to a gas station, and realized the pressure was very low on the front passenger tire. Made a 2.5 hr drive on it but was nervous about the health of the tire, so we brought it to NTB.Robert helped us out and I can t tell you how nice he is and efficient with his work. He showed us exactly where the puncture was and gave us the nail he pulled from the tread after plugging it and setting all the tires back to the pressure they should be at. Very thankful for Robert s work, especially as this was the day before I had to travel for work and leave my wife with the car. Thanks to their fast, efficient, and friendly service, my wife and I kept our peace of mind and we greatly appreciate it. If you need tire service, please go here!

I went there to have my oil changed and rotation on my Toyota , they did the full check out for my car, job was done quick. Customer service was great, everyone there are friendly . Strong recommend going there for service

Needed an emergency tire plug from getting a puncture the night before. Was able to book an appointment online for the next morning, wow. The guys here were all very nice and professional. They got me out within an hour. They cleaned up, put my spare back, and even adjusted my air levels in all my tires. Didn't charge me an arm and a leg for a simple job. Great job!

I shopped around and got the best price from this NTB out of anywhere on my tires and brakes! Just everyone upfront was fantastic, and the mechanic Jarret was excellent. Definitely recommend jarret for oil changes & tire repairs. 10/10

The service is amazing. Dino and Jinis one of the nicest respectable knowledgeable gentlemen that I have met through this company. I definitely highly recommend this company and can't complain about the prices lower than everybody else

I came as a walk in to see the price on fixing my dodge journey. Hesitant due to the amount it would cost to fix my car, Jessica and the team here in Frederick Md was very complimentary and took time to answer my concerns and question, especially about the cost. They were willing to work with me for the price to fix my car and I am very happy with the service and happy in how they took time to give peace of mind for how much it would cost to fix my car. Thank you Jessica and NTB team!

I've been going to this NTB location for things like alignments, tire mounting, and balancing, but this place will not longer get my business after today's experience. I went to get my tire balance checked (which they advertise is free on their website) and rebalanced if necessary. They charged me $25/tire (which I thought was a bit pricy but I gave an ok). Paid $106 with tax to balance all 4. I was running late for work so I didn't check right after but I realized that they never rebalanced the wheels (still have old weights from when the tires were installed) and still charged me. They could have simply told me that the wheels don't need rebalancing and the vibration I was noticing could be because of something else. I do not recommend this shop.

Thank the lord for the crew at ntb. I was facing a tire that was consistently losing air and the technician there( I can t remember his name) was awesome and showed me a screw that had hidden itself In the tire. I will continue to use Ntb for my future problems.

I came in Friday afternoon with a busted tire and asked if they could look at it for me to see if it could be fixed. Unfortunately it couldn't be. They replaced the 2 back tires. I was extremely happy with everyone that works there. The lady (sorry I didn't get her name) kept me informed every step of the way, no one tried to upsell me products that I didn't need or couldn't afford and in today's world that's incredible customer service. Just wanted to say the people that work at this location are great and I will definitely be going to that location again.

On 9/23, the tire warning turned from yellowish-green to bright orange. I was in Frederick, on my way to Chambersburg. I stopped at NTB to get the tires checked, in case I had to replace the front- right tire. Everyone was so helpful, starting with the female who first looked at the tire, to the guy in the shop, who checked the air pressure. No one judged me, instead they were approachable, patient and provided great customer service. Being an hour + away from home, was stressful enough, but I felt right at home with the NTB team. My front right tire was low in air, I was told. I left the shop feeling better about driving, in the rain to my destination, but also renewed with gratitude for meeting this kind team. I definitely recommend this shop.

Bobby was very kind in going over the options for changing the oil in my car. Technician Alex had my car in and out of the shop in no time, and they even have a coffee maker to help me stay awake in the waiting room!

Bad attention they take a long time on Saturday I went to put on my tires I bought the 4 they told me that they were going to be ready for Saturday I arrived and when they were changing them they told me that they could not find the 4 tires the same and I had to put 2 different from the ones I had bought and the other they told me that it would take 1 hour with 30 min and it took more than 2 hours to change 4 tires bad attention waste of time and the workers in phone calls not good do not waste your time

I have been going here for 2 years on the golden mile for my oil change and car needs. I USED to love going there as a woman i felt respected and treated fairly pricing wise. Today i went for my routine oil change and they tried to charge me $121 for synthetic blend! I spent 2 hours when i usually spend 1 if that there. I respectfully told them you can take the oil out and ill AAA the car to a reputable shop and get it done there but i am not paying $121. I got it knocked down to $88 i was furious. I usually pay anywhere from $68-$76. I understand oils gone up so i took the $12 increase. But they tried to see if i would just pay that! Outrageous. I just wanted to warn everyone and women alike i know ive heard about shops trying to upcharge women but its never happened to me until i think today! NTB has been bought out and is a new company starts with M something i forgot. But for me and my friends theyve definitely lost our buisness.

This happened a couple of months ago ( I wanted to leave enough time to make sure this was accurate and fair), I was out of the area and one of my kids had a car issue and they went to NTB, to have the issue addressed. While they made the repair, there was an issue with a bolt insertion/extraction. This issue caused a problem that need an additional repair, under $200.00. After speaking with a couple of people at NTB and not getting a response, Dino the store manager (who had been away for a couple of days) was in touch and agreed that while theoretically possible the damage occured somewhere else it was likely caused by the brake job performed. He reimbursed us for the repair and apologized for the issue in such a professional and non chalant manner it took me by surprise. He clearly understood that a business trying to relieve themselves of responsiblity on a technicality is unprofessional and not worth patronizing. Being involved in the service business, I told Dino the truth, that he should be an area manager and his company should recognize that customer service and satisfaction is not appeasement, it's absolutely the best method of customer retention and having team members that realize this is invaluable. So, Dino, Thanks and you deserve a promotion.

Never again!!! They're willing to tell you anything to get your money and manipulate you in whatever way you can, particularly if they think you don't know very much about cars.When I went in for an oil change, they yold me that I needed to get my front tires serviced immediately and get new brake pads and rotors put on because they were at 3mm. It was going to be $500. I was very hesitant because my pads were changed somewhat recently ,but went ahead and told him it was okay. Then they called me back 2 minutes later to tell me it was actually going to be $700 and that my car was leaking oil big time.I was suspicious at this point and told them no. I went to a local mech two days later and they said my pads were at 6mm and they did not see a leak.Even if my car had been leaking oil, at least they could do is tell me not to get an oil change because the oil would just leak out.They are willing to tell you ANYTHING to get your money.

This is my First Time going to NTB on West Patrick Street in Frederick and will definitely go back if i need other service. Furthermore id recommend anyone else needing tire service to go to this location. obviously is just a tire store but its really the staff that make this location great.Bob the Service Manager was a great help ! He helped me select the right tires for my car and got me squared away with getting them mounted and balanced. He was very kind and professional and made shopping for tires really easy.Robert the Tire guy is Class act ! such a professional and so friendly ! he got my tires mounted and balanced and they looked good and felt even better on the car. Truly an honest and hard working gentlemen that's been with the company/ location for quite a while and i can see why. Robert is great with customers.Overall i Rate this experience, service and location 5 out of 5 stars.

Needed a repair on my tire (nail in the tread) last minute...Jessica to the rescue! She brought it right in and the crew got us all "patched" up. Good thing we got the road hazard insurance from NTB with the tires. It's been used several times and more than paid for itself. Highly recommended in every way. 5+ stars!

I've only ever dealt with one person here, Howard. Its been a long time since I could walk into any service provider, trust that my needs will be met and not have to worry about making sure people did their job well. I really appreciate knowing that no matter what, the work will be done right and the price will be fair. Genuinely, thank you for taking care of my family.

Boy NTB saved me today!!!! Had a very dead battery, had to have GEICO come out and save me twice! I made an appointment with NTB very easily online, but they were able to take me earlier. Got everything squared away quickly and efficiently and the staff was super helpful. Big thanks to the manager, and techs Jessica and Sid who both helped keep me calm as I was panicking about money and the state of my car :) only taking my car here for all services from now on!
