Clear communication, great customer service, great repair work, didn t try to sell us things we didn t need. What more could you ask for? I would absolutely use their services again.

This company has had my car for well over two months. I keep getting told, it will be done next week. Next week never happens. My phone calls do not get returned. I am about to file a complaint with the BBB, and have already shared this information with my insurance company. Don't pre pay because then they don't care how long it takes. Very disaffied and will steer my contacts away from them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Kind and helpful staff who are easy to talk to and communicate about your vehicle's progress. They were super helpful and have a great customer satisfaction policy--when I saw something for my repair I wasn't totally happy with they rectified it immediately. I struck a deer in my 2016 Ford Escape. Handled the claim through All State insurance which is in my opinion the best insurance company out there. Dan's Auto Body handled the estimate and repairs. DAB kept me informed during the repair process and did a great job returning my car to pre-accident condition. Like everything in the post Covid economy there were a few delays. Obtaining all of the parts was apparently a challenge but, Dan's made it right in the end. Thank you Dan's Auto Body.Services: Electrical, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

I've been taking vehicles to Dan's for 20+ years for various deer encounters, driving mishaps, etc. I have always found them to be very professional, honest, meticulous to details and they stand behind the work they do. They keep me informed of progress and I'm always pleased with the results. It's one of those places I hate to go to (because of a damaged car), but once I'm there, I know my vehicle is in good hands.

Absolutely incredible. I thought my truck would never be the sams after an accident. Dan's provided a timely estimate. The estimate was spot on as to price and timing. It was a major job. Alnost $15,000 and over a month to complete. Sue kept me informed and responded quickly to my queries. The truck looks as if it was never in an accident.

I've been going to Dan's Auto Body since I was a teenager and my father recommended them to me after my first fender bender.That was over 20 years ago and I continue to take my cars there for any body work that needs to be done. Everytime I pick up my car once its completed I ALWAYS leave happy with the beautiful care they put into making the damage disappear and especially the quick turn around time! I highly recommend this body shop to anyone in need of a fair and honest shop!

I had a small fender bender and wanted to pay out of pocket. Brian gave me a estimate that I thought was reasonable. We he was done he came in under the estimate amount after doing more work just to make sure things were as they should be. Great job and an honest small business that is happy to work with there customers.

My husband and I were rear-ended on our way to an appointment. The bumper was damaged and we couldn't keep it in place to continue driving the car without further problems. We pulled in to Dan's with no notice and they secured the bumper and did not charge us a thing! I can't thank them enough for their incredible kindness!

Love this place. We have had two cars there over the past 10-12 years and they do quality work in a decent time. They communicate well and regularly so that you know what is happening along the way. Both vehicles came back clean, outside AND inside. Vacuumed and wiped down. They even did the rear seat of my truck which was full of dog hair from traveling with my hunting companion.If I am in the unfortunate position of needing repairs a third time, Dan's will be the place for me.

This place is amazing! Kept in touch with me to let me know how my car was and when it would be ready. Very good customer service and they did an amazing job on my car. It looks brand new. Thank you all so much for the great job you did on my car!

Was suppose to get car fixed here a month ago and they say they are still waiting on one part. Which doesn t make any sense because my dad had got the car fixed here before and it didn t take nearly as long. Will be going somewhere else next time for sure!!!!

Estimate was much more $ at this Allstate recommended collision repair shop than the other ones which I checked out. Did not live up to the V.I.P. assurance that if the repair wasn't done correctly, it would be done to the customer's satisfaction.

Went here to get a quote...it was 3500. Went somewhere else....the quote was 2000. Careful when you go here. Make sure to shop around.
