World-class customer service! My work truck broke down on interstate 70 at eight in the morning during rush-hour with my German Shepherd, puppy riding shotgun., They towed me in and fixed my truck and had me back on the road by 10:30 AM. They even let my puppy and I ride in the cab (I m sorry about the shedding) The total bill, including towing, and repairs was only 300 bucks. I used to think the only way to get service like that would be to get a time machine And go back to the 1980s These guys are the best

The team at Bussard s have been great. They are honest folks with fair prices and have earned my trust. This is not said lightly when sharing my opinion. Unfortunately, this industry is rife with people taking advantage of their customers. The lack of being able to diagnose problems or determine routine maintenance that arise in today s sophisticated vehicles for most folks has opened the door to unnecessary work and new revenue streams for many shops in this space. Why do you think so many repair shops will give you a free complimentary inspection on your vehicle? As such , I am glad I found the team at Bussard s and will recommend them without reservation.

Bussards came to tow our truck to a local mechanic in Jefferson. Dave was our driver: professional, experienced, astute and careful, he got the truck out of a tight spot with humor and skill. The price was right too! We can t say enough about Bussards Towing. Hope you don t need a tow, but if you do, call and ask for Dave. .

I wish I didn t even have to put a star. This is by far the worst place I have ever been to for anything. I went for a cheaper price an ended up not getting what I needed done to my car from them so I ended up somewhere else paying all over again. They aren t friendly. Wouldn t tell me any information on who to speak to for a problem. The guy on the phone wouldn t tell me his name or a corporate number. I will be spreading this word around drastically so everyone knows don t go there.

I had totaled my car and he arrived quickly, had my car loaded and was gone in a flash which I'm sure was to great relief to the other drivers on 15North that morning. He was friendly and accommodating to me recognizing I was still in shock from the accident. Picked up all my belongings from the vehicle that day. For their part Bussard's Auto Repair & Towing my accident a breeze.

Buzzards has always treated me fairly and gives detailed information on what ever the problem may be and how much it will cost to fix your car. I've taken my older cars there numerous times and have always been satisfied with their service. They repair what you want repaired and don't tell you you need this and that and that and this. Had an emergency tow called Bussards they were there within 15 minutes or less. They were able to look at and diagnose the problem right away. I did not get car repaired as the cost was over the cars worth. I would recommend them fully.Service: Auto engine diagnosticService: Auto engine diagnostic

The driver instead of setting my daughters car down and then pulling up to the trailer, decided to be lazy and drag it on its side across the parking lot. It won t let me up load the video showing him doing this. He caused more damage then she did and I hope her insurance company goes after them. You can see where it s on the edge of the grass and he could ve set it down but he decided to just drag it to the trailer

Came and picked us up from the side of the road when we got a flat and somehow had no tire iron. Only took him 10 minutes to get to us. Excellent service, kind folks.

My car needed a lot of work. I'd put it off for too long. When I went in the folks listened to everything I said and asked me to leave it for review and estimate. They called in about an hour with a complete description of what was needed. Fixed it all in just over a day. The price was very reasonable and my car is running strong again. Got a MD inspection done. They said to pass I needed two repairs - I let them do the first one, but the second was they said the door wouldn t open on the car. Told them to hold off on that, had my people show up and show them that the door opened fine. Then of course they passed it. Pretty strange

What can I say about Bussard s auto repair? Well...if you are looking for honest, professional, affordable auto care, then this is your spot. The manager, Brian. He is warmly welcomingly and has an expertise in customer personal communications, it s like he has had prior hospitality industry experience. Top recommendations for this outfit!!!

Hands down the best place in Maryland, not only Frederick. Better than anywhere I ve even been in VA even. This is the most trusted business there is. My family has been coming here since I can remember for all auto work and towing. Every vehicle my family has gone through over the years I don t even know how many years, at least ten! Every truck, car, and jeep and any work you can think of from general to specific work and Real advice. Bussards is honest. I never worry about anything here if they sold used cars here, I would buy from here instead of a dealership. I would recommend Bussards 100% of the time and always speak highly of them to anyone I know and any shops . I will always vote them as the best shop in the area, let alone everywhere that borders MD. I can t say enough positive things here. I will be forever grateful that I took my car and truck to Buzzards for repairs. The staff is extremely professional and very carefully listened to all the concerns I had with my vehicles. They correctly diagnosed and repaired each problem I was experiencing and provided me with important details about the repairs the entire time they had my car/truck. I truly believe their knowledge and honesty is unmatched in Frederick and Washington County.
