Both my wife and I visited Fort Washington Tire Pro & Auto Service recently for vehicle maintenance. We had a great experience. The service was quick, the customer interaction was top notch, and both cars were completed before it was time to pick the kids up. I would highly recommend them for all your car service needs.

This business is AMAZING!!!! The staff is professional, polite and patient. They explain everything that is going on with my vehicle and gave honest opinions I what I needed. I have been a customer for over 10 years and I trust no one else with my car. On a scale of 1-10 this business deserves a 100+++

Had a tire replaced due to defected tire belt. Staff was friendly and helpful. Prices were in line with other quotes. My only complaint is after I asked them not to over tighten the lugs ..they said that they use torque sticks when I got home, I checked and they were WAY over tightened Their tech must not listen to the front desk. They don t hand torque.

Jeremy, Max and all the guys at Fort Washington Tire do a great job and are always looking for the best option. My old RAV4 was on the last leg and they were very honest with the issues. I will continue to use their shop with my new car.

Have been taking my vehicles for service at Fort Washington Tire for several years and have always experienced exceptional customer service and knowledgeable staff. May not be the cheapest in the area, but the quality of service is there! Highly recommend Fort Washington Tire!

Took my truck in on Friday morning at 7:30 I needed four tires and a front end alignment because I had to pick my granddaughter up from school at 12:00. At 9:45 I got a call saying my truck was ready. Fantastic job!!!!W. Johnson

I have been a customer since 2009, and each time I have been there they were very professional and very helpful and knowledgeable about my car. I enjoy the great experience of talking to the guys there. Jeremy is an all around guy meaning very knowledgeable about vehicles.

If you love getting nickle and dimed, this is the place for you.My driver s side tire was flat, they were able to plug for a fee of $42 dollars. They then noticed I had a leak around the rim and recommended cleaning the rim at a cost of $70. However, centering and balancing was not included, with an additional cost of $60!All set and done, I paid $170.Called a few other places in the area and they said they could have done it for less than half the price!To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. I wish there was an option to give them negative stars. I don t appreciate getting price gouged

They put my tire in quickly but they did not return my donut properly so my turn floor is sitting up and i can t fix it. They just threw it in there with no regard to how they did it. Also; all of my tires are now overinflated and my wheel was extremely scratched up.
