While searching for an Aston Martin DB7, I found many positive reviews on owner and enthusiast sites for Rosso Service. I spoke with Scott pre-purchase, and he provided great input for the PPI I had done by the Aston dealer in CT. Due to the lack of recent use and aged tires, I had the DB7 transported directly to Rosso Service, where Scott performed a comprehensive evaluation. He put together a package of "catch-up" maintenance and refresh the car needed, having been driven less than 3,000 miles over that past 10 years, with minimal service history. Scott was very responsive during the repairs and in follow-up calls as I obtained MD State Inspection. Overall, an outstanding experience bringing my DB7 back to life, and its running great. I will be relying on Scott and his team to provide regular annual service--I trust them and have great confidence in Rosso Service.Services: Transmission, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

I had a laundry list of items I wanted done to my 2000 Dodge Viper ACR such as full suspension rebuild, all new brakes, hard wiring in my V-1 and a few other items. Scott took the time to discuss my options and even help with research to make sure everything was being done perfectly. This is a rare gem of a shop that not only does great work BUT they also communicate with customers throughout the process and run a very solid business!! I could not be any happier after picking up my Viper last week.

I bought a 2014 Maserati quattroporte sq4 3 weeks ago and the transmission felt like it was slipping. Took it to the Maserati Dealership in Devon Pa and was told the Clutches in the transmission were slipping and needed to be replaced. Cost $11,000 plus, also said the timing chain covers were leaking cost, $5370 labor or 30 hours labor plus parts. I spoke with Scott and he spoke with me over the phone and advised with no codes it was highly unlikely transmission was bad and did not believe timing chain covers were leaking. I made an appointment, car was diagnosed and Scott advised transfer case smelt burnt. He advised to change transfer case fluid and if no improvement, possible clutches were burnt. After fluid change he revoomend replacement of transfer case. After visual inspection no leaking timing chain covers, transmission had no problems at all. Transfer case was replaced and issue was solved. If you own an exotic car, you cannot go wrong with Rosso Service. These guys are 100% honest and will not take you to the bank. I highly recommend Rosso service!

Rosso does quality work, without a doubt. My problem with Rosso is that they are predatory when it comes to pricing. I have two estimates that are 6 months apart for the same exact problem (identical) from Rosso. The latter is double the price. Double the price in 6 months! And their policies are absolutely ridiculous. If you bring your own parts they will charge you an extra 200 dollars per hour for a lift fee if you are missing a part. My issue with that is if we establish what the work is and what parts are needed how can I be missing a part? Unless you intentionally not make the customer aware upon drop off. That s predatory.

Rosso Service can 100% be trusted with any exotic car. They've taken care of my my Bentley W12 and my Rolls Royce Wraith. The customer service is outstanding. The pricing is more than fair, and the turnaround time is reasonable. Steve absolutely has the best exotic mechanic shop in the region.

I have been taking my cars to Scott for years and I absolutely love the dude! The trans on my Ferrari started leaking coolant into the gearbox that could have resulted in a roasted gearbox. Temp was off the charts so I just parked the car and called Scott the following morning. He walked me through step by step what to do as to not cause further damage, got it loaded on the flat bed, and saved me from having to replace my trans. Any person that talks smack on this place is just a penny pinching grifter and should have thought twice about buying an exotic. My annual fluids cost less than 1k here where as Ferrari Washington was 3k+. This place is the real, when you see Enzo's and Diablo's being worked on (properly) you should feel safe leaving your (substantially less valuable) car with them. It's in more than capable hands.

Rosso is great. I find them to be honest and excellent at what they do. They don't just replace parts. They will actually fix your car. On my case, better than the dealer. I live in DC, so they're a little far, but so worth it. I won't let anyone else touch my Bentley.

This is my first time using Rosso Service. I did much research and made sure my Aston Martin was in good hands.Scott is not only very knowledgeable but also extremely conscientious, the customer comes first and his/her car right in-line with that.My car was in for a complete fluid change and end to end check over. Scott spent time really digging into the weeds and checking every conceivable thing.In fact, he refused to give it back! Why? He simply was not happy with some areas and wanted to make sure it was 100% correct.Scott also keeps in contact and talks through every step of the process, sending updates regularly.I am not going anywhere else to get my DB9 looked after. Service and expertise does still exist, and at a damned good price.

Setup an appointment for some suspension work on my 488. Got it done on time and went above and beyond to make sure the rest of the car was in good shape for a road trip. Unfortunately I had blew up a turbo at the start of the trip (nothing they did but good old Ferrari reliability when you tune them) and they got me back in and fixed up in record time.

Called to have them repair a seat module on a McLaren and they said they couldn't do it. While I was disappointed the owner, Scott, called me back to try to help in any way he could. Gave me a few recommendations. Great Customer Service.

Great place to go for your exotic car needs. Scott and Rohan are very knowledgeable, honest and fair. Don't get ripped off by the dealership anymore, check out Rosso; you'll be impressed. This place wows you, you can eat off their shop floor it's so clean.

My '09 BMW 335i had been sluggish for a few weeks. With some research, I discovered the benefit of walnut blasting the intake valves and ports to eliminate carbon deposits. Rosso Service knocked the service out the park and my nearly 10-year-old BMW runs like new once again. Scott and his team were fantastic with scheduling and the service day experience was superb from start to finish.

Rosso Service provided great service on my Ferrari. The owners are professional and have exceptional attention to detail. They have years of experience servicing high performance Italian imports and have factory trained Ferrari technicians, so you can be confident that they know the intricacies of these specialized automobiles. To top it all off, their prices are considerably lower than the dealership. Better prices and better service. What more can you ask for? I'll never visit another Ferrari service center in Maryland again.

Hello everyone my name is Mr. Anderson. I'm a proud owner of a 2014 Maserati Quattroporte GTS. I shopped around numerous places before I ended up coming across Rosso's. And spoke with the owner there and we had a great convincing I mean convincing conversation concerning the problem that was wrong with my Maserati. The problem with the Maserati it needed work to the turbo manifold around the gasket and to do the work the engine needed to be lifted to do the worked on. but after speaking with the owner he ensured me that he could do the job without pulling the engine so we set up a date and I dropped off the car the problem with the car the turbo manifold was making extremely loud noise More so as if and exhaust leak. A real major job took the car to other places wanted about 3500 to do the job. Believe it or not he assured me he could do the job for third of that price. And n the process of doing a job he kept me informed by email with pictures of the problem. To ensure you that the work was done properly. Well pick up the car and drove the car vigorously home and the car handled well and it didn't have the exhaust leak I had when I took the car there. If you thinking about taking your car there for work I have no problems with them they were extremely professional and honest and ensuring me on their work so with my experience it was excellent and if you are considering dropping your car off for work thumbs to Rosso's

I had Rosso service perform a PPI for a Lotus Esprit. Scott Lankford (owner) called me immediately after he performed the inspection and sent numerous high quality photos of potential issues and concerns. He took the time to answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the car. I also called him on several occasions and he always had time to help me with my on-going additional questions. He gave me some valuable input to assist with moving forward with the negotiation with the seller. Scott picked up numerous details that were not disclosed by seller's representative. Excellent service and communication with customer. I would highly recommend his shop to anyone who wants great quality service.

When looking for a place to which to bring my newly purchased Lamborghini Gallardo in for some work, Rosso Service was my first hit when using Google to search for "lamborghini certified technician maryland". Speaking with the owner and seeing all the 5-star reviews here definitely put my mind at ease with regard to choosing Rosso to work on my car.Further conversations with Scott and my first visit to Rosso Service also helped solidify my confidence in the decision to bring the Gallardo here. Mind you this is before any work on my vehicle was even performed.End to end, from my initial conversations with Scott to the way he maintained near constant contact with me throughout the entire process, which covered a long list of diagnostics and service, attests to the attention to detail which I imagine must go into every repair (not just mine).In the end, I came away with a car which was in much better shape and even more fun to drive than when I brought it in.And just to add a little math, Rosso's hourly rate is 25% more than my local shop, but I believe that between the enclosed, secure, and super-clean facility, the breadth of knowledge and experience possessed by the staff at Rosso, the manufacturer certifications, and Scott's easy-going nature (no hard sell tactics here!), this provides a value far greater than the 25%.Thanks Rosso!

I took my Ferrari 458 here a couple weeks back to get the brakes replaced and let me tell you they have absolutely amazing service! The shop was very clean and all the mechanics where super friendly and very knowledgeable. Definitely will be coming back here for my next repairs!

They are the only place to have your Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati, or luxury car repaired and maintained. They perform ALL the repair and maintenance to my Ferrari, Maserati, and 2 BMWs. They repaired my Ferrari better, faster and cheaper than what the local dealer could do.I wouldn't trust anyone but Rosso Service in Forest Hill, MD to service my cars. They only use the highest quality fluids and oil. Cars are stored indoors and secured. They treat my cars as if they were their own. I'm very particular and they use full seat covers, floor mats and steering wheel covers everytime I bring a car in for service.If you are looking to buy a car, I would recommend them to have it looked over. They know all the common issues associated with these cars and do the most thorough pre-purchase inspection you can imagine. The experience here is second to none. They will show you exactly what they are repairing on your car and have you fully understand why it went wrong so you can do your best to prevent it from happening again! Although, they usually have a technique or updated version of the part being replaced so you will never have the same problem again. The mechanics are factory master technicians for Ferrari, Lamborghini, and Maserati. That is very rare to have TWO of these mechanics in one location. So much more experience here than anywhere in Maryland, Virginia and Pennsylvania. Try them once and you will be very impressed!!

The facility is state of the art with the latest diagnostic and repair equipment. Scott also has a network of suppliers which enable him to go outside of the normal dealership supply chain to acquire hard to find parts from around the world. If you require a pre-purchase inspection of an exotic sports car, Rosso Service provides a detailed inspection report to assist you in your buying experience.

I bring my 911 to Scott and Rohan at Rosso Service, they do a great job for a fair price. I would recommend them for anyone, they even worked on my wife's X6 after I had an issue at the dealership.
