I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Grimm Auto Works LLC! Sean went above and beyond to fix the damage to my car's body and gave it a flawless paint job. I recently had a slew of issues that I needed looked at and then fixed. Grimm Auto works had my car back the next day. They were honest and up front about pricing. They also didn t go searching for more problems to fix. Very reasonable pricing for the work I had done and I can feel a noticeable difference in my car now. I will be returning, even just for oil changes and tire rotations. Thank you!!!

Sean, Don and their Team did an amazing job. Just got my daughter's car back after she was rear-ended two days before Christmas. It was a stressful time to have a car in an accident, but Grimm Auto Works made the process simple with great results. They kept me up-to-date on progress, and let me know what they were doing to make sure my daughter was getting back a safe car in time for her daily college commute.The Nissan looks like it was taken right off the assembly line rather than out of a body shop.I recommend Grimm Auto for all your auto body and mechanical needs.

There s a reason why Grimm Auto Works has 5 star reviews, it s the quality of the work! Dropped off an aftermarket rear spoiler for my 13 Boss 302 and discussed color matching its black trim with Sean and he convinced me their Hot Rod Black would be a good match and it was. The color and finish is excellent!

Grimm Auto Works is not only an excellent body shop but the owner Sean is an excellent communicator (kindly explained everything), negotiator (insurance) and seems very ethical. He advocated for me with the insurance company to make sure I got the best outcome. I am 110% satisfied- he even turned around the job in less time than I expected. Sean and his team do an exceptional job! I took my Rav4 in for body work and they made the car look brand new again. He had excellent communication during the repair so I knew how it was progressing. The car was ready on time and in prime condition. All issues were resolved. They gave me so much good advice in dealing with insurance that my repairs were fully covered. Grimm's is the one and only place that you should contact regarding exceptional body and repair work! Sean professionally repaired my son's driver's side front end (Honda Civic) when it was involved in a hit-and-run, then made my CRV new again after I mistakenly backed into another car and dented my rear passenger side. Best experience!!! I had a repair on my brand new pilot that has pearlized white paint. Color match is perfect I can t even see where it was. Sean was fantastic to work with! He also had my car detailed on the outside. I went to about 6 other body shops to get an estimate to repair some tricky damage from a fender bender on my classic VW Beetle. All of them were either afraid to touch the car or didn't give me a warm & fuzzy feeling about fixing it.Sean did a great job fixing all the damage and painting the affected area, and kept me in the loop on progress along the way. Will definately go back if I ever need any other body work on any vehicle in the future.Here's my before and after pics

I got estimates and repair plans from two other shops before checking out Grimm's. Sean's estimate was neither the cheapest nor the most expensive, but his repair plan made the most sense to me. He was booked for over a month, but he promised to call me if a cancelation occurred. True to his word, he called when he had an earlier opening. He also called to give me an update on the repair progress - and called again after I got home to ensure I was happy with the finished product because he wasn't available when I picked up my car. He even went the extra mile and touched up a few other places for me. My car looks as good as new! I'd definitely recommend Grimm Auto Works as they do quality work and provide excellent customer service. Thanks again, Sean!

I just got my truck back from Grimm s and I don t have enough positive things to say about my experience with Sean and his team. My truck was recently sideswiped and I needed it fixed quickly as I was going on a road trip with it three weeks after it happened. Grimm s did an amazing job of getting the parts in before I even got my truck to them and had it fixed in the same day. Sean s amazing communication with myself and my insurance company ensured that my truck would get fixed as soon as possible. Brought my S2000 here for body work after someone backed into the front and drove off. The front driver fender was damaged and front bumper, the car had also been dented on the door at a driving meet up. Despite the slightly long wait, which I expected due to the quality of this shop, Sean got me in only a few weeks after I initially contacted him. He took the time to explain how he would repair and paint the area and he worked with my insurance company as well. He has very good attention to detail and the car came out like new. Being almost 20 years old, the paint on the s2000 can be quite unique, but it was matched nearly perfectly. He also polished my headlights and detailed the car exterior before I picked it up. I don't know if it is family-run/owned but I assume it is and when you find a gem like this, it is worth it. Thanks again Grimm.

I frequently heard my colleagues sing the praise of Sean Grimm when they needed auto work done. Thus, when my Prius' back end was the victim of a parking lot hit and run this past year, I figured I'd give Grimm Auto Works a try, and I was not disappointed. Sean did such beautiful work that when my Prius' front bumper needed paint work recently, my husband immediately called Sean, who once again did an excellent job matching the pearl white finish. With the free detailing thrown in on the tires, I felt like I was driving away in a brand new car. The guys here do fantastic work!I ve had family and friends come here for work as well, and when I got hit in May of 22 and I called about getting the work done and heard I wouldn t be able to get it in until July, I made the choice to wait because I knew the quality of work that would be provided.Sean and all the guys there do exceptional work, they re fast, they give you the best quality of work, and ensure that you get the standards of parts that you should expect.Hopefully I don t have the need for anymore bodywork anytime soon, however if I do, I ll be coming back here!Services: Body & Trim, Oil change

Cannot say enough wonderful praise about Sean and Grimm Auto Works! What an absolute gift they were to us today. I reached out to Sean by phone on the sage advice of a friend. After explaining my car situation, Sean told me to stop on by the shop. The car passenger door was terribly keyed by a vandal and Sean not only generously took time out of his busy schedule to look at the car on the spot, he remarkably was able to buff it out - restoring it anew right there! He also shared some preventative product care tips and eased our minds. What a overwhelmingly gracious and generous man. I just moved into this area and I was looking for an autobody shop to repair my car. I've been a loyal customer at Hi-Way Autobody on Pulaski Highway. The workers are retired and that shop is now closed. I couldn't believe the great work Sean does on fixing vehicles. He is very thorough in his work. He goes above and beyond for his customers! I already brought my car and my parents' car to be fixed. I'm so glad I found my new go-to autobody shop!Returning customer! I came back to get my fog light fixed. Sean said a bird possibly caused it to get pushed in. He quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired it the sameday. The quality of work is outstanding! Best in town!
