I own a WV Golf R. This car had been to 3 shops just for an alignment. Steering wheel can never be centered or the tow. The last shop set everything to the left and left my control arm bolts loose. These guys made sure everything was tight and how it should be. They are GREAT! I didn't expect them to look over the vehicle and do a quick inspection, but they did and it was very detailed with actual issues. They also did great with communication! I did not get the chance to thank the technician unfortunately but they did an amazing job. My car handles amazing. It's hard to find a good shop and I have become very picky. I will return here for future repairs.

This is the first time I've used them but not the last!! Courteous, thorough, and great communication! Their pricing compared to dealer is much better! They ensured my initial concerns were taken care of and provided guidance for other services needed based on current records for my 2011 A4 sedan Quattro. Sheen and team really took care of my car!

I took my daughter s jeep wrangler to two separate mechanics and paid A LOT to not even have the vehicle fixed, it was just bandaged temporarily. Revolution Motor Works is the first place that I took her jeep that when it was returned, it drove better than it did when purchased from the dealer. The initial inspection they did on the vehicle was thorough and was sent to me so I was completely aware of ANY pertinent issues they currently found, or minor things to take into consideration of fixing in the future. They never once pressured me into anything more than what I had taken the vehicle to repair. They were extremely knowledgeable about the issues with the Jeep and the way to repair the issues which no one else could even provide me. I completely trust them as a mechanic/company and that is VERY HARD TO FIND! I will certainly be utilizing them for any vehicle repairs in the future. I wish I would had known about this shop a year ago when my daughters scion had issues and sat at a local garage for 5 months with the engine torn apart that ended up costing more than the car was really worth. I totally recommend bringing your car here if you want trustworthy people and services. 100%

First time using RMW for brakes and tires on my 2018 Audi S5. The service was excellent, top notch OEM parts and the staff was friendly & knowledgeable. The price was remarkably cheaper than the dealership I typically frequent. I definitely will be using them in the future. At a minimum you should use them for a second opinion.

Revolution Motor Works is just Terrific. There has been several times that they could have charged me for all types of work but they are so honest I was told several times what the cheaper DIY way was. The times I had to get things repaired it was actually less than I thought it would be. I love these guys.. so honest and to say that about a group of mechanics is a huge deal. Once you find an honest one you keep them for sure. These guys are better than honest they are just great down home people. I can't say enough good. My previous mechanic was a good friend but he is gone now so I have lost a friend but I have found new mechanics that I trust. They can't replace my old friend but I do feel that they may be new friends and for sure my mechanics.

My service was timely and professional. I was treated with respect on all levels. I was even invited to the service bay to view the my auto's under carriage.A regular manufacturer's service was identified and a detailed description printout was given. Subsequently, an appointment was made for the service with a courtesy loaner car.

I found that Revolution Motor Works was friendly, communicative, willing to take the time to explain what the various services required that they identified as needing attention. I appreciated that the diagnostic quote was delivered by text and then I had the opportunity to speak with the technician at length about the quote. Surprised to learn the authorized work could be completed in less than a day. Overall very satisfied with service.

I trust RMW, that's the bottom line. It's difficult to find a shop you can 100% trust. Every single visit, I leave knowing my car is not only repaired, but it was done right using the best parts available and at an extremely fair price.RMW provides a complete health report on my vehicle. A clear, concise color coded report that is easy to understand, helping to guide my decision on what are and what are not needed repairs. They never try to up-sell a repair or product, allowing me to make the choice on what I want done on my vehicle. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and caring. They will go out of their way to ensure I am happy with the service they provide. I am proud to be an RMW customer.

I truly believe in this company. Very honest. High technology. Can handle all makes and models. We drive 17 mi to this location because of our trust in them. I've found my forever mechanic! They have never been anything but stellar.We have a 4 cars and recently our 2020 Honda Civic was damaged going off the road, could have been facing a few thousand dollars in repairs if we want to a different place based on what happened to the car.We knew to take it to them The cost was $89 because that's who they are.I stand by this company. As an insurance agent I've been around New York and Maryland and I've never seen anyone compared to them.Thank you again for everything you have done for me and my family.Joe diMonda

I would have given them 10 stars if possible . Did a great job on my BMW 750Li and very reasonable, always willing to help customers . The guy Shane Davidson was extremely helpful. I highly recommend them!!

I use them to service my G-Wagon and they always do a fantastic job. They are honest, take care of everything and don't nickel and dime me or talk down to me. As a woman, that is particularly important to me at any auto provider especially a mechanic. I actually do know a lot about cars and appreciate that they speak to me with the same respect that they show my husband or anyone else. I never feel taken advantage of. They also have easy after hour drop off and pick ups! Highly reconnect especially for imports.

RMW is above all when it comes to mechanics in this area. From beginning to end, the front desk staff are friendly, realistic, and have great communication. Service is always top notch and you get a thorough explanation of each issue sent right to you. Even through the hiccups this last visit with the brake replacement on my Stinger (which was completely out of their control), they kept me in the loop, offered a rental, and were extremely apologetic for the inconveniences.Even better - when my Stinger was in for tire replacement last month, they went above and beyond and popped a loose trim piece back in place on the front end. You can expect the little things that mean so much when you go to RMW. Plus - who doesn t love the handwritten notes that come in the mail?!

I was introduced to RMW when I purchased tires online from Tire Rack. RMW is a recommended installer and is close to me. My experience with them was excellent. The staff was very responsive to my questions and I was completely informed of the work that would be done. Service was completed as promised and I was aware of the cost ahead of time. They have electronic notifications if you like and a way to access your records online. I will use them again in the future.

The story goes on. Now they are servicing my wife s TT as they have in the past. Another great job, I trust this shop 100% to always do a complete job including inspection of this 15 year old car to keep it running like new, which it does. Now they will be servicing my recently purchased Porsche Cayenne.I have reviewed RMW before but feel they deserve another. This shop never ceases to impress me with the level of service they provide. Not only are they a great shop and do a great job on all of the cars I bring there but they go out of their way with their customer service. I recently purchased a new car and was offered a prepaid service contract, before I went ahead with it I called Jerica for her expert opinion, she took the time to look up all the services that would be included analyzed pricing letting me know it would be a worthwhile purchase. Unfortunately they won t be servicing that car but they ll service my Jag and Audi since they are the only ones I trust. If I could give 10 stars I would. In my opinion there is no better.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Shane Davidson is a pleasure to work with. I explained to him i had a long distance trip to go on and the date I was leaving. He called me and gave updates on the progress of my car. My car was delivered to me on time. I highly recommend using Revolution Motor Works and definitely will be back. .

We have deal with RMW before , but this time when we picked up our vehicle was dirty from steering wheel to door handles and there s was a big problem in communication with Shane our service advisor on the work that was done in vehicle! I felt like we were mislead on service work and repairs were $4100! Not too happy at all.

I brought a used vehicle I was thinking of buying to Revolution for an inspection. They got me in same day and did a very thorough, detailed work up of the vehicle. I stayed on site during the appointment and all 3 employees (I don t have their names) who work up front made themselves available to answer my questions, as well as the technician who looked that the vehicle. I am very pleased with their work and outstanding level of customer service. I didn t end up purchasing that vehicle but I will bring them more business in the future!

I have been using RMW for years. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and the entire team is great to work with. Detaled electronics reports after every service keep you informed on your cars health to plan maintenance costs. A mechanic you can trust is invaluable. They have sent me back to a dealership to get work done that they knew could be covered by warranty. Top skill, professional friendly staff, top ethics. After purchasing a BMW I was worried I wasn t going to find a place that was reliable or trustworthy to service my car. RMW is an amazing place with great customer service! After the service was complete, I received a full report and pictures. A few days after my visit I received a hand written thank you note for my business. RMW works on both my R53 mini and my wife's R60 mini. They always go above and beyond for me. I've never had a bad experience here and they always take care of anything we need. The inspection sheet with photos is a great perk and RMW takes the time to explain what items you should be adressing and what can wait to later. Don't hesitate to take your rides here, RMW will most certainly have you covered.
