Alex is super friendly and cares about people and their rides. He talks to ya and makes sure he understands what you want and what he can provide. We took my 2014 Grand Cherokee in and it s far from perfect but we had quite a bit of dog hair that needed to be cleaned up. The outside has 115,000 miles of bumps and bruises but him and his team made it look great. The inside was done with a high level of attention to detail and even the sticky buttons worked again. Windows, windshield, vents, seats, mats and everything else was very clean. I have more vehicles so this is where I ll take them for their periodic deep clean.Thanks guys and good job. Love Enzo too. That pup is great!

Alex did some great work! got the 5yr ceramic coating on my S5 and it looks amazing! definitely recommend to anyone looking to protect their vehicle or just get a nice detail from them. great price, communication, and work!!

I brought my car to Alex at Perfection Detailing for a pre-trade detailing. From the start, they got in touch with me quickly, answered my questions coherently, and sent me a price list immediately. The price was very reasonable for the quality detail that I received, and I had my car back within hours. I got a stellar trade-in offer for my car and I know it s because it presented so well.

The only reason I only gave them 5 stars is because 10 isn't an option!First class and top notch! Alex answered my 473 questions and never once rolled his , he explained the process the benefits and gave us all the options.The outcome is beautiful! The ceramic coating gives my already beautiful paint more depth, shine and really brings the color to life.If you are undecided I can assure you you won't be sorry.Service: Auto detailing

Took my black C7 Corvette to Perfection Detailing for paint correction and ceramic coating. Alex and his team did an amazing job removing all the swirls and damage to the clear coat of the car. I couldn t have imagined a better job, complete mirror finish. This review is long overdue, but Alex has worked miracles on all of our cars. He doesn't look down on you for bringing something old to him either, he will be upfront on what can be done and delivers beyond your expectations. Recently he repaired extensive scratch damage from another detailer and the car looked so amazing, that it literally looked brand-new. Alex and his team are good people who know what they're doing. Alex was great to work with and did a great job on fixing my car's paint scratch marks for a great price. Communicating with him about the job was a breeze and got the car fixed quick and easy. Would go to him again.

I am sad to leave this review, but have come to no other choice. I had called on June 5th and spoken to Alex about a full detail and a small dent repair. He said it was no problem and that he could get me in the week of June 19th with a fair price, I said great. I had then sent him some photos of my car and he said he would get back to me within a day or two. I waited and two days go by no text back or calls so I had called again on June 7th with no answer so I had left a voicemail for a call back. Another two days goes by and I call on June 9th and Alex answers and we discuss the same items as before detail and dent repair and he says he was out of the office at that time and would set a reminder when he got back in to call me in an hour. He never did and the place closed over the weekend. I waited for a call the past Monday, nothing. I then call back again today, June 13th, and Alex answers and I asked why he never called back or messaged, and his response was "I got busy". I still tried to move forward with the appointment and then he told me he still had never gotten a full estimate and they were now booked until July 5th. I am honestly very disappointed in the communication and the lack of care Alex had. I had high hopes for this company but was let down with no communication and lack of care. In my opinion, if you call this place and they say they will call back, look somewhere else.

These guys are great! I went to them for the first time after having a house painting contractor paint my car for me while I was driving to work, and deciding I didn't like the white-splotch-on-metallic-blue look. Alex and crew took the time to get that paint off, clean and polish the exterior, and holy smokes did they make the interior look good! Give them a call and have them restore your car to perfection!

Alex and his team took in my 2010 A8 that had numerous scratches and dull paint. They turned that car into one where the paint looks brand new! Amazing. Alex and his team at Perfection Detailing did an amazing job with my 2016 4runner. The interior of my car was covered in dog hair. I have 3 large dogs, including a German Shepherd, that regularly ride in my car and Perfection Detailing took extra time to make sure ALL of the hair was removed. This was the first time I've had it detailed since I bought it and they made it look brand new!! It's clear they use high quality products. In additional to doing a fantastic job, it was raining today so they not only delivered my car to my office but Alex included a voucher for an exterior wash so I could come back when it's not raining. I am extremely impressed with the results and more importantly, their professionalism and customer service. I highly recommend them and will absolutely be back!

Perfection Detailing applied a 7 year ceramic coating to my 2020 F250 and Alex and his team absolutely knocked it out of the park! The end result was a flawless finish that is truly better than new. Alex and his crew are definitely car guys and show the same amount of care to customer vehicles as they would their own.

I took my 2021 Outback to Alex after having a coffee drop on the center console and land all over the front driver and passenger seats. In just a few hours he and the crew made my car cleaner and sharper than the day I bought it. Alex did an amazing job on my car. He went over everything with me prior to the detail and he nailed the exact look I wanted on both exterior and interior finishes. This is not a typical wash and detail, it is an entire refresh and deep clean. No other service or competitor is even in the same league in the Baltimore area. For a car with 30k miles and always kept clean, it was hard to imagine what could be done to revitalize it but nevertheless the car looked showroom new. Would highly recommend and if you re comparing then this is the choice hands down. Looking forward to many more details in the future with Perfection!

Had my car ceramic coated with paint correction and am THRILLED with how my car looks!!! They did an amazing job and made my car look better than it did the day I bought it brand new! I ve since had Alex do mobile maintenance detailing and it is so convenient and he makes my car look PERFECT every single time! I am a very happy customer!

I'm almost embarrassed to say this, but seeing how beautiful my vehicle looked, made me tear up. Looks more vibrant now than it did, when I drove it off the showroom floor brand new (May of 2005). I admit I am a little biased. But Alex and his crew really do care about the job they do and the end results demonstrate that. From simple jobs to elaborate paint correction, wheel refinishing and clear bra & tint application the team takes extreme pride in the job they do and building strong customer relationships.

Great place to get your car detailed. We only did the interior but the inside of the car looked like new when they were done! Would definitely recommend!
