DO NOT EVER USE THIS MR TIRE!!!!!!!-Had my son waitng two hours after telling him a new tire was needed and out of stock. Just waiting. I had to call and ask them to give him the keys and send him home.-Didn't bother to walk outside and look at the tire brand. Just chose one to order. Yes, that was actaully said, "I just picked one". So I would have had 3 of one brand and the random one of their choice.-Truck smelled like an ashtray from the 10 second ride into the shop.-Didnt clean the new tire. Just left the factory blue on it so it stands out from the other 3.-Knew it required a warranty call. Didn't call them till after close. Still waiting on info that I will probably have to reach out to the manufacturer myself to get.-Poor girl up front had been there for 2 weeks. No idea what she was doing and no manager to assist.-Didn't give the option to patch. What is the exact policy on this? Had some dry rot on the tire. 1.5 yr old. No indication of internal condition.-Told me the alignment caused some wear issues. When this Mr Tire installed them, they told me no one knows how to do an alignment there. But I should be good.-I asked to be contacted by a manager to discuss concerns. I never received a call.-Messed up the records between my truck and my wife's car. Asked if I had summer and winter tires that are completely different sizes.I really hate to lay it on thick, but I have made the mistake of choosing convenience over decent judgement. This Mr Tire continues to just be a total train wreck. Just close the doors and let another company take the building that shows some level of competency.

Purchased tires here in the summer and discovered last night that they cross-threaded one of my wheels and destroyed multiple studs. Set an appointment for first thing this morning and received confirmation about the appointment time.When I arrived at the store for the appointment, no one was there. I called the neighboring stores who told me they could not help me because the store that caused the issue needs to repair it.Tried coming back later in the day and the shop was still closed.After calling customer service, I was told that all sister stores have to be able to correct the issue if I showed receipt. After explaining that the stores said they wouldn't and asking what I should do, she put me on hold to "check into this." The call then went to a random voicemail with no resolve. I am still without answers but will try calling the other local stores again and re-explaining what the customer service rep told me.You would expect a shop to at the very least to not book calls when the store is closed. I'm extraordinarily disappointed in both the quality of work, disorganization, and customer service of this organization. I would highly recommend saving yourself the headache and finding another business to work on your car.

Setup an appointment online for 8am to get my tires changed. I showed up and the door was locked with nobody inside, I called and nobody answered. Definitely don t recommend. Maybe they do decent work? If they show up

I have always had good experiences with Mr Tire. I was especially impressed this trip because I went in thinking I needed tires and brakes but was told my brakes were fine. I really appreciated the honesty because I felt like brakes could have been replaced and I wouldn t have know I didn t need them. Thank you!

We've been coming here for years and we recently took our vehicle in to put on new tires for a long road trip later in the day. The tires were installed and we were called to pick it up. We paid and left. However, as we were driving away we noticed that it smelled like MARIJUANA inside our vehicle. We alerted the manager and he looked perplexed, so he came to give our car the sniff test. He acknowledged that he could smell it too, and then disappeared into the tire bay, presumably to investigate. When he came back, he had no answer as to why our vehicle smelled of drugs. I made it clear I was not happy about this situation, especially considering the fact that my next stop is to go pick up my children for a long drive to our weekend getaway. The manager sprayed a deodorizer in the car which I suppose worked, in that it covered the scent of DRUG USE IN OR NEAR MY CAR. But that said, I thought this was the most ridiculous bad experience I've had that had nothing to do with the work done. After this experience, I absolutely DO NOT recommend coming to this location.

I have been buying tires from Mr. Tire for 20 years, been using this location in Fallston for the last six years. Called and validated that tire rotations were free (even says it on their website), made an appointment as they requested, upon us taking the car in, were told it would be $30, not sure if that's because my daughter brought the car in versus myself?Nevertheless, last time going there.

Dustin was pleasant. No manager there as I had to return 4 times to complete a tire replacement. Just one tire. Manager was there the 4th time. He was sarcastic and no help. Will never return

If I could give a lower score I would. I brought my 2022 Audi S3 to the Fallston location mr. tire for 4 tires. When they installed my 4 tires they did over 1k damage to my rims. I have before and after photos that show there was 0 damage to my wheels before bringing it in for new tires. STAY AWAY.

Called and scheduled an appointment for the next day, guy said it was no problem, but didn t take my information even when I asked if he should. Showed up for the appointment - no one had any idea and they couldn t take care of me, and had a poor attitude on top of it. Horrible business.

This Mr Tire is truly a breath of fresh air. I never encounter any issues with this place. They really know what they are doing. They care and show ultimate concern for the customer first versus the dollar. Highly recommend.

My first time here was the most pleasant experience at any auto service shop I ve ever been to! Lee and Shawn both made me feel confident and comfortable with the services, and my technician Chris was very professional and polite! I had got an oil change and tires rotated.I will DEFINITELY be going here for all my future services! :)))Top notch employees! Top notch service!

I went there for four new tires, and I was really impressed with excellent service I received. The manager, Shawn, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and helped me find the right tires to fit my need at a reasonable price! They also identified lug nuts that were loose from when I had my tires rotated at Plaza Ford, and they installed/ tightened them correctly after putting the new tires on. I will definitely go back to Mr. Tire for future work, especially tire rotations!

The service is so friendly and professional. I had car trouble while driving from Washington DC to CT. It could have been a disaster as I was so far from home. They were so kind and took care of me right away even though they were clearly very busy. It s reassuring to know that there are still some honest trustworthy car service people. I recommend Mr. Tire and am very grateful for their help.

This was the best car repair experience I ve ever had. Seriously. From the moment I called to see if they could take me, to the repair, to the checkout process - this was such a positive experience (and I normally hate going to get my car repaired)! They were professional, courteous, and did a great job at a great price! You can trust this place. I ll definitely be back!

Mr Tire was extremely helpful in fitting my car with the best tires at the best price. The staff is very nice, and the waiting area is welcoming. They had me in and out very quickly, and I didn t even have an appointment. Highly recommend.

Took truck for brakes, oil change, and check alignment. I walked in and was able to get service the same day. I was not expecting them to take a walk-in for a brake job. All work done was exactly what I expected. I thought I needed an alignment and they determined it was not needed. I appreciate not being charged for work I don't need. Felt this was honest work on my truck. I felt the price was in the correct price range for the work that was done. I will return for more work in the future.

Excellent customer service!! Took a tire there just to get put back on the rim and although it was just a small job, they didn t hesitate to help me out. It was done very quickly and professionally. I will definitely be back whenever I m in need of tires!

Made appt online and service was completed in a timely manor. The tech and manager on duty even went above and beyond to assist in finding a lock key for my wheel locks as I did not know where mine was. I have brought all my trucks to this Mr. Tire for years and have always recieved honest and fair repairs and charges. They advise you on reccommended repairs or repairs for the future but never pressure you into them. I will continue to service my vehicles at the Fallston Mr Tire.

I have been to this location several times in the past. Every time has been a great experience. Called today for a rattle and received a same day appointment. It was an easy fix. They were upfront and honest. I will highly recommend this location to anyone. I will continue to take my vehicles here for tires and service.

I needed to get 2 new tires before a family trip. They were able to change out my tires and even check my alignment in no time. Everyone there was polite and friendly as well. I also didnt feel pressures to buy or have any other work done either, unlike some of those other places that just want your money

If i could put less than a star I would. (Fallston Location) Took my car in to have some tires replaced and have an alignment check done. Dropped off at 1pm and never received a phone call saying it was done. I had to call the next morning. I asked if the alignment was good, knowing good well it wasn't because of the tire wear. They said it was good. When asked for the paperwork showing the results they said their printer was broken.I took it to another Mr. Tire (Bel Air on Baltimore Pike) who was more than courtesy and professional. They did the alignment check and showed me the paperwork showing the alignment was way out especially in the toe which is how my tires wore out.The service before this one, they backed my van into the garage door and took off the spoiler. So easy to say I will not go back to this location again.

Not professionals! Took my truck in for window regulator & steering issue.No engine light on when i took in & was on after.They repaired steering & window regulator but the regulator was very difficult for them. After several days ultimately took to dealer who fix engine light which was a fuse.On the lack of being professional... My wife went by to get something from truck & was meet with heavy odors of weed! Are they gettting high when doing repairs! Could this be why its so much trouble?On that note wont bring my vehicle back to this location!!!

The Mr. Tire in fallston is the only place that I ve never had issues with when it comes to services. They are also the only place who can diagnose my car even when the own dealership of my car can t. I ve exclusively taken my car here since I purchased it after many years getting screwed over elsewhere. I currently have an electrical problem and even an electrical car place didn t diagnose my problem as quickly as Mr. Tire did (or should I say this specific team). I did end up purchasing another vehicle and I plan on continuing to use them! They can be pretty pricey but knowing it isn t some shady place who will mess my car up to make more money gives me comfort.
