I absolutely love this dealership! Heritage Mazda made this experience easier than I could have ever imagined. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!Here s why Justin (Sales Consultant)-Absolutely awesome from the moment I contacted the dealership until my initial appointment. Justin was very genuine, upfront, and professional. He made sure the vehicle I wanted was ready for a test drive upon arrival, not to mention, he was super cool. Not overbearing or pushy like you would expect from a dealership. 10/10Joshua (Finance Director)- The MAN! Josh made the whole experience super comfortable. He was engaging, professional, and definitely earned bonus points for getting the monthly payment lower than asked. I honestly felt like he was looking out for me as a customer and not just another sale . 10/10Cassandra (Finance Manager)- Simply Amazing! She went over all of the details and took the time to answer each question PATIENTLY. We even shared a few laughs. 10/10

I can not be any happier with my decision to purchase my 2024 Mazda CX-5 and Jessica Barlow wasn t anything short of amazing throughout my buying process! Jess was kind, patient and so down to earth, she made me feel like I had the biggest advocate in my corner in finding the car that was perfect for me ! I highly recommend working with Jessica!In addition to Jessica I was also able to work with one of the finance directors, Josh Wolf. Josh was astounding! He made me feel like he truly had my best interest in mind to ensure I was extremely satisfied with the purchase of my new vehicle and able to take advantage of the best available offers. Chris Holder at Mazda has been the most tactful and pleasant sales person I've spoken to in my buying experience. What makes him even better as a sales person is I couldn't tell if it was a sales tactic or part of his vested interest in my comfort, he seemed that genuine. Civility and common-sense restraint have been rarities in this process and I feel like he should teach a course. His associate Josh, who I believe is the manager, seems to be on a similar wave length.

Had a great experience with Heritage Mazda, specifically Ken. He was very patient in helping us find the car that best fits our needs. My wife and I walked in to look at 2 cars, after driving both we weren't sure if they were right for us. Ken helped us go through the inventory at all the Heritage Dealers in the area to find us the perfect car that met all our needs and price point. We easily negotiated the value for our trade in. Not once during the whole experience did we feel pressure to buy. Everybody at Heritage was very kind to us making sure we had adequate refreshments and were comfortable.

Justin was a wonderful sales associate. He was diligent getting me into the dealership with follow-up calls and check-in, and a general concern enthusiasm for my happiness. Wow, what an amazing experience at this dealership! I made an appointment to look at a car, and the sales associate called me the day before to make sure I was coming at the time we had agreed. So I was pleasantly surprised that he had me wait for more than an hour before he could see me. Now that is what I call professional! The transaction went without a hitch as well, with me taking all the extra warranties that they offered through their super easy to understand sales processes. There was no way I was going to leave without all those extras tacked on. I loved it! It even included the delivery of the vehicle to my home on the same day, and I was so thankful that they could not keep their promise and I had to drive the delivery guy back myself so that I could drive my new car for three hours. That was so amazing! I can tell these guys really appreciated my business, and was very happy to receive all their voice messages a few years later to offer to sell me another car. I really appreciate their insistence, even after I told them to stop calling me. Now that is what I call great service, because they know that I can't wait to buy another car from them. I'll be by really soon!Oh, and they even had me sign a contract for me to only leave good reviews for their excellent service, so of course I happily oblige. Thanks again Heritage Mazda!!!

Wonderful experience at this location, was treated like family from the moment we walked In.Mr. Anthony Harris (Sales & Leasing Consultant) was just amazing, very honest and straight forward with the whole process. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we already had our eyes on Definitely will be back to purchase another vehicle. Also Christos in finance was VERY HELPFUL.. no games no gimmicks just honesty. Will definitely be back to purchase another vehicle here. Thanks to the whole Mazda Bel Air staff.

Amazing experience! After an overwhelming browsing process online and at other places, I decided to stop in to Heritage Mazda. Justin and Anthony took the time to make sure they landed me in an SUV I loved and could afford! George was very helpful with financing and additional information. Everyone at the Bel Air Mazda were great especially Justine Craig. He was very friendly, easy to talk and show us multiple options of the new make and model making our decisions easy. The finance team (Christos-give us great discount on the overall price of the car, best interest rate, better than what other dealerships were offering us and made sure our monthly payment were at our goal. Great customer service overall, we will definitely be coming back for future purchases.

Anthony our salesperson did a great job in following us through from beginning to end purchase. We had multiple questions and concerns that eventually were resolved with the help of the General Manager Tyler. These folks truly do what it takes to make you confident and we are very happy with out purchase. Highly recommend these folks even if you have to travel

Anthony Harris was amazing to work with and made the daunting process of purchasing a vehicle for the first time less stressful. He was able to answer every question thoroughly and really listened to what I wanted. Highly recommend working with him if you want someone patient, professional, and knowledgeable. Also, Christos, who handled the financial aspects, was super attentive, well-versed, and easy to work with. Christopher was amazing! A delight :) Between him and George they made my first car buying process comfortable. It did not feel forced, pushed, or rushed. In fact, I felt like everyone was very transparent and wanted to help me check off all the boxes I had in what I was looking for. My wife and I are in the market for a new vehicle and stopped at Heritage Mazda to look at a CX-50. We met Anthony Harris who explained the car to us and made sure we were completely educated on the car. When we explained we were also looking at a CR-V, he went next door and brought one to us and made sure we had all information on both cars. He did not pressure us to make a decision on either one. He is a true professional. Josh, the sales manager also was there to answer questions and make sure we had all information needed. We decided not to purchase the Mazda, because of family needs, but each gentleman reached out to make sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend these two gentlemen to anyone looking for a Mazda. You will truly have a great experience.

Today I had the pleasure of working with two sales representatives, Braden Audie and Jessica Barlow, when purchasing my new 2024 Mazda CX 5 from the Heritage Mazda, Bel Air, Md location.Braden Audie played a huge part in my decision to buy a vehicle from the Heritage dealership. His vast knowledge of the models and various options went beyond what I had come to expect from car sales reps in the past. He was pleasant to work with and instantly I felt at ease. Braden was also professional and personable, but what stood out the most was his integrity. I have nothing but positive things to share about working with Braden.What also spoke volumes to me was how Jessica Barlow willingly jumped in to assist when I later returned to complete my purchase, as Braden was busy working with another customer. Jessica was charming and endearing, all the while taking over much of the grunt work necessary to complete the transaction. She spent a tremendous amount of time making sure every detail was covered. The partnership between Braden and Jessica was refreshing and says a lot about the their commitment to service.It s evident that the customer experience is the first priority at Heritage.Thank you both,Tracey

I dealt with Heritage Mazda across several days. I was helping my mom shop used cars and then got something new myself. Anthony Harris is a fantastic person to work with. It does not matter if you're looking at a 10 year old Honda, or a brand new Mazda, he did all he could to demonstrate every possible vehicle feature in order to make you comfortable. Great experience, great staff.

I've shared him with anyone I know looking for a vehicle. Sheila, Mike, and Nan run the best service department I ve ever been to. Not just excellent and speedy service - but also friendly smiles and nice conversation! The technician, Jeremy, even sent me a video of the engine explaining the condition of my vehicle and all the work he did!!! I ve never received that kind of customer service and care !! Just bought a car from Heritage Mazda of Bel-Air and had an amazing experience. They gave me a great deal on a brand new car. The purchase was from out of state, I drove 56 miles to make this purchase and it was worth it. They were willing to work with me so that I wouldn t have to drive back empty handed. We both agreed on a price, that I thought was fair. I did not want to sit there and haggle. They were quick to make a deal with me and respected my time, unlike my past experience at other dealerships. There are No markups at this dealership! They are giving great discount, unlike other dealerships that are still marking up their cars or selling at MSRP. If you re looking for a new car, I highly recommend this dealership! It s my first time owning a Mazda and I have to say the handling is amazing for an SUV. I m not a car nut but I know enough to service my own car, I grew up with a car mechanic. We ll see how well this car holds up over time. For now, I m definitely recommending the brand and this dealership to everyone I know. Thank you to Ken, Eugene, and Sandra!
