I have had 3 different repairs done at this shop and their work and customer service is amazing. Never had an issue, car came back each time beautiful and was always kept inform about the progress and when the car would be ready. Staff is super friendly and treat you like family. Definitely recommend to anyone.

I initially took my vehicle in after sustaining a rear-end collision right before the holidays. Kirk, Lisa, and the rest of the team at Caliber Collision Fallston were extremely helpful and transparent throughout the entire process as this was my first major automobile collision.From dealing with insurance, to providing frequent updates, they were excellent. I would suggest their shop to anyone that is looking to get their car fixed after a collision that want skilled, competent technicians and staff to care and look after their vehicle. Easy 5/5, especially at a time where customer service is severely lacking!Thanks to Kirk, Lisa and the rest of the Caliber Collision staff!

Caliber collisions did a great job visually on the repair. The night I picked up the vehicle however, I returned it due to a squeaking sound I did not hear before the accident. I was told the next day nothing is wrong with it and it is supposed to make that noise. Two days later, my check engine light came on and I returned my vehicle to caliber collisions. I explained the situation and was told that if it was related to the accident they would take care of it, but if it was not, I would be responsible for repair costs. I asked if I would get a call first and was told yes. I got a call the next day telling me my turbo was bad, and that my battery sensor was bad, both not related to the accident and coincidentally new in the two days since I dropped it off. I was charged $125 for the diagnostic fee. I now have it at my local dealer, just hoping that it will be covered by warranty. I am extremely disappointed with the way caliber collisions brushed their hands of any responsibility, and then charged me for doing so! This will now not be included in my insurance coverage and I will be responsible for two repairs that appeared directly after the repair (when I said something wasn t right right after the repair). I have not had a single issue with the vehicle prior to this accident.

I had an AMAZING experience at Caliber Collision. I came in with a large dent on my passenger side door and wasn t sure how long I d be out of a car. The team assured me they could fix my car quickly. I worked with Kyle through the entire process and he was an absolute pleasure. He walked me through the logistics of fixing the dent and kept me updated through process. Can t thank Kyle and Caliber Collision enough. I was driving just a couple days later and the process barely interfere with my life. THANKS!

Great team and service. I took my car here after an accident and they were quick to work with the insurance company and get the pieces moving ! I have now taken my car to Kyle and the team for smaller issues and scratches and their work is excellent ! I would recommend them to everyone.

My initial contact with him was taking my vehicle for the initial estimate. Because of my disability, and they need to use a wheelchair. I wasn t able to find a spot to park because of how busy they are but after explaining that to them, they went above and beyond, and actually came out to me and did the estimate right there with me in the vehicle. After finishing up the estimate, they came over to me and walk-through everything and explaining in detail what their initial findings were. Once my vehicle was dropped off to start the repair the program they used to keep you informed of how your repair is going is very informative. Both text messages as well as email messages. My vehicle actually came in about a week early at the initial finish date. When the vehicle is finished they called and said it was ready to be picked up. I explain to them that because of my disability I was unable to jump in or out of the vehicle very easily to have someone bring me up to get my van. So they went above and beyond, and made it even simpler for me by having it driven from the body shop to my front door. Once they were here and the gentleman went over everything that was done and asked if I had any questions or concerns that point. So just to sum it up, a great group of people that I dealt with. From the lovely young lady that answers the phone and I m sure it keeps shop running flawlessly to the folks that did the initial estimate as well as the folks that did the actual work on the van and of course the gentleman that brought my vehicle to me. And if I could give more than five stars I would absolutely do it without hesitation. Great people working for a great companyServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Dropped my truck off spotless. Got it back with every inch of the interior covered in dirt, dust and mechanic grease. From the floors to the ceiling. From the dash to the back interior windows. FILTHY. Also had some missing items. But that s my fault for not removing them. Just wouldn t trust your car is being properly taken care of here

I would highly recommend caliber collision in Fallston, they were super nice and explained every detail of the Progress of my son's car repair. Always kept in contact even when things were running late they would called and let me know. And they were done before the estimated time.

Lisa from the front office is an angel, I was going through a very challenging time after having my car damaged in an accident, and despite some miscommunications between my insurance company, she went above and beyond to ensure that my car and my sanity were well protected. She personally took the responsibility of arranging for my vehicle to get transferred to a different location, and ensure that I still had a rental to get around and move on with life. It s one thing to do your job, it s another to really treat someone like a human being, and for that I am forever thankful.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Overall experience was great. From the time I dropped my car off to the time of return, not one complaint. They have a system to keep you updated on the status of the repair, via text messaging. In addition, the repair was quicker than estimated. I would definitely recommend trying them. In a scale of 1 to 10, the service and repair was a 10.

Extremely kind, professional and communicative. Overall fantastic team to work with. My Corolla was badly damaged on a few occasions and I ve taken it to Fallston Caliber every time. Kyle did some beautiful work and the entire team completed the repairs in a very timely fashion. Needed a repair to the front bumper after a minor accident. I was quoted a week and half to two weeks but got the call 4 days after I dropped it off that it was ready for pick up. That was a nice surprise! For the record, I did call other places and was given the same repair time estimate so I guess that is standard to cover any issues that may come up. Everyone was very friendly and I received text notices throughout the repair time. My front bumper now looks good as new and I found no other issues like I have when dealing with other body shops. Caliber of Fallston were great with my hit and run work I needed fixed! Lisa at the front desk was always help and very personable. Matt was wonderful and always there for any questions or concerns I had. The work on my car was done very well and in a very timely matter.I highly recommend them for any work!
