Took my car here in early March after someone hit my wife while driving it. The at-fault driver s insurance company was to handle the rental car and repair costs while Cliff s provided an estimate and then fixed it. Cliff s estimate was so high (and I knew it was when I saw it) the insurance company wanted to total it. To make matters worse, Cliff s wouldn t even do the repair for some unknown reason. So they collected almost $900 from the at-fault driver s insurance company just to look at it and then wash their hands of it from there. I decided I was taking it somewhere else because I knew my car wasn t a total loss. Turns out I was right as the estimate I got elsewhere was $2500 less and it s all done now, minus $600 in rental car fees I had to pay to rent another car since the insurance company wouldn t pay for a second rental! Cliff s also busted my tail light out and then claimed it was already busted when they pulled off the bumper, but I know it wasn t because I have close pictures of it right after the accident. TAKE YOUR CAR/TRUCK ELSWHERE, like Classic Body & Fender on Pulaski Highway!!!

My parents, my inlaws and my husband and I have been customers of Cliffs for years. Each time we need to bring a car in they have done exceptional work. I am never worried whenever we need someone to work on our car from there. Yesterday I picked up my car from there. They got everything done quickly, they were friendly and I was surprised to see our vehicle had been detailed. We will definitely be life long customers!!! Awesome job every time!!!

I've had some great experiences here, but my last few have been extremely disappointing and it's apparent that their quality control has gone out the window.Paint lines in the door frames that weren't buffed out, broken pieces that weren't replaced, a pin stripe that's so crooked it should just be removed at this point... the list goes on. We ended up purchasing parts on our own and replacing them because after the second time of a subpar job, my husband and I are done trying to convince them to do it right.And this isn't even mentioning my issues with the $300 detail I paid for while it was there. I took it back twice and it still was disappointing so I gave up on that, too.I really hope someone steps up and makes this place what it used to be. Next time, I'll be looking for a new shop.

Best Auto body shop in Maryland. Car looks brand new after repairs, like it was never even in an accident. The office staff and estimators/adjusters are very knowledgeable and have no problem taking the time to explain any questions or concerns. They also have a full service mechanical shop right next door which is also top notch!

This Body Shop has gotten really greedy and terrible the past couple of years one they can t do our car right away plus the last time they worked on it they busted our interior in the back and never plus they got grease on our carpet in our back. Very Very Disappointed.

Cliff's did a stellar job repairing my 2014 Focus ST. It looks brand new and the paint match is on point. Had a few technical problems with the car's computer that delayed the process, but Cliff's still deserves 5 stars as they handled the process very well and made sure my car was done right.Also am I the only one who posted before and after pictures??

Great service and pretty quick considering the damage to my vehicle. They made sure my rental was ready when I dropped off my vehicle, and they returned the rental when my vehicle was ready for pickup. They made a bad situation very easy and worry free for me. Fast, friendly service and my car look amazing when they finished.

They did a great job! Took 3 weeks to get my car back but wasn't thier fault getting parts was a wait because of all the thieves breaking into cars an trying to steal them.

The staff at Cliff's are polite and professional. Called me several times to update me about the progress of my repairs. Also they dealt with the rental car and insurance people.The repairs and paint job were amazing. My car looks brand new. Thanks to Cliff's and his staff.

Had a great experience. Very helpful, professional and did the work on time as provided. Had damage on grill and hood from road debris and my car looks as beautiful and new as when we drove it off the showroom floor!! Minor insurance repair. Cliff did the estimate himself. Professional friendly. Very reasonable quote is going to be fulfilled next week. Excellent repairs in the past and am sure that this will be no different. 1st Class operation! 2/5/21Car is repaired now and is excellent! New fender, black paint job looks great like its 1/2 inch thick, and no orange peel. Repaired door dings on drivers door which wasn't even on quote.Than you Cliff for 1st Class job!

My vehicle has been repaired 3 times at Cliff's, unfortunately it was hit twice and vandalized once. I've taken it to Cliff's each time. Gosh I thought I left a review last time! Ice came through my windshield in December and Cliffs did a great job getting me back on the road quickly. Funny you should say thanks now as you have my poor decrepit jeep again in your care.

Sorry, I'm not sure how I rated already when I surely didn't, my 2 year old could've though, it pops up, how was certain places I went. & I couldn't delete it. So I'll update to 3 for now. We have to speak in person, u have been dealing with fiance Dustin. The 2019 white Ford f150 nice truck, just things need to be worked out, which pretty sure they will.

Accomplished the task of repairing my car on time after revising first unseen damage behind bumper (expected considering the crash). Repair looks good though paint is very slightly matte compared to original. Car is 3 years old so probably impossible to completely match. Very polite. Kept me informed and took care of details with rental car etc.

Cliff s is absolutely the best! They just repaired my son s 2016 VW Passat, and did an outstanding job! This is the second car they repaired for me, and I simply would not go anywhere else. The entire staff was professional and courteous just as they were when I took my 2004 VW Jetta there a few years ago. They walked me through the entire process & answered all my questions with patience and professionalism. Enterprise has a good working relationship with Cliff s so I had the convenience of getting my rental car there on site. Cliff s gave me a 10 day turnaround, which was very realistic, but had the car finished within 8 days. I just cannot say enough good things about the owners, staff and quality of work. They are all simply amazing, and the quality of work is phenomenal! THANK YOU Cliff s for another job well done! (MJW)

Had accident in our Nissan Rogue. Took it to Cliffs Auto Body. They did an awesome job and we are very very satisfied with their work. The office personnel are great very helpful. If you need car repair bring it to Cliffs

I will NOT recommend Cliff's Hi Tech to anyone. 2 1/2 months to repair and replace a bumper on my Porsche. My headlights were left on I now have an issue with my batteryAlso have an issue with my wiper motor that they refuse to take responsibility for. Both happen while my car was at Cliff's Hi Tech shop

This place is great. It's a long story, but the guys I worked with were good, honest guys who talked me out of wasting a lot of money, and instead suggested a better, cheaper option. Then I got my car detailed (at Cliff's Direct Effect next door), and it looks brand new. Great price.

Cliffs did a great job on repairing the damage to my vehicle. It looks like the accident never happened, and I highly recommend them to anyone. The reason I left off 1 star was it took a little longer than I thought it should but that could be arguable.

I recommend all my family and friends to Cliff's. They recently repaired my wife 2016 Honda Odyssey and they did a great job! Cliff's stand behind their work. Another great thing about cliff's is that Cliff gives back to the community. My wife was worried about such a new vehicle needing repaired and once again Cliff's has exceeded expectations!

I'd give negative stars if I could. Cliff's Hi-Tech Body Shop tried to rip me off. One of our employees had his door blown open by the wind as he exited his truck, causing it to hit the truck parked next to him. This caused a small ding in the other person's door. I spoke with him and told him I would pay for the minor damage instead of going through insurance. This person took the truck to Cliff's for an estimate. Cliff's wanted to charge $2,086.40. For a small ding in the door. The estimate was 3 pages long. I ended up sending it to insurance who had an appraiser look at it and they issued a check for <$400. As far as I'm concerned Cliff's tried to scam me and I will never take any of our vehicles there and highly recommend people go elsewhere.

This is the 2nd time I had my car repaired there. I am very satisfied with their work. They are very polite and courteous and I would recommend them to all my friends and everyone else. They are great.
