My family and I have been using Barrys for 30+ years. Recently, I was in an accident and Jason coordinated all repairs with our insurance company and the body shop as well as the repairs they completed. I m new here, live around the corner, and had a low tire! As a delivery person I needed to have it fixed ASAP. I came at 7am when they opened and just a few hours later they have my tire all fixed and it wasn t even a punctured tire; it was the valve stem! I trusted the reviews on this place and had an incredible experience with the really friendly gentleman up front this morning. It would have been extremely easy for them to say it was nothing and they didn t know what was wrong, as I ve had said to me in the past for a similar issue. I will absolutely 100000% come back here for everything my car needs in the future. Plus they do detailing???? Cmon. Family ran, comfortable and inviting, and just a very wonderful business that I highly recommend and will be confidentially using from now on.Service: Tires

The people at Barry's Service Center are very well trained, professional and they do outstanding work. I trust them. I'm new to the Baltimore area just moved here 8 months ago. Had a few bad experiences with repair shops early on in Baltimore including a VW dealorship, when I needed work done.My coworker recommended Barry's. They are a great shop. Honest and friendly. This was my first visit to Barry's, recommended to me by a lady friend; and it definitely won't be my last! Like many other customers have reported: the staff here is friendly and Barry makes you feel as if you've been patronizing his shop for years.My visit here was simply a routine oil change and maintenance check, where a light bulb needed to be replaced. What REALLY impressed me was his computer program (car fax?) that displays my car maintenance history, so Barry now knows what major work needs to be scheduled. To sum it all up: good service and reasonable prices. C u guys in December.....

I took my minivan in to have the air condition service and I was pleased to find out that there wasn't a major problem. The manager explained to me what was wrong in a way that I could understand, since I know little about the mechanics of a car. The work that needed to be done didn't take long and the charge was less than I expected.

I first started going here when I moved to Baltimore and bought a Toyota. I called three shops that only worked on American cars and asked who they would recommend that was honest to work on my car. Each one of them said "Mark who owns Barry's". His daughter worked there part time at that time, and when I moved back to Baltimore after a 14 year absence I called for an inspection and she recognized my voice! They are that committed to their customers. I have never been disappointed and when money is tight and the car is bad they'll tell you what to fix first. I can't say enough good things about Barry's.

Barry's Service Center not only gives excellent service, but the people there genuinely care about your concerns and try to help you. They are like going to family for help. It is wonderful just knowing that there are still people like those at Barry's still around. Charged me $800.00 for storage fees, didn't even inform me that I was being charged even though I had several conversations over the phone and in person. I was waiting for the work to be finished for a long period of time, and after visiting in person , I found the work had been done for about a month yet I was never notified. I had to pay the bill by credit card , which f* my score up and hiked my bill . I felt completely robbed - I cannot believe they did this to me. Its not worth suing so I just had to suck it up . Later on I ran into a repair man who told me that others had said they were ripped off lately at Barrys auto. The starter was replaced and carbs cleaned for $700.00, plus 800 for storage . I paid $1500 total ....they are thieves

Great guys. Very knowledgeable and they're not there to price gouge you. they look at your vehicle and tell you exactly what you need with no hidden cost. Very trustworthy

Barry's has been my repair shop for years and years. I am now a widow and I depend on the great service I get at Barry's to service my car and keep me safe on the road. I wouldn't know who to turn to but Barry's for all my auto service.

They will do it for you. They will over charge and make you fight for the work to be done to completion. All depends on your skin tone.

My car was diagnosed and fixed in a day and a half, the staff was very friendly and chatted me up when I went to pick up the car. I'd recommend this place.
