i honestly dont know what i got done the nice lady the the front Kerry is super sweet and helpful got everything fixed and handled for me. Great mechanics, great service! I would higly recommend I actually bought my car from there, Fred is also super nice and helpful with finding a loan if you need it. They worked on my car in a very timely fashion. It was kinda minor work but they only had my car for 2 hours and I was very satisfied with the service I received and the price for labor. Aero motors gave excellent customer service. They helped us with any issues we had with our car, even after the warranty was over. They were fast, super easy and very pleasant to deal with. They called with updates and were very reliable. I would buy another car from them again in a minute. I test drove it 2004 Trailblazer LT 6 cylinder I found out a couple of things they need to fix since it was serviced as in oil change air conditioning wiper fluid but it was inspected so I k ow the older Trailblazers an the RPM NEEDLE SHOULD BE PREETY CLOSE TO THE ONE BUT THIS NEEDLE I KNEW EITHER THEY NEED TO SERVICE AN FIX THIS PROBLEM AN THERE WERE A COUPLE OF OTHER THINGS FOR A CAR THAT HAS BEEN SERVED THEN WENT THROUGH INSPECTION I DON'T KNOW WHY AN THEY HAD TO OF KNOWN THIS PROBLEM AN DIDNT FIX OR SERVICE IT I DROVE IT 20 MINS SO IT CAN REVEIL THE PROBLEMS AN WHEN I PUT IT IN REVERSE THE RPM NEEDLE WAS DOWN SO LOW LOW IT STALLED OUT POP WHEN YOU CAN GET THE VIN NUMBER AN LOOK IT UP IT WILL TELL YOU FROM THE VERY FIRST TIME THE WHEELS LANDED ON THE GROUND SO THEY WANT HAPPY CUSTOMERS WELL AM NOT BECAUSE THEY SERVICED THIS CAR AN THEY SHOULDVE SEEN THE NEEDLE ON THE RPM SHOULD HAVE BEE N PREETY CLOSE TO THE ONE I NOTICED THAT RIGHT AWAY AN THE TWO STENS THAT HOLD UP THE JUST THE WINDOW AN NOT THE HATCHBACK DOOR IT SHOULDVE HAVE TAKEN CARE OF WHEN THEY SERVED AN INSPECTED IT BUT YET reo motors in Essex says we are very important to them it wav 0s a dealers car with 95.000 miles .he didn't drive it 5000 a year an I don't either know everything about the older Trailblazers they should've fixed this problem when they serviced it it's a clean title an a dealers car but he still got a bundle of cars at a reasonable price I don't like auctions.

Aero Motors is extremely professional in its repair services. They are courteous and give status updates. They will also give quotes as to any long-term care your car needs, and won't nickel and dime you in the process. Aero Motors offers the best auto service and customer service out there. I never write reviews, but this place left me speechless and truly deserves this rating. I was in a middle of a move when my AC compressor broke down. I took it to the dealership and they provided me with a ridiculous price to fix it. Came upon this place on google search and spoke with Terry. Not only I was impressed with her professionalism and kindness/understanding, but it took Aero motors under an hour to run a diagnostic, in addition to fixing my car in less than a day. Should I mention they charged me half of Nissan dealership s quote? If I could give this place six stars I would. Strongly recommend to anyone to do business with these people.

I m new to the area and I m so glad I found this shop. First they where quick and far with there pricing for my brake job. Customer service was above my expectations, super nice people from my first call to paying and picking up my truck! I went to Aero Motors to have my car MD State inspected, and they we're great. I didn't pass but Terry Irish suggested that I call and see if the issue was still under warranty and it was!!! Got the issue fixed for free the next day, and went straight back to Aero Motors and was out in 10 minutes. Oh and the inspection was cheaper than a lot of other places for those looking!!

The Ladies here are awesome... Was having a bad day but good conversation and friendly faces made it better . MS.Dora was very polite... She informed me that she started the job about a month or so ago. She's doing an amazing job. I highly recommend this business for all of your car needs from buying to service

The Service Department at Aero Motors was very good. The service manager saw to my repair needs in a timely manner, the cost was reasonable and he and the staff were all quite friendly. He even had my SUV washed and vacuumed, which was much needed. I'd recommend anyone to check out their Car Sales and Repair Service.

Very professional and polite . Ms. Terry in the Service department knows and understands how important getting your car back on the road is . Even when my warranty had expired , they still serviced my vehicle and got it back on the road the same day. Alittle over a month ago I had an accident that totaled my car. Looking for a replacement I call and talked to Fred the sales manager who told me to come over and look around. I picked out a 2005 Ford Taurus and told Fred the other party's insurance was trying to low ball me on the value of my car. Fred worked magic with the money that I had with no problem. About a week after the car had some minor issues and each time I took it back it was fixed with no questions. The folks at the service department were very professional and did quality work fixing my car. KUDOS TO Fred, Megan Michelle, Butch of the service department. So, the only reason I'm giving them a 4 star is because, the car only came with 1 key. Had I known that before buying, I would have requested a second key. But put that aside, had the car for almost 2 months now without a single issue. The horn fuse blowned, called them and they fixed it no problem at all. They were reasonable with the price and fair with the entire process. But the best part about the whole car buying process with them, no one tried to pressure me at all to buy their car. We took a walk arpund the lot, he told me to point the ones I like out and he gave me all the details, car fax provided. I would definitely come again, hopefully I dont have to though lol. Will recommend to friends. Should definitely give them a try if your looking for a new car.

I bought an SUV from Aero Motors last year (2012). After 6 months, the SUV needed new control arms, new ball joints, new shocks, new rotors, brakes, new tires, and some engine work because it was leaking oil. I had the car appraised by my insurance company, and they said Aero motors should not have passed it for state inspection due to all of the issues, and that they had drilled holes in the ball joints and filled them with thick grease so they did not have to replace them (to quiet them down so buyers wouldn't hear the squeaking). Also, when I was buying the SUV, the right front tire was very low, so I asked them to check into it, they just pumped it with air and said it was fine. It turned out to be a nail, so on the second day of owning the car I had to purchase a new tire because there was "no proof that the nail didn't happen after I pulled out of the lot" despite the dealer remembering me asking to check it out.The finance company that Aero motors refers you to is HORRIBLE (Mariner Finance). They have a flat 24% rate (keep in mind most rates are 3-7%!!!!) so they offer you no way to pay off your car early due to the EXTREMELY high interest. All around, I feel I was taken advantage of, and I am regretting my decision wholeheartedly. I paid $7,500 for an SUV that was appraised to be worth $800! Go to somewhere reputable such as Carmax, or a name brand dealer (ford, mitsu, nissan, ect...) where they guarantee their cars or give warranties!The only upside to this place was that the staff was friendly, but what car dealer isn't?

I bought two or three of my last vehicles from this place I probably won't ever go anywhere else they cuz they're honest good people end they offer and my opinion the best bang for your buck because no other dealer goes above and beyond for their customers like they do if you purchase a vehicle from them make sure you ask about the warranties because you will need them I needed it a few times on my truck for stuff that was unpredictable that was not where and tear and they fixed it under the warranty at no cost no problem all used cars have unforeseen problems but this warranty will protect it like it's new just a consideration

They did a poor alignment 4 days ago.(Took for state inspection,it failed due to this!!!)THE SERVICE SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN PERFORMED WITH WORN/TORN INNER TIE RODS,BOOTS.I called to have this rectified..[as the state inspector suggested)AERO MOTORS OFFERED NOTHING-NO RE-ALIGNMENT,NO REDUCED FEE,NOTHING BUT FAILURE.I HOPE THE LITTLE BIT OF MONEY YOU CHOSE.. IS WORTH ALL THE CUSTOMERS YOU'RE THROWING AWAY.ALSO REPORTING TO MSP LICENSING DIVISION.(Also suggested by the inspector)Made the top of my list,Which is where NOBODY wants to be,btw.
