Tom is very pleasant and great at answering questions and explaining things in a way that us non mechanics can understand lol. Techs there are very knowledgeable and do great work and are willing to go above and beyond! Prices are comparable for the area.

Everyone is nice there and everyone knows how to fix my car but the labor is too expensive just to get an oil change of 5 quarts of synthetic oil and to get new brake pads and to have my back pads cleaned and Re arranged should not have cost me $422 and change. I was shocked that just the labor was $280. Why is labor so expensive? Not everyone is rich. This should not be so hard to do. But regardless of the labor costs being too expensively high I think this is a good place to get your car fixed.

These guys are great! Got my spark plugs changed last weekend and they were fast and courteous. Had to take it back today for throttle issues. They diagnosed and repaired/cleaned same day and runs great! Asher has been my guy and nothing but kudos for him! Thank you Asher and the owner for his friendly and knowledgeable team. I had a VERY VERY DELIGHTFUL EXPERIENCE AT A AND R.My alternator was going up called on a Saturday spoke to Mr.Bill very nice man he could have gotten me in at 11 that morning 2 hours. Plus he quoted me a price.So never have dealt with them before I called J and H auto repair on Eastern and Orville for the same job I was quoted a price from a unfriendly woman nam Denise she said for the same job it was going to cost me between 1700 and 1800Telling me that they would have to drop the transmission and 2 day job.So I decided to list to my heart and God and first instinct and went with A and R auto again very pleased with the friendliest people and top notch mechanic work.I WILL BE RECOMMENDING THEM TO ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS.THANK YOU.Sandra Y.

Great place to get work done. Trustworthy mechanics. I've gone here several times. I've taken two vehicles here over the years. I'm really picky at where I get my vehicle worked on at. I recommend this place to anyone. Great labor prices and they work hard to get you the best priced parts available.

They did a resonator delete on my 2018 dodge charger scatpack. Couldn't be happier with the great price and VERY FAST high quality service. I will be taking all my muscle cars there for exhaust work / service from here on.

The owner is super nice but the young guy who manages is a plain crook! Don t even go to the place. Trying to steal for super small things and will fail inspection.

A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS!! DO NOT COME HERE!! I needed to get an inspection and stopped by this place since it was close to the DMV. They failed my car inspection and wanted to charge $2000 for the repairs. I decided to get a 2nd opinion elsewhere and they passed my car inspection with no problems. I wish I never set foot in this place.

What a headache needed air in my Jeep tires so I thought anyway, what I really needed was to have my tire stems changed due to electrolysis, I bought valve caps from Japan that had little frogs on them, well those cute little frogs cost me money they adhered to my stems so couldn't get them off to add air to my tires, so I needed new ones could have been charged an absolute fortune but wasn't...Thanks, A&R Automotive

My husband had his 06 dodge Durango there to be looked at when he picked the truck up the battery was dead. Someone went through the truck throwing papers everywhere and then stole a BB gun with BBS that was left tin the truck accidentally. The worst place ever to go won't be going back there for anything then when they got questioned about it they became really nasty

NOT HAPPY WITH SHOP THEY TOLD ME ONE PRICE FOR A NICE SUSPENSION...AND CHARGED ME THE SAME PRICE FOR A POORER SUSPENSION THAT THE MANAGER'S WORD'S WERE, "WE TALKED ABOUT IT" ....THAT DOESN'T MEAN WE AGREED ON IT! Came here to get an inspection done ,turned into a nightmare. Machine was done when I returned last week for a re-inspection. The jerk Bill that works there argued with me that the machine was only down for one day . A lie .... He was very rude and told me that it was my fault that I went over the miles. Bottom line he wanted more money. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE

Love this place they fix your vehicle truck right you don't have to keep taking it back to the damn dealership and you'll find something else wrong with it thesis straight up and tell you what's wrong with it good customer service love it

They are thieves. Stole all of the change out of the console. Had my SUV from Sat to Tues for an oil change and brake check. Bunch of thieves....please stay away! Hubby and I had a hard lesson learned.

Worst experience ever. Just paid $385 to have my vehicle fixed and left with the same problem I went in with. Now my car still needs to be fixed and I'm out $385.
