I had an air leak in my tire on Friday and needed it replaced ASAP. I called around to 5 different places and I was only left with Pep Boys or Firestone Complete Auto Care as my options given the timeframe of availability. Pep Boys did not carry Bridgestone tires so I would have had to pay for 4 new tires of a different brand and would have had to get off brand tires to even get close to the same price. Even still, anywhere else that had these Bridgestone tires was at least an extra $80 over the price from Firestone for 2 new tires. Firestone was not only the fastest but also the cheapest in comparison to everyone else in the area. The only downside I experienced was that I scheduled an appointment at 7am on Saturday but the mechanic was not scheduled to come in until 7:30am. He did start with my vehicle and I was out within 40 minutes after he got in. Given the fact that the earliest anyone else had availability to do this service was on Monday at 1pm, this minor inconvenience was very negligible.

I went there to replace all 4 tires. Few miles after I left there, the tire pressure light came on. They couldn't even ensure the tire pressure was adequate. I returned there and they didn't give a hoot and asked me to come back another time. I ended up inflating the tires myself but the light remained. Then I went to jiffy lube. They were more helpful.In addition, my car doesn't drive the same since I visited this place.

AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! I went in to get all 4 of my tires changed and an alignment done. Once everything was completed and I got my car back, I immediately noticed that my steering wheel was no longer centered after they completed the alignment. I returned back to Firestone within 5 minutes of leaving and Greg (the manager of duty at the time) said to me in a RUDE voice Can I Help You? . I explained him the issue and he kept saying that the alignment is fine, I just looked at the print out on your workorder . After I kept telling that its not fine, he said that it would be around 2 hours before they can look at my car again to see what the issue was. I then left and went to another Firestone where they ACTUALLY did their job and fixed the issue. They said the alignment was not done correctly at the first place and corrected the problem. The second issue with this place is that when they changed my tires, they left this nasty white grease or lube on all four tires and rims. They didn t even clean off their mess!! Needless to say I will NEVER be going back to this location. The manager Chelsea, who was extremely empathetic, stated this is an ongoing issue with her employees. Something needs to be done about this.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

The skinny bonehead at the counter was very rude, I think his name was Greg I'm not sure but just assumed I was going to just drop my car off and let these weasels do whatever they want to my car. It's not happening, I don't trust many mechanics and I will never take my car back to Firestone... any of them.The turnover is great at this particular location, do not entrust your car with these people. I had a 9:00 am appointment and needed rear wheel hub assemblies and he replied you said you just needed brakes, and I replied that is a part of the braking system youfriggin moron. I abruptly left and said I'll take my car to someone who knows what the hell they're doing! Duh... I'm a woman and I know more about cars than most men, especially these idiots.

We got all four tires replaced about a year ago. Recently, our back right tire developed a slow leak. We took it to Walmart, where we found out that our front two tires are basically bald, and the back right tire is covered in patches. We have never patched these tires. They re new. Now we have to get them all replaced again. I m contemplating legal action for being sold a used, patched up tire from Firestone when I purchased NEW tires from them. Is it because I m a woman that they think I m stupid?

If only I could give them zero stars! $120 for a diagnostic, $148 just to refill the water line with ZERO information about what was wrong with the car because they couldn t figure it out! Had to take the car down the street to Shamrock, who diagnosed what was wrong. They knew my sons were stranded out of town and had to get the car back to us in Virginia. They let them drive away with a blown head gasket and told them it was nothing wrong with the car!

I'm always satisfied with the service of Firestone in Middletown, DE. They appear to be honest and won't put or make up anything I don't need for my car. The personal Bill, Dan and the rest are respectful and friendly. Prices are for the most part very reasonable. Thanks for your service on 10/6.

DO NOT TAKE YOU VEHICLE HERE, they don t care about there jobs. They just are in a hurry to get you in and out. They put a big old dent in the side of my truck.

Trace staffing great leadership and is always takes care of me make sure you have your warranty on your tires cuz they do come in handy instead of paying 250 I only paid 140. Don't forget their sales for tires come up on November I will be getting three new tires and the spare.

Many of these 5 star reviews are from the 10% off promotion they were/are running. Changing my review simply because of the one tall blondish jerk that is very curt and can t be bothered. Had an appointment at 12pm to get my side marker lights replaced. It is currently 2:14pm and my car is still suspended in the air. No sense of urgency, lobby is currently full. Really should not have taken that long to replace two bulbs. Safe to say I will definitely use another company from now on.UPDATE: one of the customers that was there before me around 12pm was walking back in the door around 2:30pm because apparently they did not do something right. I bought a car and need a MD state inspection asap before Christmas. As my favored shop did not have inspector available, I went to firestone, asking for state inspection. I was told it could be done next day. They called me next day and said I need to change 4 tires. So I did. But when I picked up the car, they told me they did not do state inspection, but the car looked good. Later, my car failed state inspection for many issues. I wonder if this shop only cares making money by selling tires. Plus when I changed 4 tires in September 2022 for another vehicle, they never bothered to look at tire pressure sensors despite the sensor light was on. Consequently, tire sensor was still on after the replacement. It was a bad sensor, and they told me that I need to pay $125 to fix it.Service: Tires

I would recommend! When I called they were incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable considering I had no clue what I was looking for. I was able to get an appointment the very next day for an oil change and 4 new tires. The wait while my vehicle was serviced was quick. When my car was done, there were warning lights that came on. I went back in to tell them there were 3 serious warning lights that came on that weren't there when I came in...I was advised to go to a dealer because they don't work on those issues. I went back on twice, but got the same indifferent attitude. So next time I won't go to this store, I'll just go to the dealer for better service.

For the most part I haven't had any issues with the actual service performed on any of my vehicles, with that being said my issue is that every time I make an appointment for any service my vehicle never gets serviced until atleast 30 minutes after set appointment. I don't get how this always seems to be an issue when as I'm waiting they seem to take walk ins right away with no wait. I'm truly baffled at this. Staff is mediocre at best except Patrick he seems knowledgeable and explains things best of his knowledge. The wait time for appointment is definitely unacceptable

Went online made an appointment got confirmation codes prepaid for two tires. Went to appointment the following day at the appointment time and they had no records of my appointment or all the things I wanted done. Very discouraging..

Patrick is a real asset! He scheduled my appointment & took extra time to explain repair options and time-frames - all while juggling a full waiting room and busy phones. I really liked that Patrick would give updates to everyone waiting on when their service would be done.Honestly, while Patrick stands out as an exemplary, customer service oriented person? Everyone I've interacted with at this location has gone 'the extra mile'... From finding coupons and sales to handling impatient folks - the staff at this location do it all with a smile

I called at 1pm on a Friday looking to get my oil changed. I honestly thought my chances were slim to none but Chelsea advised me to come in. I arrived around 1:20. They were packed. But all were working quickly. Patrick saved me some money while checking out (awesome bonus!!) and I was back on the road by 2:30. Although they were extremely busy, and sweaty from the heat, everyone there was kind, informative and downright friendly. Something lost in todays society. I will be a regular and this establishment will be my go to for everything car related. Thank you all!Service: Oil change

Horrible. Went in for diagnostic test to confirm spark plug issue (which same issue with car happened just happened a few months prior, so we knew it was likely a spark plug needing to be replaced). After an hour wait, we were told we needed an entire new engine!!!! After laughing at the tech we said forget it, we will go elsewhere. They charged us $107 for a diagnostic test that we ended up getting for free at Auto Zone down the street.Not to mention after getting said diagnostic test, it was confirmed our issue was a misfire of spark plug #5. Cost us $236 total for parts and we will do it ourselves. Much different outcome than being told we needed a new $8-10k engine.Absolutely horrible and would not recommend this place to ANYONE!

I had to get a state inspection done which was projected to take about 3-4 hours. Within 2 hours I got a call letting me know they were finished. Both employees I worked with were friendly and informative. No pushy sales tactics (I work in sales!) and it was just a very pleasant experience. Appointments for car maintenance aren't always something to look forward to but this was painless. I will be returning for future maintenance and repair needs.

Been going there for years and it was really good when it opened but the management and supervisors are getting worse. Every year just a lack of enthusiasm I couldn't even get them to mount and balance a tire because the tire didn't have a sticker and they said they couldn't mount it without a sticker proving that it was new. It was new! and I had a receipt of purchase.It would have been much better if they were honest and just said they didn't want to do it because it was a large performance tire and may be challenging. Businesses are just lazy anymore .

I scheduled an appointment (6/22/22) for them to install 1 tire on my car. Called the night before to confirm they recieved my tire from tire rack and we were all good to go for my appointment the next morning at 7am.When I arrived for my appointment the next morning, Damien told initally told me that it would be at least a couple hours (for one tire?) becuase he was working alone. He claimed his coworker had not shown up and was not answering his phone....I reluctantly agreed to wait (as I just drove 40 minutes to the shop, but needed to get to work)..... He then tells me that he cannot change the tire at all for me becuase he had a hand injury. He proceeded to tell me that I would have to reschedule my appointment, which obviously was upsetting. When I asked why nobdy called me to tell me, he got snippy with me and gave me no real reason.I ended up taking my tire with me to SCG Used Tires in Rising Sun, MD and he had it done for me in less than 15 minutes (and he did it all by himself!).I was highly disapointed in the service (or lack of) that I recieved, and will not return.Service: Tires

The manager, James was very efficient and professional. Service was started within five minutes of my arrival and completed in less than an hour. The price for my oil change was very competitive and my car is running be as beautifully. I will be back when I need tires.Thanks, guys for the great service!

Not saying this is gonna be everyone's experience; they seem to be alright in the domain of selling tires. However, they were awful at servicing my vehicle. I went in to get an oil change and was told my valve cover needed replaced. Ok, fine with me. My total was $500+ and I mistakenly paid before checking to see how outrageous of a price that is. After getting my receipt, I realzed that they replaced my spark plugs without telling me. Ok, whatever, they needed replaced probably I just wish they would've told me first. I go outside to leave and my car doesn't start. Go back inside, ask them to check it out, and learn the battery tested bad (it was good before service). They put a new one in for free which I am appreciative of. Was not thrilled about the waste of time it caused. Fast forward to 2 days later, I get an alert from my car telling me that my oil pressure is low and to stop my car immediately to avoid engine damage. Called them and they said I would need a tow to the store and they'd pay for it and figure out what is wrong with it (when the tow truck lifted it I saw a pretty significant leak) Currently I've been waiting for 2 hours and haven't even learned whats wrong with it and how they can fix it.I'm not happy and not giving this store my business after this mess. Save yourself some trouble and get your vehicle serviced at your dealership or by a mechanic you know is not going to screw you over.

They are always nice and friendly fast and good. I will no longer go to anyone else but them. They have saved the day for me a while back with tires, they actually had them in stock (no one ever does) and got me in the next day. They are amazing!
