My experience with this dealership was nothing short of incredible. I journeyed from Orlando to take possession of my brand-new 2024 Toyota Tacoma. The sales advisors, Derrick and Miles, were exceptional making the purchasing process seamless and ensuring we secured a fantastic deal on the truck. I am thoroughly pleased with Oarsman Toyota 40 and highly recommend them for their outstanding service.

Visited Ourisman Toyota in January to test drive a Grand Highlander. Derek helped us out and we were able to order one. Received a weekly call to check in until car arrived in February (as promised). The guys in finance were great too! Clean building/bathrooms, helpful staff! Happy buyer!

Had a great buying experience here with my 24 Camry! Reggie was a very professional, polite, and knowledgeable salesman. Between Reggie and the manager Mike it made the experience much less stressful than previously anticipated. Stop in and let them take care of you!

Excellent service. No pricing gimmicks. Dealer was respectful of our time and responded to all our inquiries promptly. It was by far the smoothest and easiest car purchase we've ever had. Much appreciation to Charley Harding, Greg Garbor and most of all our Sales Associate, Kevin Walker.Lastly, I would like to mention that we ended up.at Ourisman because a sales person at another dealership lied to us by trying to tell us that the vehicle (Model trim) we wanted couldn't be found anywhere in the continental United States! Big "surprise" then, that Ourisman had and we now have it in our driveway. A little bit of integrity goes a long way.

I was looking on Carmax and saw a used vehicle from Ourisman Toyota. I went there and the process was wonderfully guided by Reggie (we will definitely recommend this dealership and the sales rep, Reggie, to our friends and family in the future) who got us the car we were looking at and helped us trade in our previous vehicle all in the same day. Thank you for your patience and professionalism through this transaction. We will definitely be buying our next car from here. Thanks again, Reggie.Also, just two days after we bought the car the Oxygen sensor went up. They said just to bring it in and they took care of it. I thank the mechanics and this dealership for keeping your word and the hassle free transactions that took place. Like I said before, I will definitely be back in the future for other vehicles. A++

I have to say this has been the best experience buying a used car. From Shed's great demeanor and enthusiastic attitude taking us through the features of the truck to Ty explaining all of the paperwork, this was a stress free purchase! I really appreciate Shed for his patience and keeping us informed as we went through the process. If you're in need a new or used vehicle, Shed is the person to see! He is a amazing man!

Great customer service, no pressure, they make sure that they help you to be comfortable in making your decision. Everything is explained thoroughly over and over again if need be until you understand. It's not black and white robotic they treat you like a person sitting in the opposite chair even if you have to take a woosah moment. it doesn't seem about money although they need to make money it doesn't seem like they are just focus on what they can get for themselves but they want to make sure you get what you deserve.

Generally, a pleasant car buying experience at Ourisman Toyota 40. They were well stocked with the RAV4 Prime that other dealers were low on stock. Offered good on-line pricing for the vehicle. I worked with Miles and Ron to secure the vehicle same day. They were a joy to work with.

From the time we got to ourisman Toyota we walked up to inquire about the corolla and we met "Texas greg" he helped us find the exact car we wanted and made it the funnest car buying experience ever. Most people think buying a car is a very long boring experience but greg made the time fly having fun and even helped me on the phone with my insurance company helping answer some questions. He was also very transparent about everything didn't try to push anything just let it come to us, I'd 100 percent recommend ourisman Toyota, Texas greg and the entire team were very helpful and friendly ,I've already told some family members and friends to go see Texas greg and team

Great service from Texas Greg. Working with this cowboy will not disappoint. We communicate over the phone and email prior visit. Keep us informed throughout the process. Greg is straight forward and get us in and out of dealer quickly. They don t waste time. Any additional option that you like they detail and describe to you clearly, just ask them. Anything that you don t want they removed it immediately, NO PRESSURE to sale to you. Greg is a standup and trustworthy. I close the day with Financial officer Chris, keep everything simple and quick.Highly recommended! Will definitely shop here again, even though they are 2Hr away from my house, worth the time and company.Thank you very much Greg.

Great people and great deals! I was able to work with Ben and Tomas to get me the exact color of the int, ext, and trim that I wanted. Not only did they go out of their way to get the specific car I wanted, they gave a very generous discount that offered competitive prices that were hard to turn down. It was a great experience as a first car buyer and would recommend this dealership! I drove two hours each way just to close the deal and it was definitely worth it.

Kevin is an efficient and authentic member of the sales staff. He was low pressure, calm, accommodated my needs, timeline, and was very patient! Super communicative as well. I went in knowing what I wanted and I feel I got a very fair deal. The finance office was also patient with me as I weighed a few options. I have yet to return for service, but will update when I do. Overall great experience. Requested a OTD price on a 2024 Tundra Limited online and received a personalized video of the truck and price quote in a timely manner. Did my homework on my trade-in value, expected fees, taxes, and car note prior to my appointment. They gave me a fair trade-in value and all the numbers we previously discussed were on point. Reggie the salesman did an excellent job.

Ourisman Toyota on route 40 in Edgewood is phenomenal. The best car buying experience I ve had. Mr. Dawson was super helpful and friendly. They gave me a great offer for my trade in. And you re getting a Toyota. The best! Cannot recommend ourisman enough. Great work

Our purchase of the Highlander ExL has been an incredible experience. When we were about to buy it from another dealership, I asked Toyota Ourisman40 about their pricing. At first, they were nearly the same price, but they matched it by offering a significant reduction. We appreciate Ron, their manager, Juan, who assists with the transaction, and Derrick, our sales representative. The following Monday, we went to the dealership and got to know everyone after purchasing the car and completing all of the paperwork online. They were really kind, and you could see they really wanted to make sure their customer got a good bargain and enjoyed the car-buying experience. Finding these folks when purchasing a car is something I would highly recommend.

I have purchased many vehicles over several years. I must say, of all my interactions with dealerships, Ourisman Toyota has by far been one of the best! I assisted my mother in purchasing her new vehicle and the customer service we received from Ron and Mike was outstanding! They were extremely attentive to her requests and explained in full detail of the entire transaction from beginning to end.Whether it was options on the vehicle or specifics to the financing portion, the transaction was handled very efficiently. We will definitely purchase from here again and moving forward bit hesitate to refer thus business to family or friends. Thank you!!

Awesome experience with Ourisman. Texas Greg is a great guy. He s open and genuine. The managers I dealt with were also great. Not pushy. I was shopping for the Bz4x after the insane Toyota rebates. Ourisman was the most transparent. Another large Toyota dealer in Laurel had 2 dozen on the ground and many people in for them. I had to walk away because the numbers didn t make sense. Way too high and they didn t want to budge due to the high demand of customers in looking at them. Ok no worries, I walked away and visited Ourisman the next morning and got a better deal. As I was driving to Ourisman, the sales guy from Laurel called me and I ignored the call. He left a voicemail for me to come back in. Buyers, please educate yourself when shopping. Walk away if you re not satisfied. Ourisman was transparent and honest. They were straight forward and values their customers. I am satisfied with my 2024 BZ4X limited!

The salesman was great. Everyone else was the same the only bad point and it s not so much. The dealership is Toyota credit me and my wife have purchased literally nine vehicles from Toyota credit and yet they couldn t give me a better credit rating or should I say interest rating of 7.2, which forced me to go 84 months, which really is disappointing

I can honestly Say I enjoyed buying My Ford Fusion from this car Dealer Due to the fact that Courtney Was Amazing and worked very hard for Me to Get the Deal completed and she is A very sweet & kind young lady and I appreciate All that she Did for Me.. also westley was Very helpful to my Son when He Bought his Chevrolet sonic, When he wanted the bike racks off of the car that he purchased. He did everything he could to get those car racks off of my sons car so if you are looking to buy a car and want Great salesman. Definitely go to Toyota in Edgewood Maryland and ask for Courtney or Wesley. They will help you get the car that you want. Ben was amazing. We walked in at 9:30 and was out by 12:45 with a brand new 2023 Toyota Highlander Platinum. Everyone in the office was amazing. Ben asked us what WE wanted and what OUR needs were. They communicated effectively while listening to us and meeting our needs. The sales manager was straight forward- with the numbers. Finance meeting was less than 20 minutes, we were in and out. If I had to do it all over again, I d go back to Ourisman Toyota to purchase another vehicle. Thank you all again and I m ecstatic to be a part of the Toyota family.

I recently purchased a sienna from Ourisman. They were one of the only dealerships that wasn t charging way above MSRP. Derrick from sales was great and highly professional. If you enjoy saving money and enjoy great customer service, I would highly recommend this dealership.

Derrick C. was awesome. He did not pressure anything and was very knowledgeable about my new Tundra. Also, Ourisman had the best prices in the entire region, arguably the whole country! Also the sales manager was very responsive about making my purchase go smoothly. I will be purchasing more Toyotas from these awesome and honest humans!

Buying the car was a seamless experience the day of.. getting the loan temporary loan transferred over to our bank was not. They claim on the website it was an approved bank dealer, yet every salesman told me otherwise. Seven phone calls to the dealership later and 20 times repeating the same story, with three separate trips to our bank. We finally got a hold of the right person to help us. Not good customer service. Dan from pre-owned promised to get back to us in a timely manner, but never did. Thankfully our bank let us move forward with the loan process. Extremely frustrating since we took time out of our work day to get it done in a specified time frame.

I purchased a new 2024 Rav4 XLE Premium at the end of January. I had the best car buying experience! My Sales person, Jon Alicea was great to work with! He was very patient, knowledgeable, helpful, honest, and easy to talk to. I felt like I was talking to a friend. I felt very comfortable with the process at this dealership. The Sales Manager, Ron and the Financing person were great to work with as well. I definitely recommend this dealership to others for your car buying needs.

Just drove home in a beautiful new Toyota Crown Limited. It was a great ride even in the pouring rain. Our salesman, Mike Pagliari, was wonderful. He was knowledgeable, kind, patient, and low-key. The patient part was very important, over multiple phone calls, texts, and showroom visits. Everyone we met was professional and welcoming. We are very happy with the deal we got. It is a little far from us, but I would not hesitate to go back there again.

Two days ago I stopped in Ourisman Toyota 40 in Maryland. I worked with a great associate (Patrick Kopalchick) who was very professional. He made my experience very smooth and pressure free. I also worked with their finance manager (Lavon Pratt) for the purchase of a Toyota Highlander. This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had and highly recommend anyone in the market to give this dealer a try.
