Avoid like the plague Real thieves! I'm actually contemplating driving this vehicle through their front window . I'm 66 years old what are they going to do to me probtion? It would be worth just on principal . I I should have bought a "camel";Something they can fix.

Had a great experience! The it was super easy and everyone was nice. Robert in sales was excellent and very professional. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a preowned car

Update: This review is being taken from a 5 start to a 1 star for multiple reasons. I purchased this car at the end of October. Not even a week in , my check engine light was on so i took it back. The car needed catalytic converters and they agreed to replace it but needed me to pay $500? Sure. They ordered the part and told me they would call because it shouldn t take more then a day, didn t hear anything for a week. When i called they said the converters had been there and they were really busy . Unprofessional. Since then, I ve taken my car to get worked on 3 times, all 3 times the mechanic was busy or not working that day . I even called the store last Wednesday and was told i would get a call back at 4pm. Still haven t received a call. I would HIGHLY not recommend this car dealership. Poor communication, ethics, and customer service. Steer clear.

Sweetie, Tori and I think the finance person was Vincent a HUGE THANK YOU. My son doesn't do ratings so doing for him. Best experience EVER!! My son was having difficult time with finding affordable insurance and they helped. Never had a dealership help with AFFORDABLE insurance before. Within 30 minutes of being there he got an approval on the car he wanted. You guys have found a customer for life. I will make referrals like crazy for EZ Cars Plus. Already made 1 to my brother who has a credit business. He is so pleased that you could help his nephew, (my son)h wants to come down with his customers. If anyone needs a used car please go see Tori and Sweetie and Vincent at EZ Cars Plus. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

This place is full of games we agreed on a price on a car and 2 months later they finally give me the contract and it was double what we agreed on i have been going up there every week to fix problems on the vehicle that still isn't fixed and that's just the tip of the iceberg...i wouldn't even recommend ez car plus to an enemy

Jenny and Andrew provided excellent customer service. They were quick and efficient. It didn't take all day as it did with previous dealerships. Great place to purchase a vehicle. Also, they have a great selection to choose from.

These guys are so nice to talk to. It feels like you're actually speaking to genuine human beings. Mack and Robert were a breath of fresh air compared to the other dealerships we've been to. We did not end up purchasing a vehicle from here as the engine had a busted head gasket. Make sure to check your oil cap folks! However Mack showed particular interest in why we did not choose the vehicle and listened to our decision process patiently. While I cannot firmly speak for the quality of their vehicles, the customer service is top notch! I would consider coming here again if I need another used vehicle.

Yes!!! EZcars Plus deserves 5 stars. I got my car about 4 months ago, till date all descriptions that were given on my car were actually real and perfect. I haven't got any mechanical issue till date, my car runs perfectly great, it is a place everyone should get a car. In a minute everything is done, all credit welcoming, good prices, salesmen are pretty welcoming and always looking to help.

I had a great experience on Saturday 8/31/19 with purchasing my car. Tory was a excellent salesperson, she made sure I was happy, comfortable and pleased! Poster child for used car sales lot; Terrible Awful borderline Criminal ,if you have the time but they did get me out of a jam and into a vehicle right when I needed it. If that's what you need the place is great. The VEHICLE & SERVICE is terrible. LMAO

If I could leave negative stars I would. My husband bought a car here at the end of March and after they strung him along about fixing the cv axel he realized that they signed his name on all of the contracts for a much higher monthly payment than what he agreed to. It s a 2016 Camry with 140k on it and he agreed to pay $293 a month for it. Then they went in a forged his e signature on all of the documents and committed fraud for payments of $605 a month. The sales person s name is Robert. They took advantage of someone who needed a reliable vehicle and committed fraud. Every local new station will be contacted and told about this and every state rep that will listen is getting a phone call. This place is horrible and only cares about the sale even if it means committing fraud.

I would give this dealer 0 stars if I could. I called on a Thursday expressing my interest in a vehicle and said I was driving from 3 hours away to see it the following Monday. Called again Monday to confirm the car was still there. Upon arrival they told me the car was getting an inspection. Told me 15 more minutes for over and hour. Finally comes back and says the car failed inspection and still wasn t going to be back for another 15 minutes. Would have been nice to know the car needed an inspection before I drove half of the day to get there. Would not recommend this dealer to anyone.

EZ Car Plus was fantastic! Even though my credit was not that good they did everything they could and got me into a new car. Their customer service is great and I am now driving the car that I wanted. They put the customer first and even after I got the car they continue to maintain that high level of customer service. Thank you EZ Car Plus for everything!!

Part of why I bought a car here was for the free oil changes. Now I'm told no more free oil changes. Will not be buying anymore cars here or sending anymore referrals here. I got this place 2 additional car sales other than myself already and they go back on their word? Shameful!

Really like my 2010 Honda Civic I bought in late June. Salesman was nice and not pushy. Friendly people. Came with a 3,000 mile warranty. Prices seemed good on other cars I saw in their inventory.When looking for a used vehicle, include these folks in your search.

Read before you sign anything.. returned a used car within 48 hours that later found out was a rental car and got me for for lousy 750 bucks. The car did not run how it did when I test drove it. Charged me 50 cents for every mile tried to over charge me and say I drove 900 miles within 48 hours when I filled the gas tank up Once with 20 bucks that gave 250 miles to drive. So where do you get 900 miles out of 250 ?People were friendly but just un trust worthy. Great place to go if your desperate for a vehicle and won t be approved anywhere else.

Just bought my first car from EZ car plus.. Was a great experience as a first buyer. Had alot of help from tory. GOT alot of information on how to use the technology thats featured in my new car. My college buddies got mad Jealous from seeing my new Jeep grand cherokee. Also want to mention my man Vince for negotiating the price.. I WOULD RECOMMEND BUYING YOUR FIRST OR SECOND CAR FROM EZ CAR PLUS !!!!!

Oh boy! Where to start. I would give 0 stars if possible. My husband bought a Jeep compass from them in May. He even purchased the warranty. it caught on fire not even a month later. This dealership took it and said it was "carbon buildup". Got vehicle back, started shaking and caught fire AGAIN. Ez car plus then sent it to someone to specialize I'm jeeps. It was about 2 weeks before my husband found out what was going on. My husband looked this other dealer up on his own and called them. Come to found out EZ car plus FALSIFIED info and tried to commit fraud with the dealership they sent it to. Gave them the wrong number, name address etc.When they were caught, ez car plus said oh never mind we will fix it. FYI, they didn't, as a matter of fact, the jeep just rolled into another vehicle WHILE IN PARK. The braking system was totally down, calipers stuck etc. The vehicle also stops and turns off while driving. Out of the 4 months my husband has owned this car, he's maybe had it 1 1/2 months and making payments like he should. Do NOT use this dealer. They along with their mechanics have NO idea what they are doing, how to conduct business nor treat customers and take people's hard earned money.

First you walk in reasonably priced, when you go pick up your car, price Doubled. Rude, ignorant unprofessional services. All 5 stars are from fake accounts.
