Excellent !!! I've just recently moved to the area and have been very impressed with the level of knowledge and courtesy that everyone I've dealt with there has conveyed. I had special alignment specs for a Corvette, and they were able to set it up properly for my needs. Grand Sports / Z06s have alignment specs that wear out front tires quickly, so I asked for that to be corrected to get more mileage out of my front tires and they were able to do it for me. Thank you guys !!

Tom Nash came in on his day off to meet us, worked hard to get us close to the trade in value on our car and the monthly payment we wanted on the new car. The finance manager was great, very friendly and fast.

Highly recommend ! They helped me with my CHIKD seat anchor and only took less than 15 minutes they also diagnosed my car and thank goodness for that because I had about 5 sensors on and they recommended me to take the car back to the dealership. Thank goodness for that. They were friendly and the waiting room is great ! Highly recommend them thank you guys so much.

Called earlier for an appointment and was able to get me in the same day. Took me as soon as an arrived and my vehicle was ready within 45 minutes. My service advisor was absolutely great and I will definitely be back. Overall experience was wonderful!

This visit was my 6th time for the windshield wiper fluid sensor. On this trip they did give me a new loaner truck, which I appreciated. This time they seemed to have fixed the problem but they failed to put my truck back together properly. Today while washing my truck I realized that they never replaced my wheel well. Now I have to call again and make another trip to get it fixed. What really irritates me most is not only did you not put the part back but where is it? Why wasn t it noticed? Did someone throw it out to hide it? I mean where is it? Wouldn t they have noticed it and said hey where did this come from and call me? They called me in the morning and told me it was ready and I didn t get there until 3:30 or 4pm. No one saw it in the shop? Now I will have to take another day (7th) and wait to have it installed if they even have it. Will I have to wait for 3 more weeks for this part too? In the last 25 years we have purchased 7 or 8 new and 3 used vehicles from Hertrich. I may have to consider a new dealership for my next vehicle after this fiasco. I have had to use a lot my hard earned leave for this one problem on brand new vehicle.

My vehicle was misdiagnosed for a faulty injector. Wanted to charge me $2900. Thankfully I got a second opinion that there was gasoline in my diesel engine. Spoke to the manager while my vehicle was still there. He assured me he had the diagnosis correct and his best tech was on the job I won t be back. Was charged $185 for misinformation

It was quick, efficient and professional and my salesman, Devon, had me set up with my phone connected to the app and my insurance turned over to the new vehicle before I even left the showroom. Only reason I am giving a Star is because it would not let me give a half star. I used to be team Chevy and now I am getting more and more team Toyota.First time I went they got my key order wrong, I paid way to much took to long.NOW no one is willing to work with me with a problem that will take 10 minutes. Hope you guys have better days.

If you re buying new, I m sure they re amazing? Paid for a used Ford Edge. Was told they were fixing one thing and it wouldn t be long. 6 hours later, I m still here waiting. I live 90 minutes away. Once the shift was about to change, I was treated like a leper. Hopefully the ready between 5:00-7:00pm is true. Just my experience. Hopefully not everyone s

Great experience with Alison today for a check engine light, oil change and tire rotation. was able to drop off my Tahoe and pick it up at the end of the day. She also was able to order a part I needed for a recall. Will definitely be coming back.

Very bad experience. I would not reccomend purchasing a vehicle from this dealer ship. I prior worked at united cycle of beckely wv as a certified mechanic and also a state certified inspection tech. This dealership sold me a vehicle that they bought wrecked and repaired to cover it up. I did question if the vehicle was wrecked and repaired at time of sale. The salesman gave me his word they do not sell prior wrecked vehicles. Some of the items I noticed i mentioned to the salesman and manager and was literally yelled at by them. I purchased a 2018 high country from them last year. The things i noticed upon inspecting the vehicle at the dealership were the tires seem to have strange wear patterns and there was a lot of buffing scratches down one side of the truck. This truck had only 35,000 miles I asked them to replace the tires they refused. Ive since put 8000 miles on the truck and it is now not safe to drive. Also i had to replace the front brake pads which should have been replaced. There response was quote someone else will buy this truck if you dont. They did reduce the price slighty before i asked about the tires. I paid over 48,000 dollars for this truck after tax tags and dealer fees. Unfortunately after owning this truck for a year the tires on the truck fell a part literally. All but the one tire that was replaced from the accident. I also noticed recently that it had much more tread then the other 3 tires. Another thing i noticed later was one lug nut on each wheel had been replaced with one lug nut not matching the expensive factory ones. And even later i had noticed the 4x4 sticker on the side with buffing scratches was missing. How i didnt notice this originally i dont know. Ive since replaced those stickers with z71 stickers. Furthermore i wasnt really monitoring the tires and unfortunately one of my friends was looking at the truck and noticed the tires were completly falling a part and unsafe. I did call the dealership and tried to ask if there was anything they could do to help me out. Eventually spoke to the manager justin he would not even let me speak. He was very rude. Said he knew exactly who I was and was very rude and short with me. I would have been happy if they gave me a discoumt on tires or even a free tire installation. He refused to help at all. His response was the truck passed state inspection not my problem. Later I called another dealership to try to get in touch with the owner Mt. Hertrich. I was given a phone number to a dead end line that was disconnected. I called there headquarters again in milford and got another person and another number to connect to him that did not work. Either this truck was repaired by hertrich and sold as a cover up wrecked vehicle or there inspection mechanics did not recognize the issues and are incompetant. Either way dont buy here. If there is a clear issue they tell you to get lost. I have attached pictures of the tires for u to judge for yourself. I put 9000 miles on the truck and it is obvious it has had one tire replaced. Also I later found frame machine marks on the chassis under the truck. I do believe if you purchase a vehicle for 48,000 you should get more then 8000 miles before replacing the tires and brakes.

Devon was great! We initially were interested in the GMC Acadia. We got in and I felt that it was a tad small, but I didn t say anything. It s like Devon read my mind. He told us that we should take a look at the Chevy Traverse. Then we took it for a spin in the parking lot. I loved it. He was very knowledgeable about all of the features of the traverse. We got a great deal, and he even threw in tread floor mats. We did most of the paperwork from our house. He was great at communicating via text. I m very happy with my new SUV.

I had made an appt. for a MD state inspection at a different dealership, which unfortunately had an electrical fire and water line break so they were unable to get to me on the day of my appt. I called Hertrich in Easton and they were able to squeeze me in that same day. My service advisor, John, was awesome and the entire staff was cordial and welcoming !! 5 stars !! Thank you all

Our recent purchase of a 2024 GMC Denali was a delightful experience. Everything was streamlined and very professional. Devon was especially helpful and the finance department very efficient. We had to take the vehicle back for some additional work and everything was quite adequate, from the check-in to the delivery of the vehicle. We were also given a loaner vehicle to use. It was definitely a good experience.

They advised 2024 Trax for $23,395. with a Retail Trade Assistance for $2,500. That brought the car to $20,895. They told I was getting $8,000 for my car. I ask about the teacher discount. They said I could get it. I also gave $10,000. in cash. I told them I was on a fix income and couldn't afford to have a monthly payment. Michael C.said what is the highest you could finance. I saidno more then three thousand. As I was signig the contracted, Kendra was assuring me this was the deal I was getting. A few days later I looked at the contract. The only gave me $6,000 for my car. They didn't give me the $2,500 that was advertised, and the teachers discount. I bought my car 11/28/23 ,they sold me an unwanted extended warranty. I asked them to take it back.It is now the middle of January and I still have not received my refund. Today 1/16/24 Pat said it wouldn't be until February.
